Abstract
Description
GEBIET DER ERFINDUNGFIELD OF THE INVENTION
The Invention relates to a rotor blade for wind power plants, especially for floating wind turbines and a Wind turbine with a rotor blade.
HINTERGRUND DER ERFINDUNGBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The Wind power technology is characterized by a continuous growth in size characterized. The market especially for the so-called offshore wind farm development, used in offshore floating wind turbines are demanding ever more powerful wind turbines. This trend presents wind power engineers with difficult constructive challenges Tasks. Based on similarity laws of mechanics and proven by practical examples it can be shown that the Masses of large wind turbines and consequently also the Masses and costs rise faster than size the rotor surface and thus faster than the power or energy production.
Wind turbines come on rotor diameter from 50 m to 130 m. But the bigger the wings, the more complicated the design and manufacturing. The trend, especially in the offshore sector over the performance classes Wind turbines from 3.0 to 5.0 MW are unmistakable. Plant sizes up to 10 MW are already available today in the planning. Convincing technical solutions stand for these extreme leaf sizes currently not available.
Of the Traditional rotor blade construction has the potential today Rotor blade sizes its technical and economic Reached limits. Since the blade tips of the wind power rotors in the offshore area must rotate at a speed of up to 500 km / h, must high Strength can be guaranteed.
Heute verwendet man vorimprägnierte Materialien, sog. The Rotors are usually manufactured in dissolved construction. The end product is composed of individually prefabricated elements. Laminated in the classical sense is no more. Used today Preimpregnated materials, so-called prepregs (from the Engl. Preimpregnated = pre-soaked). These prepregs are Resin impregnated glass or carbon fiber mats, which are provided on both sides with a release liner and only immediately be unpacked before processing.

Beide Bauelemente des Holms werden mit Prepregs in Form gebracht.at The question here rotor blades is so far in a first manufacturing stage, the so-called spar is produced. This Holm forms the supporting framework that the rotor blade required strength gives. Similar to the spar of one Tragfläche it extends in the interior over the entire sheet length. The spar again consists of two Elements together. The first is the very stable section for the blade root, the rotor blade later with the hub combines. The second element is a round or box-shaped conical carrier that extends to the tip of the blade. Both components of the spar are brought into shape with prepregs.
In the next stage of production will be in negative forms respectively the upper shell and lower shell of the rotor blade made. After that the spar is fitted in the lower shell. Then be both shells glued together. Manually editing the Sheets, laminating or layer-by-layer application of Prepregs by hand and the subsequent gluing of prefabricated Elements is very cost and labor intensive.
Als Werkstoffe werden Glasfasermaterial und zunehmend auch für hochbelastete Bereiche Kohlenstoffasern eingesetzt.at Wind turbines usually consists of the leaf structure from two half shells, partly as sandwich structures with foam core, with nose and end edge gluing as well as spars from simple or double bridges. As materials become fiberglass material and increasingly also used for heavily loaded areas carbon fibers.
- – unterschiedlichste klimatische Bedingungen, z. B. extreme Temperaturschwankungen, Feuchtigkeit, Eis, UV-Strahlen, Blitzschlag,
- – hohe Anforderungen an die technische Lebensdauer, i. a. > 25 Jahre,
- – extremer Kostendruck bei Herstellung, Betrieb und Wartung.
- - transient aerodynamic forces,
- - proper movements of the system and its individual masses as a vibration problem,
- - Different climatic conditions, eg. Extreme temperature fluctuations, moisture, ice, UV rays, lightning,
- - high demands on the technical life, generally> 25 years,
- - extreme cost pressure during production, operation and maintenance.
- Sheet cross-section with fiber-reinforced plastic shell as a load-bearing hollow cross-section, wherein the shell is formed as a sandwich cross-section, sometimes with stiffening profiling,
- - anticipated negative deflection of the blade can partially compensate for deformation under load,
- - enlarged leaf cross-section in the area between the leaf root and middle part,
- Reinforced stile in conjunction, partly with reinforcement allowances in the upper and lower shell of the blade profile,
- - Holm made of high-strength carbon fiber material instead of glass fiber reinforced plastic,
- - spar bars with stiffening elements made of box-shaped sandwich components,
- - Special winding technology with carbon fibers in longitudinal and transverse winding of the spar.
On the airfoil profile of the rotor blade acts, among others Forces, much like a plane high Buoyancy on the curved profile side due to the flow negative pressure. Due to the high circulation speed of the outer Leaf section to the leaf tip (as mentioned above up to 500 km / h) are in particular at the narrow expiring Rotor blade on the windward side large buoyancy forces one. The resulting tensile force causes an elastic deflection of the rotor blade. The stiffness of the supporting spar and the outer Shell determine the size of the sag. There the spar of the blade root is tapered to the tip of the blade, Holm and shell cross sections are indeed with increasing distance from the blade root smaller and the moment of resistance decreases, but at the same time take the rotational speed of the rotor blade with larger radius and the buoyancy force too.
Becomes made a rotor blade in the conventional construction, result typical deformation paths or deflection of the blade tip under wind load of 5 to 10% of the rotor blade length. The longer the rotor blade, the stronger the deflection. Despite the use of high quality materials, additional leaf reinforcements and special shaping are limits to these construction and construction techniques set, because the overall stiffness in this way is not arbitrary can be increased. In addition, deformation paths are physical necessary to tensile and compressive stresses in the supporting cross-section to generate and the rigidity (elasticity) in the sheet to activate.
