Beschreibung der ErfindungDescription of the invention
The object of the invention is to carry out a preparation device such that a desired preparation application (hereinafter also referred to as oil) takes place uniformly, with minimal oil consumption and the lowest possible oil and / or oil mist emission. The object is achieved with a device and a method having the features of the independent claims. The invention relates to a device for applying preparation to a synthetic thread with subsequent swirling. The device should be made as compact as possible in order to be able to be used even in tight machine conditions and / or to let the excess oil and the oil mist formed by the swirling or only to a small extent escape to the outside. In practice, it has been found that the swirling of the thread at a very short distance to the oiler pulsates or closed or twisted together. As a result, the yarn in the oiler only little contact with the oil-wetted surface and it is applied only small or irregular amount of preparation oil. To avoid this, the thread in the oiler is deflected so that the filament bundle is spread evenly in the oiler and thus the thread or the individual filaments contact as possible with the oil-wetted surface of the oiler and thus record as much as possible preparation and also as little as possible preparation passes the thread. Thread lubricators are available in various designs and are well known in practice. The thread, which initially falls out of the spinning shaft, is passed over a thread guide pin guided into the oiler with your defined angle. After the oiler the thread runs again over a thread guide pin in the swirling device. The angle between the oiler and the yarn guide pin in the swirling device is precisely defined. The thread guide pin in front of the swirl nozzle on the one hand has the function of stopping the twisting or the vibrations of the thread and on the other to establish the defined contact with the oil-wetted surface. The yarn guide pin is preferably made of ceramic. All thread guide elements have garnschonende surfaces. The oiler preferably has a curved surface over which the thread runs tangentially. By the contact pressure of the thread on the Ölerfläche the thread is spread and the individual filaments have maximum contact with the oil-wetted surface. In the oiler sits a hole, which is preferably formed as a slot. The deflection of the thread on the thread guide elements such as ceramic pins, oiler, thread guide and the contact pressure of these is such that the filament share undergoes the desired spreading, but the thread is no longer loaded as necessary and yarn or Einzelfilamentschädigungen be avoided. The ceramic pins are preferably movable for thread application. The device on which the components are arranged such as Keramikumlenkstifte, oiler and swirl nozzles also has the function to dissipate excess oil and preparation mist and returned to the oil circuit. In the outer part of the device sits the deflection pin and the oiler. The excess oil runs into a gutter and from there into a return. After the oiler, the yarn passes through a relatively narrow gap in a chamber via the second deflection pin in the swirling nozzle. The swirl nozzle preferably has an inlet and outlet yarn guide with a yarn-friendly surface, which center the yarn in the yarn duct of the nozzle and ensure that the yarn runs at a certain angle, which ensures optimum functioning of the nozzle. Before and / or after the yarn channel of the nozzle are preferably support pins with a garnschonenden surface, which ensure that no Filamentschädigungen done by the turbulence or deflection forces of the thread. In the chamber sits after the Verwirbelungsdüse also a gutter through which excess oil or oil mist can be returned via a drain pipe in the oil circuit. After the swirl nozzle, the yarn again passes out of the chamber through a tight opening. The swirling nozzle is preferably designed so that the swirling air is blown in the direction of the gutter and does not blow directly into the thread passage. Due to the tight opening of the thread passage and the recesses with bevels and channels escapes only a very small amount of oil or oil mist. This can be further minimized by creating negative pressure on the drain pipe and sucked off. Preferably, the yarn contacted only as much thread guide as needed for a secure yarn path. By very precise dimensions and installation in the system can be dispensed with additional thread guide elements. The installation of the device is therefore preferably carried out without adjustment so as to always come to the same installation position for maintenance work with installation and removal. In multi-thread systems, the preparation components sit side by side. They are arranged so that the thread run with the least possible lateral deflection and the thread enters as straight as possible in the oiler. The device can be opened and closed for thread application. In this case, sit in the flap that is opened, the Fadenleitstifte. After opening the flap, the oiler and the swirling nozzle are exposed for threading. After threading and closing the flap, the thread is deflected by the Fadenleitstifte in the oiler so that the filaments of the thread spread in the oiler. The device is designed so that depending on the type of yarn and process the appropriate type of oil and type of Verwirbelungseinsatzes are easily interchangeable at any time.
Hierfür ist dann eine Ölzufuhr in die Klappe erforderlich.at a further advantageous embodiment of the invention sits in the Close another oiler. This can then simultaneously take over the function of a Fadenleitstiftes and additionally oils. This is at some yarn speeds and yarns when it is not possible with only one oiler enough preparation to apply to the yarn. For this purpose, then an oil supply in the flap is required.
A Further improvement comes when the thread guide pin in front of the oiler at the yarn contact already with oil is wetted to prevent dry running. This is in the Ceramic pin a supply channel with an exit hole or slot introduced through which wets the thread contact constantly becomes.
The overflowing excess oil or the oil mist can be returned to the oil circuit become. For this, the returning medium can be filtered be cleaned of yarn particles and contamination.
A Another advantageous embodiment is to open and closing the flap with the machine control couple and automate using a pneumatic cylinder or electric motor.
