Abstract
Description
The Invention is in the technical field of pesticides, the against harmful plants z. B. be used in crops can and as active ingredients a combination of at least contain two herbicides.

The Effectiveness of these herbicides against harmful plants in the crops is at a high level, but generally depends from the application rate, the particular form of preparation, respectively to be combated harmful plants or the harmful plant spectrum, the climate and soil conditions, etc. Another one The criterion is the duration of the effect or the rate of degradation of the herbicide. If necessary, they should also be considered Changes in the sensitivity of harmful plants, those with prolonged use of herbicides or geographically can occur limited. Losses in individual harmful plants can only be limited by higher application rates of Balance herbicides, eg. B. because so often the selectivity the herbicide is impaired or an effect improvement even at higher application rate does not occur. Partially can increase the selectivity in cultures by adding safeners be improved. In general, however, there is always a need for Methods, the herbicidal effect with lower application rate of active ingredients to reach. A lower application rate not only reduces the amount of active ingredient required for the application, but usually also reduces the amount of necessary Formulation auxiliaries. Both reduce the economic Effort and improves the ecological compatibility the herbicide treatment.
A Possibility to improve the application profile of a In the combination of the active substance with one or more herbicides consist of several other active substances. However occur in the combined use of several drugs not uncommon phenomena physical and biological incompatibility, z. B. lack of stability in a coformulation, decomposition an active substance or antagonism of the active substances or a delayed Degradation in the soil, which leads to damage to subsequent crops can. On the other hand, combinations of active substances are desirable with favorable effect profile, high stability and as synergistically enhanced as possible, which is a reduction of the application rate compared to the single application allowed the substances to be combined.
Surprisingly it has now been found that certain drugs from the group the pyrazolyloxyphenyls or their salts in combination with certain structurally different herbicides in particularly favorable Cooperate way, z. When used in crops for the selective use of herbicides, optionally with the addition of safeners.

B. im Bereich von 0,1 bis 4000 g AS/ha, vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 2000 g AS/ha.The active compounds of the formula (I) mentioned and their salts can inhibit the enzyme phytoene desaturase (PDS) and thus the carotenoid biosynthesis of the plants. The application rate of the active compounds of the formula (I) and their salts can vary within wide ranges, for example between 10 and 500 g AS / ha. Insofar as the abbreviation AS / ha is used in this specification, this means "active substance per hectare", based on 100% active ingredient. In applications with application rates of 10 to 500 AS / ha of the active compounds of the formula (I) and their salts, Pre-emergence and post-emergence treatment combats a relatively wide range of annual and perennial weeds, bulimia and cyperaceae In the combinations according to the invention, the application rates are generally lower, for example in the range from 0.1 to 4000 g AS / ha, preferably 0 , 5 to 2000 g AS / ha.
Die im allgemeinen verwendeten Aufwandmengenverhältnisse der Komponenten (A):(B) sind nachstehend angegeben und bezeichnen das Gewichtsverhältnis der Komponenten (A):(B) zueinander. Das Gewichtsverhältnis der Komponenten (A) und (B) zueinander beträgt dabei im allgemeinen 1:800 bis 5000:1, vorzugsweise 1:200 bis 400:1.The in general used rate ratios of Components (A) :( B) are given below and denote that Weight ratio of the components (A) :( B) to each other. The weight ratio of components (A) and (B) to each other is generally 1: 800 to 5000: 1, preferably 1: 200 to 400: 1.
Besonders gut geeignete Safener sind fenchlorazole-ethyl (S1), mefenpyr-diethyl (S2), isoxadifen-ethyl (S3), cyprosulfamide (S4), cloquintocet-mexyl (S5), fenclorim (S6), dichlormid (S7), benoxacor (S8), furilazol (S9), oxabetrinil (S10), fluxofenim (S11), flurazol (S12) und naphthalic anhydrid (S13).to Application of the active compounds of the formula (I) and their salts in plant crops it may be appropriate depending on the crop, from certain application rates to apply a safener to any damage to reduce or avoid on the crop. Such safeners are known in the art. Particularly suitable safeners are fenchlorazole-ethyl (S1), mefenpyr-diethyl (S2), isoxadifen-ethyl (S3), cyprosulfamide (S4), cloquintocet-mexyl (S5), fenclorim (S6), dichlormid (S7), benoxacor (S8), furilazole (S9), oxabetrinil (S10), fluxofenim (S11), flurazole (S12) and naphthalic anhydride (S13).
