Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of medical parasitology and venereology.
There are basically two types of therapy or control options known, and are briefly described in the following lines.
Chemotherapy for parasites is used and is also in many traps effectively.
- 1. The active ingredients also have many unwanted and even dangerous side effects and contraindications
- 2. against many parasites such as. B. Trypanosoma or Leishmania active ingredients are not effective
- 3. against multi-cell and even large rarely occurring parasites such as. B. Vampire fish Candiru etc. no therapies are known.
Mechanical or operative is an alternative to chemotherapy Known distance.
Dabei können Geweben stark geschädigt werden. Tissues can be severely damaged.
The object of the invention is to create a system which Extracting pathogens or parasites from the organism allows.
The object of the invention is achieved in that invasive Systems containing physical, chemical or biological Attractors or attraction systems from pathogens Lure out organs or tissues or the organism.
Attracktor is part of a lockout system or one Looseners, and serves to pathogens through certain physical, chemical and biological factors or influences to pull, d. H. positive estimate or movement of a To induce pathogens towards the attractor.
The inventor differentiates between physical, chemical and biological attractors.
The theoretical background of attraction through a physical attractor in motion or Induction of the movement of a pathogen or one Parasites towards a working physical attractor (positive taxis or taxes). For example, the physical attractor is one Light source of certain wavelengths, that's what one calls the Movement towards this as a positive phototax.
Other physical influences that affect the movement of the Pathogens or parasites towards the source of this Influence or cause influences are e.g. B. electrical or electromagnetic fields and waves, magnetic fields, pulsating electromagnetic and magnetic fields, acoustic Waves or infra or ultrasound etc.
Chemical attractors are liquids, gels, aerosols, gases, Powder or solids due to their chemical properties or because of the presence of a chemoattackata, pathogen or parasites so that they leave their habitats, in Move towards the chemical attractor and stay there. E.g. move rare vampire fish found in Amazon areas Candiru in the direction of the urine or urine (positive urine tax). This means that the urine or urea is the chemo-tracker for Candiru is. So urine or urea can be used for lure out the vampire fish used by the infected organism become.
Für Wurm Ascaris ist Milch Chemoattracktant. Für seltenen Parasiten Blutegel sowie für Malaria-Krankheitserreger Plasmodium ist Blut Chemoattracktant. For Ascaris worm, milk is a chemical attractant. For rare parasites Leech as well as for malaria pathogens Plasmodium is blood Chemoattracktant.
Biologische Attracktoren oder Bioattracktoren sind Geweben, Zellen bzw. Habitate, Zellorganellen wie z. B. Mitochondrien, Liposomen, Bio-Moleküle wie z. B. Nukleisäuren und andere biologische Systeme und Substanzen. Biological attractors or bio-attractors are tissues, cells or habitats, cell organelles such. B. mitochondria, liposomes, Bio-molecules such as B. nucleic acids and other biological Systems and substances.
The movement of a pathogen or parasite in the direction a working mitochondrion or high concentration isolated working mitochondria is considered positive by the inventor Mitochondriotaxis or positive Mitochondriotaxe called.
Möglich und voraussichtlich optimal wäre Kombination physikalischer, chemischer und biologischer Faktoren bzw. Einflüsse zur Herauslockung der Krankheitserreger bzw. Parasiten aus Zellen, Geweben bzw. ihre Habitaten. Z. B. wären positive Photomitochondriotaxe, Photoacoustotaxe, Acoustomitochondriotaxe, Magnetoacoustotaxe effektiv für die Herauslockung der Krankheitserreger. Combination would be possible and probably optimal physical, chemical and biological factors or influences to attract pathogens or parasites from cells, Tissues or their habitats. For example, would be positive Photomitochondriotaxe, Photoacoustotaxe, Acoustomitochondriotaxe, Magnetoacoustotaxe effective for luring out the Pathogens.
B. trichomonas vaginalis etc. effektiv. These pathogen extraction systems are invasive d. H. they contain penetration instruments such. B. needle. Attractors can either be outside or inside the Organism. The invasive lure systems are especially against bacteria and endoparasites, such as. B. the species Plasmodium, Trypanosoma, Leiskmania, Schistosoma, Chlamydia, Trichomonas such as B. trichomonas vaginalis etc. effectively.
