Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur problemlosen Herstellung von Bohrungen, v.a. bei langspanenden Materialien und großen Ausnehmungstiefen. Dies führt zu einem Spänestau. Um dies zu verhindern, wird derzeit beim Bohrvorgang dieser ca. alle 5 mm Bohrtiefe unterbrochen. Dabei wird das Bohrwerkzeug jeweils auf den Startpunkt (gleich Ausgangspunkt) zurückgefahren um somit die Späne aus der Bohrung zu entfernen und v.a. auch die Späne vom Bohrwerkzeug zu entfernen. Dabei gelingt dies nicht immer, womit dies dann zusätzlich von einem Bedienungsmann durch einen Spänehacken unterstützt werden muss.
