Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Umschlaganleger zum Vereinzeln von Umschlägen von einem Stapel. Die Umschläge liegen unterschuppt flach auf dem Transportband eines Zuführtisches und werden von dem Transportband gegen einen Vorderkantenanschlag geschoben. Die Vereinzelung erfolgt mittels einer schwenkbaren Saugvorrichtung, die Trennsauger aufweist. Mittels der Saugvorrichtung wird der oberste Umschlag vom Stapel abgehoben und durch eine Schwenkbewegung der Saugvorrichtung einer Abzugseinrichtung übergeben. Die Transportgeschwindigkeit des Transportbandes wird über Signale eines Tastfingers derart gesteuert, dass die Höhe des Umschlagstapels innerhalb eines vorgegebenen Schwellwertes bleibt. Der Tastfinger ist querverschieblich einstellbar an einer Quertraverse, an der auch die Trennsauger befestigt sind, angebracht.The invention relates to an envelope feeder for separating envelopes from a stack.
