Abstract

The generator has a turbine sheet that is blown by exhaust gas flow from cylinders of an internal combustion engine for driving rotary movements of a turbine. The exhaust gases are discharged by a hollow shaft and a rear exhaust pipe into air. Armature windings are fastened to the hollow shaft to produce electrical energy by movement of the windings in permanent magnetic field. The produced electric current is fed by power-electronic commutation of an electric motor or a battery.

Description

Der Stand der TechnikThe state of the art

Das Abgas aus Verbrennungsmotor wird z. Z. durch den Auspuff in die Luft freigesetzt.The Exhaust gas from internal combustion engine is z. Z. through the exhaust into the Air released.

Aufbau und FunktionsprinzipStructure and functional principle

Aufbauconstruction

Anders als herkömmlichen Auspuffen wird der Auspuff hier neue aufgebaut. Der Auspuff hier besteht aus folgenden Teilen:

  • 1) Konventionelle unbeweglichen Auspuffrohr hinter den Abgase-ventilen;
  • 2) Bewegliche Hohlwelle verbunden mit den Auspuffsrohren vor und hinter ihm selbst über Wellenlager; Wicklungen werden längst Wellerichtung auf der Hohlwelle aufgewickelt;
  • 3) An der Gehäuse befestigte permanenten Magneten
  • 4) Auf der Stirnseite von Hohlwelle befestigte Turbinenblätter
  • 5) Konventionelle unbeweglichen Auspuffrohr hinter dem Generator.
Unlike conventional exhausts, the exhaust is rebuilt here. The exhaust here consists of the following parts:
  • 1) Conventional immovable exhaust pipe behind the exhaust valves;
  • 2) Movable hollow shaft connected to the exhaust pipes in front of and behind itself via shaft bearings; Windings are wound on the hollow shaft long ago;
  • 3) Permanent magnets attached to the case
  • 4) On the front side of hollow shaft mounted turbine blades
  • 5) Conventional immovable exhaust pipe behind the generator.

Funktionsprinzipprinciple of operation

The Exhaust-flow from cylinders of combustion engine blows the turbine blades 4) and drives the rotating movements of turbines. The at the Turbine hollow shaft 2) fixed armature windings is by their Movements in the permanent magnetic field 3) the electrical energy produce. The electricity generated can be generated by means of power electronics Commutation feed the electric motor or battery.

Die Abgase werden durch die Hohlwelle 2) und den hinteren Auspuffrohr 5) in die Luft freigesetzt.The Exhaust gases are through the hollow shaft 2) and the rear exhaust pipe 5) released into the air.
