Abstract

The flat refrigeration unit has an evaporator trough (5) with a cover (6) insulated by a vacuum panel and mounted so far down in the trough that the distance (25) between the top of the cover and the inside of the lining (24) is preferably 150 to 165 mm whilst the distance (23) between the top of the vehicle roof (18) and the top of the lining (24) is 100 mm. The bottom of the trough is preferably a maximum of 20 mm.

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine besonders flache Ausgestaltung einer Kühlanlage für Kühltransportfahrzeuge, sowohl was die Höhe über dem Dachniveau als auch den in den in den Laderaum von der Kühlraumdecke hineinragenden Teil betrifft. Diese Anmeldung ist ein erweiternder Zusatz zur Patentanmeldung 101 56 481.3 des gleichen Anmelders. In der hier genannten Hauptanmeldung ist in Fig. 1 ersichtlich, dass der Deckel, welcher die Verdampferwanne von oben abschliesst, horizontal ausgebildet ist. Auf diesem Deckel wird u. a. im Zwischenraum zwischen diesem und der oberen Gehäuseabdeckung der Kältemittelkompressor mit seinem el. Antriebsmotor montiert. Wegen der Abmessung dieser Komponenten muss dieser Zwischenraum ausreichend gross sein. Für eine besonders flache Kühlanlage, vorzugsweise mit einer Höhe von 100 Millimetern über dem Fahrzeugdach, wird gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung der Deckel auf der Verdampferwanne in dieser so tief gelegt, dass ein aussreichender Abstand zur oberen Gehäuseabdeckung entsteht. Ausserdem wird die Bodenisolierung der Verdampferwanne derart reduziert, dass Verdampfer und Verampfergebläse eingebaut werden können. Hierbei soll der Abstand (23) zwischen der Oberseite des Fahrzeugdaches (18) und des Oberseite der Kühlanlagenverkleidung (24) vorzugsweise 100 Millimeter betragen. Für die derzeit auf dem Markt erhältlichen Kompressoren und Antriebsmotoren muss eine Einbauhöhe mit Halterung von etwa 150 bis 160 Millimetern zu Grunde gelegt werden. Der Abstand (25) zwischen der Oberseite des Deckels (6) und der Innenseite der Verkleidung (24) muss also gross genug sein, um den Einbau von Kompressor und Motor zu erlauben. Dazu wird auch der Verdampfer (7) so ausgebildet, dass seine Höhe vorzugsweise 130 Millimeter nicht überschreitet. Der Abstand (25) zwischen der Oberseite des Deckels (6) und der Innenseite der Verkleidung (24) beträgt vorzugsweise 150 bis 165 Millimeter. Die Dicke des Bodens der Wanne (5) beträgt maximal 20 Millimeter. Die Bedeutung der hier nicht genannten Bezugszeichen ist in der Hauptanmeldung zu sehen. Der Abstand (23) von 100 Millimetern für den Einbau des Kondensators (28), welcher in Fahrtrichtung gesehen vor der Wanne (6) mit dem Verdampfer (7) montiert wird, ist ohne Schwierigkeiten möglich, wenn der aus Rohren und Lamellen bestehende Kondensator (29) erfindungsgemäss auf eine Bauhöhe von vorzugsweise weniger als 80 Millimetern beschränkt und bei vorzugsweise 2 bis 4 Rohrreihen Tiefe in Form eines 4seitigen Rahmens gebogen ist, wie aus Fig. 2 hervorgeht. über seinem Mittelbereich (30) ist in einer Abdeckung (31) ein Achsialventilator (32) angeordnet, welcher Kühlluft von aussen ansaugt und durch den Kondensator führt.