The herbicides (A) and (B) are, if appropriate in the presence of safeners (for. Example, the combination (B1.18) + (S2) commercially available as Atlantis ®) suitable for controlling harmful plants in plant crops, for example in economically important crops such as cereals (eg wheat, barley, rye, oats, rice, corn, millet), sugar beet, sugar cane, rapeseed, cotton and soybeans. Of particular interest is the use in monocotyledonous crops such as cereals, in particular wheat, barley, rye, oats, crossings thereof such as triticale, rice, corn and millet and in non-selective use in plantation crops such as fruit, wine, olives, oil palm or for use on non-cultural fields. For the combinations (A) + (B) + safener, these cultures are also preferred. The herbicide combinations according to the invention can be used in each case in the pre- or post-emergence.

About that In addition, any of the above herbicide combinations (A) and (B) contain one or more safeners, in particular one Safeners such as mefenpyr-diethyl (S2), isoxadifen-ethyl (S3), cyprosulfamide (S4) and cloquintocetmexyl (S5). Here are the above-mentioned application rates and Each application rate ratios are preferred.
It may be useful one or more herbicides (A) with one or more several herbicides (B).
The combinations according to the invention (= herbicidal Agent) have excellent herbicidal activity against Broad spectrum of economically important monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous harmful plants on. Also difficult to control perennial weeds, from rhizomes, rhizomes or other permanent organs drive out, are well detected by the active ingredients. there it is immaterial whether the substances are used in pre-seed, pre-emergence or postemergence proceedings.
Im einzelnen seien beispielhaft einige Vertreter der mono- und dikotylen Unkrautflora genannt, die durch die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen kontrolliert werden können, ohne daß durch die Nennung eine Beschränkung auf bestimmte Arten erfolgen soll.in the individual examples are some representatives of mono- and dicots Weed flora called by the invention Connections can be controlled without having to the naming is a limitation to certain species should.
On the side of the monocotyledonous weed species are z. B. Apera spica venti, Avena spp., Alopecurus spp., Brachiaria spp., Digitaria spp., Lolium spp., Echinochloa spp., Panicum spp., Phalaris spp., Poa spp., Setaria spp. and Bromus spp. like Bromus catharticus, Bromus secalinus, Bromus erectus, Bromus tectorum and Bromus japonicus and cyperus species from the annuell group and on the perennial side Species Agropyron, Cynodon, Imperata as well as sorghum and perennial Cyperus species well detected.
B. Abutilon spp., Amaranthus spp., Chenopodium spp., Chrysanthemum spp., Galium spp. wie Galium aparine, Ipomoea spp., Kochia spp., Lamium spp., Matricaria spp., Pharbitis spp., Polygonum spp., Sida spp., Sinapis spp., Solanum spp., Stellaria spp., Veronica spp. und Viola spp., Xanthium spp., auf der annuellen Seite sowie Convolvulus, Cirsium, Rumex und Artemisia Arten bei den perennierenden Unkräutern.at dicotyledonous weed species extends the spectrum of action on species such as Abutilon spp., Amaranthus spp., Chenopodium spp., Chrysanthemum spp., Galium spp. such as Galium aparine, Ipomoea spp., Kochia spp., Lamium spp., Matricaria spp., Pharitis spp., Polygonum spp., Sida spp., Sinapis spp., Solanum spp., Stellaria spp., Veronica spp. and Viola spp., Xanthium spp., on the annall side as well as Convolvulus, Cirsium, Rumex and Artemisia species in perennial weeds.
Werden die erfindungsgemäßen Herbizid-Kombinationen vor dem Keimen auf die Erdoberfläche appliziert, so wird entweder das Auflaufen der Unkrautkeimlinge vollständig verhindert oder die Unkräuter wachsen bis zum Keimblattstadium heran, stellen jedoch dann ihr Wachstum ein und sterben schließlich nach Ablauf von drei bis vier Wochen vollkommen ab.Become the herbicidal combinations according to the invention When germinating is applied to the surface of the earth, it becomes either completely prevents the emergence of the weed seedlings or the weeds grow up to the cotyledon stage, But then they stop growing and eventually die completely after three to four weeks.
