Abstract
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Produkten der Bau- und Farbindustrie, bei dem einer Mischung von Kalkhydroxid und Wasser bis zu 5 Gew.-% Triethanolamin und zusätzlich verschiedene Tylosearten beigemischt werden und dieses Gemisch weiterverarbeitet wird.Process for the manufacture of products for the construction and paint industry, in which up to 5% by weight of triethanolamine and various types of tylose are added to a mixture of lime hydroxide and water and this mixture is further processed.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Produkten der Bau- und Farbindustrie.The invention relates to a process for the production of products of the construction and color industry.
Kalk, wie er in der Bau- und Farbenindustrie sowie im Restaurierungsgewerbe verarbeitet wird, ist chemisch das Kalziumhydraxid, das früher durch Einsumpfen von Kaliziumoxid und heute durch schneller ablaufende Verfahren hergestellt wird, in denen das intensive Rühren mit möglichst schnelllaufenden Rührern eine wesentliche Rolle spielt. Es kommt dabei auf eine möglichst feine Zerteilung der durch van der Walskräfte zusammengehaltenen Kalziumoxidklumpen in Wasser an, damit sich die Vorgänge der Kalziumkarbonatbildung durch Kohlenstoff aus der Luft nicht in monate- oder jahrelangen Zeiträumen abspielen, sondern in möglichst kurzen Zeiträumen.
