Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Blech-Elastomer-Dichtung nach dem Oberbegriff des ersten Anspruchs. The invention relates to a sheet metal elastomer seal according to the preamble of the first Claim.
Derartige Dichtungen werden bei einer Brennkraftmaschine beispielsweise als Abdichtung der Ölwanne gegenüber dem Kurbelgehäuse verwendet. Aus der DE 26 25 793 A1 ist eine Blech-Elastomer-Dichtung bekannt, bei der das Elastomer mit dem Blech durch Bördelung verbunden wird. Das Elastomer wird in Ausnehmungen der Dichtfläche geführt. Die Ausnehmungen sind um eine Wasserdurchführung angeordnet. Problematisch ist hierbei, dass das Elastomer nach dem Zusammenbau der beiden zu dichtenden Flächen in die Wasserdurchführung hineinragen kann. Die Erfindung sieht vor, dass der Blechträger aus einem ersten und zweiten Abschnitt besteht und das Elastomer zwischen den beiden Abschnitten angeordnet wird. Die beiden Abschnitte des Blechträgers sind hierbei über Stege miteinander verbunden. Im vormontierten Zustand sind ein oberer und unterer Abschnitt des Elastomers im Bereich zwischen zwei Stegen miteinander einstückig verbunden. Die Erfindung bietet den Vorteil, dass das Elastomer aufgrund der Einbettung zwischen den beiden Abschnitten des Blechträgers formschlüssig gehalten wird. Der direkte Kraftfluss über den Blechträger, beispielsweise die Vorspannkraft von Befestigungsschrauben, bleibt in vollem Umfang erhalten. Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin, dass auch dickere Blech-Elastomer-Dichtungen darstellbar sind, beispielsweise 20 mm Dicke. Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Darstellung der Blech-Elastomer-Dichtung 1. Diese
wird bei einer Brennkraftmaschine beispielsweise im Bereich der Ölwanne oder der
Luftzuführung am Zylinderkopf verwendet. Die Blech-Elastomer-Dichtung 1 umfasst einen
Blechträger 2 und ein Elastomer 3. Der Blechträger 2 besteht aus einem ersten Abschnitt
6 und einem zweiten Abschnitt 8. Die beiden Abschnitte sind über Stege 7 verbunden. Die
Stege 7 weisen eine geringe Breite auf. Zwischen den beiden Abschnitten 6 und 8 des
Blechträgers 2 wird das Elastomer 3 angeordnet. Zur besseren Verdeutlichung der
Anordnung ist das Elastomer 3 in Fig. 1 nicht über die volle Länge des Blechträgers 2
dargestellt. Das Elastomer 3 besteht aus einem oberen Abschnitt 4 und einem unteren
Abschnitt 5. Dies ist aus der Fig. 2 ersichtlich, welche einen Schnitt entlang der Linie II/II
der Fig. 1 zeigt. Die beiden Abschnitte des Elastomers 3 sind über eine Aussparung 12,
die sich zwischen zwei Stegen 7 erstreckt, miteinander verbunden. Der obere und untere
Abschnitt sind folglich einstückig ausgeführt. Wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt, erhebt sich das
Elastomer 3 über Aufstandsflächen 9 des Blechträgers 2. Beim Zusammenbau der
Dichtanordnung bleibt das Elastomer 3 an der vorgegebenen Position, da es durch den
ersten Abschnitt 6 und zweiten Abschnitt 8 des Blechträgers 2 formschlüssig gehalten
wird. Der Kraftfluss von einem ersten Bauteil 10 zu einem zweiten Bauteil 11 erfolgt über
Aufstandsflächen 9 des Blechträgers 2.