A Too much bending of the rotor blade endangered the stability of the wind turbine. It has to be on everyone Case can be prevented that the rotor blade tip itself under extreme wind load can touch the tower. Both large rotating masses of the rotor blades would a collision with the tower inevitably leads to a complete Destruction of the wind turbine lead.
OFFENBARUNG DER ERFINDUNGDISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
Of the Invention is based on the object of specifying a rotor blade, that even with very long blade lengths From about 50 m to 80 m a low sheet weight, a very large Stiffness and minimal deflection, without loss of Strength, quality, technical life or aerodynamic Efficiency. The rotor blade is intended to be particularly economical Be made way.
A Another object of the invention is to provide a wind turbine with a specified rotor blade, which is very large Energy performance designed and used especially in the offshore area is.
The These tasks are solved by a rotor blade with the features of claim 1 or by a wind turbine with the features of claim 13. Advantageous embodiments and developments are the subject of the respective subclaims.
The solution according to the invention is based on the basic idea of generating stresses in the load-bearing cross-section of the rotor blade already in the unloaded resting state in order to anticipate the voltage-dependent deformations as a result of wind load. According to the principle of the prestressed carrier, the rotor blade is provided in the longitudinal direction spans, ie the entire load-bearing cross section receives an additional compressive stress.
By receives the bias of the invention the load-bearing spar, despite its lightweight construction, has a very high flexural rigidity and takes as the carrier the entire outer profiling shell construction of the rotor blade.
Around to prevent it in the load-free state with unilateral Preload in the so-called Obergurt the spar (on the wind-facing Page) does not come to deformations of the rotor blade receives also the so-called lower flange of the spar on the pressure side tendons.
All in all The stiffness is significantly increased without the mass of the rotor blade to enlarge. This design principle, namely lightweight with bias and better material utilization of Holmquerschnitts, opens up the possibility as well to produce very large rotor blades economically.
GN/mm2.The solution according to the invention proposes to pretension the entire rotor blade and to introduce the pretensioning forces directly into the rotor hub. In this case, advantageously carbon fibers can be used. The stiffness of carbon fiber components is comparable to that of steel structures. Other material properties are: good fatigue strength; highest tear length, very high modulus of elasticity, no corrosion problems. The fiber is electrically very good and thermally low conductivity. Depending on the quality, the tensile strength of the carbon fibers is 2500 to 7000 MPa and the material stiffness or the modulus of elasticity is between 220 and 300 GPa or GN / mm 2 .
One Rotor blade according to the invention has, among other things the advantages of having a high sheet stiffness, almost completely to be made automatically and a small one To show weight. By the invention Preload receives the supporting spar despite lightweight construction a very high bending stiffness and serves as a carrier for the outer profiling shell construction of the Rotor blade.
The largest sheet load occurs in the longitudinal direction. Instead of the usual power absorption over the inserted Glass or carbon fibers now take over the tendons the longitudinal forces and direct these directly into the Blade root.
By the construction method according to the invention succeeds It is the first time, a high-strength rotor blade by lightweight construction with pretensioning technology to build. The solution according to the invention It also allows considerable stability reserves through To tap better material utilization, without the weight of the sheet too increase. The used preloading technique in the rotor blade replaces that construction mass that would otherwise be used for the extra Reinforcement of the rotor blade would have become necessary.
Further Details and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following purely exemplary and non-limiting description of a Embodiment in conjunction with the drawing.

The rotor blade according to the invention is with Fiber wrapping is a technique for laying continuous filament rovings on a mold. It is coupled with a resin impregnation process. With this method, fibers are positioned very tight and tight with high dimensional accuracy.
The Production of the rotor blade takes place in two processing steps. First, the spar is manufactured as a central component. Subsequently, in a second operation, the profile of the rotor blade combined with the spar and by the winding machine applied fiber layers mechanically and with great precision connected to a unit.
This automatic manufacturing process is special for the serial production for small and large quantities suitable. Even a change to another rotor blade format is to realize this technique easily and quickly, because the very complex production of individual negative molds for the upper and lower shell of the rotor blade is eliminated.
To the Winding is a preformed body necessary to the Component gives its later appearance, the so-called. Kern. The Production or fabrication of the core elements remaining in the rotor blade z. B. made of a rigid foam plastic is done by machine with known methods.
Zulagen, Leerrohre, Sandwichelemente, Signalleitungen können während des Produktionsprozesses nach Berechnung und Bedarf berücksichtigt werden.in the first step of the rotor blade production must be the bearing Holm are made. In sections, the ready-made Core elements made of hard foam plastic glued together and with wrapped around the fibers. Geometry, wall thickness, fiber layers and directions and, where appropriate, allowances, conduits, sandwich elements, signal lines during the production process according to calculation and requirement be taken into account.
After this extending over the entire length of the blade Holm is cured, in the second step the Hartschaumkernelemente tailored for the rotor blade profile and glued to the spar. The hard foam parts attached to the spar form the formative gauge for the calculated profile of the rotor blade. With the help of the winding machine, the outer Contour of the rotor blade occupied by several fiber layers. The winding machine can be adjusted to the largest width of the rotor blade become. During winding around the rotor blade is the Machine lengthwise from the blade root to the blade tip method.
The Although mechanical winding technology has for rotor blades the disadvantage that the fibers in opposite directions with a Angle of 30 to 60 ° to the longitudinal axis of the sheet or the spar to be wrapped while the main strain under wind load, however, in the longitudinal axis of spar and rotor blade adjusting, wherein with the winding technique, the orientation of the fiber not adapted everywhere to the direction of stress can, however, this constructive weakness by the preloading technique according to the invention especially be compensated advantageous.
