Abstract

Das hier beschriebene Verfahren betrifft eine neue Methode zur optischen Markierung von Produkten sowie Marker, mit deren Hilfe dieses Verfahren durchführbar ist. Die zu authentizierenden Produkte werden mit einem oder mehreren fluoreszierenden oder phosphoreszierenden Farbstoffen markiert, deren Abklingzeit der Fluoreszenz oder Phosphoreszenz gemessen und als Information für eine Identifikation bzw. Authentikation eines Produktes verwendet wird. Die Abklingzeiten der Farbstoffe werden auf zweierlei Weise moduliert, nämlich entweder durch Variation der chemischen Struktur oder durch Zusatz einer zweiten Substanz, die die Abklingzeit des Fluorophors oder Phosphors messbar und reproduzierbar verändert. Produkte, die mit Markierungsstreifen oder Punkten versehen sind, die derartige Farbstoffe oder Farbstoffkombinationen enthalten, können über die Messung der Abklingzeit eindeutig authentiziert, codiert oder zugeordnet werden. Die erfindungsgemäßen Fluoreszenzfarbstoffe besitzen eine Abklingzeit von mindestens 0,1 ns, die Phosphoreszenzfarbstoffe eine Abklingzeit von mehr als 100 ns. Die Phosphoreszenzfarbstoffe sind somit auch zeitaufgelösten Messverfahren zugänglich.The method described here relates to a new method for the optical marking of products and markers, with the help of this method is feasible. The phosphorescent dyes are therefore also accessible to time-resolved measurement methods.
