Abstract
Description
The Invention relates to certain quinoline or quinazoline derivatives, their preparation and use as inhibitors of protein kinases, in particular of Eph (erythropoietin-producing hepatoma amplified sequence) - receptors for the treatment of various diseases.
Proteintyrosinkinasen
These include u. a. the Families of src (sarcoma) kinases expressed Tec (tyrosine kinase in hepatocellular carcinoma) kinases, the Abl (Abelson) kinases and the breast tumor kinase kinases, as well as the focal adhesion kinase (FAK).
A altered activity of these protein tyrosine kinases can cause a variety of physiological disorders in the human Lead organism and thereby z. B. inflammatory, cause neurological and oncological disorders.

Under However, the receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors are not Eph receptor inhibitors described.
It It is an object of the present invention to provide compounds the receptor tyrosine kinases, especially Eph receptors, inhibit.
The Task is solved by quinoline or quinazoline derivatives having the general formula (A), a process for producing the Quinoline or quinazoline derivative, the uses of quinoline or Chinazolinderivats, as well as the quinoline or quinazoline derivative containing drug, according to the following description and the Claims.

Konformationsisomere
