Description
The The invention relates to a method for producing a corrugated fin for one from at least two heat exchangers existing heat exchanger block according to the preamble of claim 1. Further relates to Invention a heat exchanger block, consisting of at least two heat exchangers, according to the preamble of claim 9.
Heat exchanger blocks or Wärmeübertragermodule, which consist of at least two different heat exchangers were under the for the applicant protected Name monoblock known. These are one of coolant primary side flowed through cooler and one of refrigerant primary side flowed through Condenser, in all-metal construction, to a heat exchanger block integrated, both heat exchangers in the direction of air flow arranged one behind the other and common corrugated ribs overflowed by ambient air, have so-called continuous ribs. The entire heat exchanger block, preferably made of aluminum, "in a shot "in a soldering oven soldered. Such a heat exchanger block However, it can also be used for other heat exchangers, e.g. a charge air cooler include. By the DE-A 197 22 097 of the Applicant was such Monoblock known, which is also characterized in that at least a heat exchanger, preferably the cooler, has no conventional tube sheet, but instead the end expanded flat tubes, with each other with their long sides are soldered with their narrow sides with a collection box. This construction brings considerable advantages in the depth, d. H. in the direction of air flow. As already mentioned, the lead Heat exchanger their heat to the ambient air a common or continuous rib, the mechanical advantage that she has the heat exchanger block gives the required rigidity, but thermodynamically the disadvantage that has a heat conduction over the Rib from a heat exchanger on the other hand, for example, from the radiator to the condenser. This is not wanted. One therefore has so-called thermal barriers or thermal insulation for the corrugated ribs in the transition area from a heat exchanger proposed on the other, whereby the heat conduction prevented or at least greatly reduced. For example, was from the Applicant proposed in DE-A 198 08 202, the corrugated fins in the area of their wave crests to puncture, so that torn through ducts, the heat conduction in the corrugated rib. This solution has u. a. the advantage, that no material waste arises, however, is the thermal Insulation is not always sufficient.
In EP-A 367 078 were for a heat exchanger block with continuous corrugated rib slots proposed by the Corrugated rib are punched out to prevent the heat conduction. The punched rib parts are material waste, its disposal with additional difficulties connected is. Similar Suggestions from punched slots of different shape go from EP-A 431,917. Also, there is the disadvantage of material waste. Furthermore These heat exchanger blocks deviate from the Applicant's monobloc construction in that not only the condenser, but also the cooler conventional tube sheets with by trains have, in which the flat tubes are inserted. This results a larger depth and a greater distance the rows of pipes of radiator and capacitor. In a continuous corrugated fin, which is also at This design is desirable because of their advantages is through this "bridging", in which the thermal barrier is installed, consumes additional rib material, which is not the heat transfer and the performance of the heat exchanger serves, but additional Weight and cost means.
Further proposals to the solution this problem is evident from EP-A 1 164 345, where tried becomes, the bridging zone with thermal lock also for the heat transfer to use. Also here is additional Material consumed or there is waste during production the rib.
In EP-A 1 241 424 discloses a thermal barrier for a corrugated fin of a so-called Duplex heat exchanger proposed, which consists of so-called half-gills, d. H. a cut out of the rib plane and up or down shaped gill. This solution Although it is waste-free, it has the disadvantage that for the bridging zone or thermal barrier zone rib material is needed, which is not the heat transfer serves.
Finally, a method for producing a corrugated fin with a thermal barrier has been proposed in EP-A 1 176 378, in which the rib is divided by longitudinal separating cuts and held together or bridged only by material characteristics arranged between the longitudinal cuts. By planarizing the shapes, the fin material is stretched in the region of the bridges, and the cut edges of the separating cuts move away from one another in such a way that insulating air gaps are formed. In a further embodiment, longitudinally extending separating cuts are also provided, which overlap in the longitudinal direction, wherein in the region of the overlap thin material tongues are left. The rib is then stretched in the width so that the cut edges separate and form air gaps between the two rib areas. The tongues are deformed when pulled apart and form connecting sections between the two rib parts. Although no material blending results in the production of this known rib, however, problems in the plating of the characteristics are to be expected, for. B. in the form of material distortions or internal stresses, if, for example, move the rib rows along the rolling direction into one another.
It The object of the present invention is a production process specify the type mentioned, which is a waste-free Manufacture of a corrugated fin with thermal lock allowed, where the material used for the rib as possible low, d. H. be limited to the zones of heat transfer should. It is another object of the invention to provide a heat exchanger block to create with such a corrugated rib, which is waste-free and can be produced with little use of materials. In particular, it is the task the invention, even larger distances between the rows of tubes of the heat exchanger to survey.
These Task is first solved by the features of claim 1. According to the invention, it is provided that the corrugated fin first is made of a flat metal band, in which Cutting rollers gills are cut in order to improve the heat transfer, which are arranged in rows transversely to the rolling direction. The rib is then in the area of the thermal barrier, ie in the middle, each between directly or indirectly adjacent gills separated and then pulled apart (transverse to the rolling direction). At the same time or after the rib is pleated, d. H. curled. By pulling apart the rib is widened, d. H. their depth in the direction of airflow in the heat exchanger gets bigger, and although around the area of the thermal barrier zone between the rows of tubes of the heat exchanger. The separation of the rib is made without waste, so that no rib particles occur, which must be disposed of. This facilitates the manufacturing process. By appropriate positioning the separation points leaves the ribs pull apart like an accordion or garland, resulting in a thermally effective "barrier zone", i.e. a thermal barrier and only one or two thin ones Material webs are retained, which hold the rib parts together and only a small heat conduction allow. By this separation technique even larger distances can be bridged, what of the construction of the heat exchanger block in question, d. H. the Distance of the tube rows depends. The solution according to the invention is insofar as the material saving in the rib is more advantageous the bigger the to be bridged distance is.
The Production of the corrugated rib according to the invention does not necessarily have to - like previously explained - in one continuous process done with an endless metal band, which is guided by a rotating pair of rollers. Rather, it lies also in the scope of the invention, a rib with gills and cuts auszustanzen from a metal sheet (board) and then to Training the thermal barrier to pull apart.
To an advantageous development of the invention, the separation takes place the rib by running in the rolling direction and / or transverse to the rolling direction Cuts, d. H. small cuts between adjacent gills, in same gill row and between adjacent gill rows. This cutting technique has the advantage of being directly at rolling due to minor changes the cutting rollers can be achieved. The cuts according to the invention are thus almost in one operation with the cutting of the Gills made.
To an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the distances of the Gills in a row in the area of the exclusion zone increased - thereby result in other cut combinations and another geometric Training the connecting webs.
To take a further advantageous embodiment of the invention the connecting webs after pulling the corrugated fin about the shape of a rhombus or a garland. There is only one or two thin ones Connecting webs between the two rib parts, wherein at the same time a relatively large one Distance is bridged with minimal material costs. With that form both Rib parts a coherent Structure, which further processed as a part and in the heat exchanger block can be mounted (cassetted).
The object is also achieved by the features of the claims 9 and 10 by a heat exchanger block, consisting of at least two heat exchangers, is equipped with a corrugated fin produced according to the invention. Since this heat exchanger has at least two flat tube rows and the corrugated fin according to the invention is a continuous rib despite thermal barrier, it can be much easier cassettes with the tubes of the heat exchanger, ie prepare for the soldering process. According to the invention, the thermal barrier or the bridging is formed only by thin connecting webs of the fin material, said webs in an acute or blunt Angled to each other and are made without cutting. The thermal barrier or thermal insulation is achieved by a relatively low thermal conductivity cross section and a relatively large length due to the angular arrangement of the legs.
