Description
Circuit for automatic block systems with in several track sections Subdivided block sections In the case of self-block systems, very long block sections are often required be divided into two or more track circuits. These track circuits must be brought into interdependence so that the track relay of the first driven Track circuit, which also controls the signal, can only then pick up again, if the train drives on all other track circuits belonging to the block section and has cleared again. This is done in a simple manner by the fact that the supply of the track circuit first traveled through due to the anchor drop of the track relay of the respective following track circuit is interrupted. The track relays then follow suit Clear the last section again one after the other. There is a danger only if one of the track relays at the intermediate points does not drop out. The one behind The track circuit would then be fed again immediately after it was cleared, and so would the track relay would- attract and bring the signal into the driving position, although there is still a train is in the block section.
To eliminate this dangerous condition, there are already several Circuits have been applied such. B. two track relays connected in parallel each Track circuit. However, this solution results in the dimensioning of the track circuits various disadvantages.
You already have circuits. executed with auxiliary relay which checks the operation of the track relays belonging to a block section became. The track relay belonging to a block section was preferred here an auxiliary relay is assigned, which is triggered by armature dropping of all track relays after evacuation the block section had to respond and with it again the connection of the track relay as well as the signal used to cover the block section could. A disadvantage of this design was particularly along the block section required line pair. For this reason, attempts have already been made to achieve a line-free To skip execution. In this case, an auxiliary relay had to be assigned to each track section will. Operationally, however, this version was just as unsatisfactory as the other with dependency lines. A common shortcoming of both versions is that that the operation of the auxiliary relays could not be checked during operation.
According to the invention, in the known embodiments Avoid existing disadvantages or possible operational hazards if for everyone track section belonging to a subdivided block section except for one operationally checked track relays at least two operationally checked auxiliary relays be arranged, one of which is preferably used as a block auxiliary relay from the track relay of the following section is controlled and the other is preferably pure Test relay is working. It is also useful to put each track section on the feed side still to be assigned an operationally checked auxiliary supervisor, who is preferably like the associated track relay, the occupation and vacancy of the track section indicates. The working capacity of the auxiliary relays and the auxiliary monitor is according to the invention by appropriately designed mutual dependencies checked.
The idea of the invention and others are based on the drawings Features of the invention explained in more detail, for example.
The block section B is covered by the signal S1 and is composed of the track circuits G 1 and G 2. The track relay 10 controls the signal S1. The circuits of the signal S1 are insignificant for the explanation of the inventive concept and are therefore not shown. The track circuit G 1 is fed by the transformer 6. The power supply of the transformer 6 is in turn dependent on the energized track relay 20, that is to say that the following track section G2 is free. Both track relays 10 and 20 are designed as three-layer relays and control corresponding contacts. If a train drives over the track section G l, the Glei.phasenwickung of the track relay 10 is short-circuited by its axes. The track relay 10 changes its position and controls the signal S1 in the stop position. Since the voltage drop occurring at the reactance 61 increases as a result of the track occupation, the auxiliary monitor 30 also switches to the rest position and interrupts the power supply to the transformer 6 with its contact 31 its anchor drop occurs only when the train approaches insulating joint I. If the train then occupies track section G 2, its track relay 20 also switches to the rest position. Only contacts 21 and 23 open, while contacts 22 and 24 remain open and do not close until the motor relay is in the third position. The auxiliary block relay 40 is switched off by the contacts 21 and 22 and the feed transformer 6 of the track section G 1 is switched off by the contacts 23, 24. The contact 43 also switches off the track section G 1, namely on the feed line to the transformer 6. The armature dropping of the block auxiliary relay 40 checks the auxiliary relay 50 by pulling in when the contact 42 of the block auxiliary relay 40 is closed. The auxiliary relay 50 remains attracted via its self-closing contact 51 and the closed contact 34 of the auxiliary monitor 30 which has dropped out. The auxiliary relay 30 is also checked. The contact 53 of the auxiliary relay 50 interrupts the connection between the transformer 6 and the track section G 1. The contact 52 has bridged the interrupted contact 31 and thus prepared the connection of the transformer 6. If the train clears the track section G 1, its power supply remains switched off and the track relay 10 is in the rest position. However, if the train has left track section G 2 and signal S2 has taken the stop position, contacts 11 and 12 of the associated red light monitor HU2 and contacts 13 and 14 of the driving light monitor FU2 have been actuated. The track phase winding of the track relay 20 now receives current via the transformer 7 from a phase position which is opposite to that which corresponds to the state shown in the drawing. The track relay 20 closes the contacts 22 and 24, which are then in a position opposite to the drawing. The block auxiliary relay 40 receives current via the contact 22 of the track relay 20 and the contact 32 of the auxiliary monitor 30 and, again checking the fallen position of the auxiliary monitor 30, closes the contacts 41 and 43 and interrupts the contact 42. The primary winding; of the transformer 6 receives current via the contacts 52, 43 and 24, so that the auxiliary monitor 30 can pick up again. Contact 31 is closed, contact 34 is interrupted. The auxiliary relay 50 drops out again, interrupts the working contacts 51 (self-closing contact) and 52 and closes the contact 53 (waste monitoring). The track circuit G 1 is now fed again, the track phase winding of the track relay 10 receives a current of opposite phase position as in the state shown in the drawing. The armature changes into the position in which the signal S1 goes into a speed-limiting driving position. Only when the block section adjoining block location B has been cleared of the train does another signal monitor FU2, not shown, associated with signal S2, which controls contact 13 and contact 14. At the same time, the stop light monitor with the contacts 11, 12, which was previously switched on, is switched off so that the track section G2 is fed again as in the drawing. As a result, the track relay 20 with its contacts 21 to 24 changes into the position shown, so that the track relay 10 also reaches the basic position again and brings the signal S1 into the "drive-free position".
Would z. B: the signal S2 does not reach the stop position after the train journey, so the contact 11 would not close, but the contact 12 would remain closed. If the signal S2 would remain in the driving position; this is how the contacts stay 13, 14 in the position shown. In this case, the contacts would be at the track relay 20 21 and 23 are closed so that the block auxiliary relay 40 cannot pick up; as a result, the contact 43 remains interrupted and thus the track section G 1 is de-energized and the track relay 10 has dropped out. The closed contact 42 is over the auxiliary relay 50 and the contact 53 also ensure the same effect. If, on the other hand, the driving light would go out at signal S2 and the stop light would not be switched on then contacts 12 and 14 would be closed and contacts 11 and 13 would be open. In this case, both track relays 20 and 10 remain in the rest position and that Signal S 1 in the stop position.
If the auxiliary monitor 30 does not drop out, contact 32 cannot close, the block auxiliary relay 40 does not attract. If the auxiliary monitor 30 does not pick up, so the auxiliary relay 50 does not drop out, and the track section G 1 remains de-energized (contact 53). The attraction of the block auxiliary relay 40 is triggered by the response of the track relay 10 checked via the contact 43, the dropping of the block auxiliary relay 40 by pulling of the auxiliary relay 50 via the contact 42. The attraction of the auxiliary relay 50 is again checked by contact 52 and the dropout by contact 53.
