Description
The invention relates to a module holder with at least one base for the particular special spaced connection of components to a fuselage cell structure of an aircraft, wherein the fuselage cell structure is at least partially provided with an insulation, in particular with a thermal primary insulation. The fuselage cells of modern aircraft are usually lined with a particular thermally acting primary insulation, in order to achieve a sufficient protection of the interior from the low outside temperatures at high altitudes. In order to attach systems without damage to the vapor-tightness of the primary insulation on the outer skin or the frames of the fuselage cell structure, a combination of so-called A-, B- and / or C-brackets or holders is used for which the primary insulation to the corresponding points between the holder is clamped. The brackets or brackets here have a cross-sectional geometry, which is the Latin capital letters "A", "B" and "C" modeled. The holders involved can have almost all imaginable forms depending on the requirements of statics, which have to be considered primarily. However, there is always a flat interface between which the insulation is clamped. In the area of the jamming, an unavoidable thermal bridge is created, leading to condensation processes with possible subsequent corrosion phenomena. On the A-brackets, which are by definition connected to the structure, so-called B and / or C-brackets are fastened, for example, by means of rivet or screw connections, which act as the actual system carrier. In addition, the primary insulation is clamped between the A-bracket and the B-bracket and thus fixed. The A-brackets are connected directly to the fuselage cell structure, usually via at least two rivet joints or by means of rivet nuts and screws.
The main disadvantage of these system fixtures is that they are heavy and too expensive to assemble. In addition, an additional interface and in the case of bolted A-brackets manufacturing technology also consuming to be placed Annietmuttern must be attached to the fuselage cell structure. In addition, jointing the A-brackets generally requires riveted joints that result in weakening of the primary structure, fatigue in the pocket area, and corrosion and sealing problems. The metal strips required to form the A-brackets and the B-brackets are generally formed with an aluminum alloy and have a relatively high material thickness of about 1.2 millimeters. In addition, all components must be painted especially for corrosion protection reasons, whereby the manufacturing cost increases. The riveting with the fuselage results in a structural coupling between the holder and the structure, with the resulting constraining forces for the holder.
Furthermore, studs (so-called "standoffs") for connecting components or lines are known whose plate-like feet are glued to the fuselage cell structure. Due to an insufficient pretreatment of the adhesive surfaces, however, there may be a progressive cracking in the adhesive layer, resulting in failure of the holder. Such cracks can be caused by peeling forces acting peripherally on the plate-like feet. In order to achieve a sufficient damage tolerance, therefore, at least two such studs per attachment point should be provided.

Due to the above-mentioned disadvantages of the embodiments of the known fastening systems in fuselage cells, these are only conditionally suitable for use in modern aircraft, in which a steadily increasing number of different systems must be fastened in the fuselage cell structure.
The object of the invention is to largely avoid the disadvantages of the known embodiments of fastening systems described above and at the same time to create a universal and damage tolerant mounting option for systems of all kinds within a fuselage cell.
This object is achieved by a module holder having the features of patent claim 1.
Characterized in that the at least one base with the fuselage cell structure damage tolerant connectable, in particular glued,
is initially given a holeless mounting option, since the module holder, if not glued to flat areas of the fuselage structure, at most for other connection tasks anyway required rivet or screw in the form of a then positive bonding with uses. In addition, a damage tolerance is already achievable with a module holder that is only accessible via a stand has grooved. To increase the load carrying capacity and / or the damage tolerance or reliability, for example, two, three or more feet can be stiffened with modular struts with each other to achieve a complex, truss-like, static and spatially fully determined fixation of any component. The module holder is preferably formed with a plastic material, which is provided if necessary with a fiber reinforcement. Alternatively, metallic materials may also be used, optionally in combination with a plastic material.
A development of the module holder provides that the at least one base can be connected, in particular screwed, to at least one system carrier. In this way, on the one hand, the primary insulation between the base and the system support can be clamped to fix the position of the primary insulation. In addition, components, such as technical units, can be fastened with a larger spatial extent by means of the system carrier. Furthermore, the load capacity of two, three or more feet, which are interconnected by the at least one system carrier, can be increased because the system carrier in this case acts statically as a disk.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the at least one base has a base and a shaft, wherein an adapter for connecting the at least one system carrier with the shaft connectable, in particular in these is screwed. Through the adapter struts can be pushed with end-mounted sleeves in a simple manner on the shaft of the base. The adapter has threaded studs on both sides. A lower threaded bolt is screwed into a threaded hole in the shaft of the base for connection. The attachment of the system carrier at the upper end of the base of the module holder is effected by a preferably self-locking, if necessary releasable threaded nut which can be screwed onto the upper threaded portion of the adapter. Alternatively, the attachment of the system carrier can be done on the feet by almost any conceivable attachment, such as locking, clamping, welding and / or adhesive joints. The adapters also have a circular disk-shaped flange or an approximately circular disc-shaped support for the primary insulation, to which connect threaded bolts up and down. The clamping of the primary insulation is carried out between this edition and a subsequently screwed to the at least one adapter system carrier. The upper threaded studs of the adapters may be provided with spikes to facilitate piercing the primary insulation during assembly thereof. At a lower end of the base of the cylindrical shaft goes in a variant in an approximately disc-shaped base over. The base and the base can be formed in one piece or in two parts. Between an underside of the base and the fuselage cell structure, the bonding is carried out by an adhesive layer, which is formed with a high-strength multi-component adhesive, which optionally has a fiber reinforcement. On the other hand, alternative embodiments of sockets are not intended for surface bonding to the fuselage cell structure, but rather for bonding at least in some areas with connecting elements in the fuselage cell structure, such as rivet connections or screw connections. The system carrier is not absolutely necessary for the function of the module holder. Alternatively, the attachment of a component can also be done on a single stand on the threaded hole in the shaft.
In accordance with a further development of the module holder is provided that at least two shafts are to be connected by means of a diagonal strut. As a result, a statically determined storage of the system carrier in relation to the fuselage cell structure is possible. The diagonal braces used for this purpose are provided at the end with two sleeves, which are pushed onto the stems of the feet to create a slight press-fit. Alternatively, a latching connection between the sleeve and shaft and / or a bond is possible. In order to compensate for a locally varying curvature of the fuselage cell structure from the respective attachment location, at least one sleeve can be provided with oversize in relation to the shaft diameter and / or with a cross-sectional geometry deviating from the circular shape, for example in the form of an ellipse or an oval be. In the case of then gluing the strut to the shank, the adhesive used should have sufficient filling power to bridge any resulting gaps between the shank and the sleeve. The struts may, for example, have a cross-sectional geometry that follows a double T-profile, an X-profile or a circular ring.
According to a further embodiment, at least one adapter strut is provided at one end with a sleeve, while the end thereof is provided with an adapter. By this so-called adapter struts, in contrast to the diagonal struts, a second attachment point arranged laterally from the shaft of the base is provided for attachment of the system carrier, which does not require a pedestal for support, but rather is arranged "levitating" over the fuselage cell structure. The adapter may alternatively be an integral part of the adapter strut or, for example, be screwed into the adapter strut, be clamped or latched formed. By a combination of several feet with diagonal and / or adapter braces for stiffening and a corresponding number of adapters and at least one system support can be by a respective application-specific compilation of these standard components in the modular principle, a variety of mounting tasks in the fuselage cell structure weight optimal, damage tolerant and with solve low assembly and storage costs.
Further advantageous embodiments of the module holder are set forth in the further claims.
