The invention was therefore to provide fire soundproof doors, the for a simple modular design, for example, in a carpentry constructed without elaborate gluing with special adhesives can be and in addition to excellent Fire and soundproofing behavior. Furthermore should be a simple and inexpensive process for Production of such fire-sound-protective doors found become.
Demgemäß wurde die eingangs beschriebene Brand-Schall-Schutztüre gefunden.Accordingly, became found the fire sound protection door described above.

Zur Verstärkung enthält die Brandschutzschicht A in der Regel Glasfasern in Mengen von 2 bis 20 Gew.-%.The Fire protection layer A is preferably made of an intumescent mass based on a calcium silicate, calcium sulfate or preferably sodium silicate educated. For this one uses a commercial water glass solution with a water content of about 65 wt .-% and mixed with water glass powder with a water content of about 18 wt .-%. Stirring times of Mixture can be over the amount of water glass powder set specifically. Optionally, inorganic Fillers such as metal hydroxides or metal sulfate hydrates in amounts of 0 to 50 wt .-% and up to 10 wt .-% organic Materials are added to the mixture. For reinforcement The fire protection layer A usually contains glass fibers in amounts of from 2 to 20% by weight.
The Protective layers B and B 'are preferably made of an epoxy or Polyurethane resin and have a thickness in the range of 10 to 500 μm, preferably in the range of 20 to 100 microns.
When Substrate layer C come inorganic or organic building materials such as wood, medium or high density fiberboard, gypsum or calcium silicate boards, Paper, metal or plastic into consideration.
Üblicherweise liegt die Dicke der Substratschicht C im Bereich von 0,1 bis 15 mm, bevorzugt im Bereich von 1 bis 10 mm.The Thickness of the substrate layer C can vary within a wide range and depends essentially on the building material used and intended use. Usually the thickness is the substrate layer C in the range of 0.1 to 15 mm, preferably in Range from 1 to 10 mm.
However, it may also contain a plurality of substrate layers C. In this case, both the protective layer B and the protective layer B 'act as adhesive layers between the fire protection layer A and the substrate layers C. Preferred layer sequences are C-B'-ABC or C-B'-ABCBA-B'-C.
The Composite laminates can be made by: on the fire protection layer A an epoxy / hardener mixture or a polyurethane adhesive is applied and the substrate layer C is applied before curing of the protective layer B. The hardening can be done in a press, for example in a press Veneer press at a pressure in the range of 0.1 to 10 bar, preferably be carried out in the range of 2 to 5 bar. The further protective layer B 'may be before or after producing the Composite and turning on the opposite side of the Fire protection layer A are applied and cured.
This Method can be repeated arbitrarily to form further layers become. Preference is given to the fire protection layers A with an epoxy / hardener mixture or a polyurethane adhesive and coated together with several Substrate layers C stacked in the desired layer sequence. The curing is preferably subsequently carried out Pressing of the entire composite carried out in the press. Since the still uncoated fire protection layer A is more flexible, achieved in this way a better compression and smaller variations in thickness. The temperature during curing hangs essentially of the type and composition of the epoxy / hardener mixture or the polyurethane adhesive and is usually in the range from 20 to 100 ° C. At higher temperatures must the pressing time is chosen shorter accordingly, to prevent foaming of the fire protection layers A.
The Composite layer plates generally have a layer thickness of 5 to 20 mm, and preferably from 10 to 15 mm. Depending on the structure and thickness, they have a fire resistance of 15 minutes up to 2 hours up.
The Composite laminates are easy to handle in craft workshops by usual processing machines by sawing, Process cutting or punching. In particular, composite layer plates are suitable with a substrate layer C of medium or high density fiberboard as core material for fire doors.
vorzugsweise Melamin/Formaldehyd Harzbasis eingesetzt. Besonders bevorzugt

When Cover layer (D) come inorganic or organic building materials such as wood, medium or high density fiberboard, gypsum or calcium silicate boards, Paper, metal or plastic into consideration.
Üblicherweise liegt die Dicke der Deckschicht D im Bereich von 0,1 bis 50 mm, bevorzugt im Bereich von 1 bis 50 mm.The Thickness of the cover layer can vary widely and depends essentially of the building material used and purpose from. Usually, the thickness of the cover layer D is in the Range of 0.1 to 50 mm, preferably in the range of 1 to 50 mm.
