Abstract
Description
Hiermit stelle ich eine neue Version von Einzelradlagerungen bei Eisenbahnachsen vor. Es handelt sich bei meiner Erfindung um die Einzelradlagerung von Eisengahnachsen für Personen,- und Güterzüge. Durch die Einzelradlagerung wird bei Kurvenfahrten von Schinenfahrzeugen nicht wie bei herkömmlichen Verbundachsen beide Räder mit gleicher Umdrehungszahl bewegt, sondern durch die Einzelradlagerung können die Drehzahldifferenzen zwischen Kurveninneren und äußeren Rad ausgeglichen werden, wodurch das Schinenfahrzeug ruhiger läuft und die Aufzubringende Zugkraft der Lokomotive reduziert wird. Durch diese Rollwiederstandsreduzierung kann die gleiche Lokomotive mehr Nutzlast und mehr Waggons bewegen (Energieeinsparung). Der verschleiß an Rädern und Schienen wird durch diese Bauart ebenfalls reduziert. Die Einzelradlagerung als solches stellt hierbei nicht die eigentliche Neuerung dar, sondern die Radscheibe welche Radnabe und Bremsscheibenaufnahme in einem Stück bildet. Die Radlager sind ebenfalls in dieser Einheit eingebunden.Hereby I introduce a new version of single wheel bearings for railway axles. Bei der Zeichnung E wird eine sechs Scheibenvariante beschrieben. Die Bauart entspricht den vorher beschriebenen Zeichnungen C und D. Durch eine entsprechend lange Radnabe können nun bis zu sechs Bremscheiben aufgenommen werden. Bei einer Aufnahme von bis zu sechs Bremscheiben pro Achse vergößert sich das Rückdrehmoment dementsprechend. Um eine Überbelastung der Befestigungsschrauben zu verhindern, kann zusätzlich auf der Radnabe und Mittenzentrierung eine Verzahnung Nr.
Bei allen aufgeführten Varianten kann auch noch ein Anti-Blockier-System (ABS) eingebaut werden um einem ungleichmaßigen Verschleiß des Radreifens vorzubeugen.