When applying the active ingredients to the green parts of the plant postemergence also occurs very quickly after treatment, a drastic growth stop and the weed plants remain in the Application stage existing stage of growth or die after a certain time completely off, so that in this way harmful to the crops weed competition is eliminated very early and sustainably.
The herbicidal compositions according to the invention are distinguished by a rapidly onset and long-lasting herbicidal action out. The rainfastness of the active ingredients in the inventive Combinations is usually cheap. As a special Advantage is significant that in the combinations used and effective dosages of components (A) and (B) can be adjusted so low that their soil effect the requirement of a targeted short-term residual weed effect Fulfills. Thus, their use is not only in sensitive Cultures only possible, but groundwater contamination are virtually avoided. By the invention Combination of active ingredients will significantly reduce the necessary application rate of the active ingredients allows.
The effect in the combinations is stronger as the expected sum of the effects of the individual herbicides used. The synergistic effects allow a reduction of the application rate, the fight against a broader spectrum of weeds and grass weeds, a faster use of the herbicides Effect, a longer lasting effect, better control of the Harmful plants with only one or a few applications and one Extension of the possible period of application. Partially The amount of harmful substances also becomes harmful through the use of funds Ingredients, such as nitrogen or oleic acid, and whose entry into the ground is reduced.
The mentioned properties and benefits are in practical weed control of use to agricultural crops of undesirable Competing plants and thus the yields qualitatively and quantitatively secure and / or increase. The technical Standard is described by these new combinations in terms of Characteristics clearly exceeded.
Although the combinations according to the invention an excellent herbicidal activity towards mono- and dicots Have harmful plants, the crops are only marginally or not damaged at all.
Furthermore the agents according to the invention partially excellent growth regulatory properties in crops on. They regulate the plant's metabolism and can thus be used to specifically influence plant ingredients and for harvest relief such. B. by triggering Desiccation and stunting are used. Furthermore are suitable They are also used for general control and inhibition of unwanted vegetative growth without killing the plants. An inhibition of vegetative growth plays in many mono- and dicotyledonous crops play a major role in crop losses Store thereby reduced or completely prevented can.
Andere besondere Eigenschaften betreffen z. B. das Erntegut hinsichtlich Menge, Qualität, Lagerfähigkeit, Zusammensetzung und spezieller Inhaltsstoffe. So sind z. B. transgene Pflanzen mit erhöhtem Stärkegehalt oder veränderter Qualität der Stärke oder solche mit anderer Fettsäurezusammensetzung des Ernteguts bekannt.by virtue of their herbicidal and plant growth regulatory properties the agents according to the invention can also to combat harmful plants in genetically modified or obtained by mutation selection crops used become. These crops are usually characterized by special advantageous properties, such as resistances herbicidal agents or resistance to plant diseases or pathogens of plant diseases such as certain insects or microorganisms like mushrooms, bacteria or viruses. Other special properties concern z. B. the crop in terms of quantity, quality, Shelf life, composition and special ingredients.
For Such genetic manipulations can include nucleic acid molecules be introduced into plasmids that have a mutagenesis or a sequence change by recombination of DNA sequences. With the help of the above Standard methods can z. B. base exchanges, Partial sequences removed or natural or synthetic Sequences are added. For the connection The DNA fragments among each other can be attached to the fragments Adapters or linkers are used.
The Production of plant cells with reduced activity For example, a gene product can be obtained by expression at least one corresponding antisense RNA, a sense RNA for Obtaining a Cosuppressionseffektes or expression at least a suitably engineered ribozyme that specifically transcripts of the above gene product cleaves.
For this On the one hand, DNA molecules can be used including the entire coding sequence of a gene product possibly existing flanking sequences, as well DNA molecules that comprise only parts of the coding sequence, These parts need to be long enough to be in the cells to cause an antisense effect. It is also possible Use of DNA sequences that have a high degree of homology but not to the coding sequences of a gene product are completely identical.
