Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wirkstoffen aus einer Pflanze sowie eine Verwendung als Grundstoff, gemäß Oberbegriff der Patentansprüche 1 und 8. Um hierbei große Mengen von Wirkstoffen wie Phenolen, insbesondere von Resveratrol und/oder Derivaten von beiden sowie andere Pflanzenwirkstoffe auf einfache Weise und in großen Mengen gewinnen zu können, wobei die Einschleppung von Pestiziden, Herbiziden und Fungiziden gegenüber bekannten Verfahren weitestgehend vermieden wird, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass die Wirkstoffe im Wesentlichen aus den Wurzeln und/oder Rhizomen der neuen Pflanzensorte aus der Gattung der Fallopia mit der Bezeichnung Candy (CPVO2007/1958) extrahiert/separiert werden.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of active compounds from a plant and a use as a raw material, according to the preamble of claims 1 and 8.
