Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for the exchange of heat me between liquid and / or gaseous fluids, with several metallic pipes for the guidance of fluids, in which the outer wall of Pipes for the flow through one of the fluids is provided.
Devices of this type have long been known and in use. you can distinguish between two fundamentally different types. In one type, the heat is between in pipes or in Ka exchanged flowing fluids. An example of this u. a. German Offenlegungsschriften 195 01 115 and 33 18 711. In the other Kind are pipes in which a fluid flows, possibly in register form arranged in a housing or container and are therein by a white flows around the other fluid. Examples of this show u. a. the Germans Offenle 35 08 240 and German Patent 36 45 307 C2. As before all the German patent 36 45 307 recognizes, one strives for the use of as many individual as possible around which the external fluid flows pipe, the one for heat transfer from one of the fluids to another res of the fluids required temperature difference as small as possible do. This not only leads to spatially complex embodiments, but also to not particularly favorable heat transfer conditions if heat is to be exchanged between several fluids.
According to the invention, this problem is solved with a device for the off exchange of heat between liquid and / or gaseous fluids, with meh reren metallic pipes for the guidance of fluids, in which the outside Wall of the tubes provided for the flow around one of the fluids is countered by the fact that at least two pipes, the ends of which have their own Connections are provided by an immediate, good heat conductive Ver bond to a flat cross-section, form a mechanical unit the strand are joined together, the outer wall common to all pipes tion is provided as a heat exchange surface for the fluid flowing around it.
According to a development of the invention, the common outer wall provided with good heat-conducting, metallic additional surfaces, which with the External wall are well connected with heat and the exchange surface for enlarge a fluid flowing around the strand. The strand becomes advantageous formed into a spiral or a meander in such a way that flat Stand the string sides opposite each other. The additional area is there moderately from a meandering metallic band that is adjacent te surfaces of the strand outer wall, especially good by a solder connection connects in a heat-conducting manner. The metallic band is expediently made out in this way forms and assigned that the spiral or the meander in itself be stiffened.
Several strands can also be superimposed to form a larger one Mechanically summarized unit, whereby not only one higher exchange performance, but also easier adaptability to the Interior of a container or housing in which the device is installed should be made possible. The connecting lines of the front direction at the same time provided for mechanical mounting in the container the. By installing it in a container with liquid fluid in the white se that the flat sides of the strand are vertical, that in the heat transfer well-founded circulation of the container fluid is promoted. For the container In addition to the usual liquids such as water and oil, ter-fluids are also for latent storage usual fluids such as sodium acetate and the like used.
The invention based on a drawing, the embodiment plays games, explained in more detail.

The strand St consists in a preferred embodiment of the inven tion according to FIG. 1 from three copper tubes R1, R2 and R3, which are also connected to one another via webs 5 made of copper and firmly and with good thermal conductivity. In the embodiment, the two outer copper tubes R1 and R3 have a slightly smaller diameter than the middle copper tube R2. For example, the middle copper pipe has an outer diameter of 15 mm and the two outer copper pipes have an outer diameter of 12 mm. The two webs S are kept relatively short and have a material thickness of about 1 to 2 mm in order to achieve good heat conduction via the webs between the three copper pipes.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention according to FIG. 2, the strand St is wound into a spiral. It is essential that the three pipes R1, R2 and R3, as can also be seen in FIG. 3, are led out separately to external connections, so that they can be freely inserted individually into a heating system. So the pipe R1 can be inserted into the liquid circuit of a solar absorber, the pipe R2 into the liquid circuit of a heating stove or boiler and the middle pipe R3 into the liquid circuit of a domestic water supply.
The mode of operation of such a heat exchanger can be illustrated as follows. In the case of heat conduction within a body (liquid or solid), thermal energy Q is passed on in the direction of a temperature gradient dT. This is determined by the thermal resistance of the body, which is determined by the specific thermal conductivity ┌ of the material from which the body is made, the passage area A in the body and the length l of the heat flow path in the body. When heat is transferred from one body to another, a contact resistance occurs, which is referred to as heat transfer resistance. This is determined by the heat transfer coefficient α and the transfer area A. The heat transfer coefficient α takes into account the length of the transition area that cannot be measured from the outside. It is important here that the heat transfer coefficient α in the event that the heat transfer between a liquid body and a solid body is also highly dependent on the flow conditions. For still water around a pipe, the value α 1 for the heat transfer between the surrounding water and the pipe outer wall is around 350 to 580. For water flowing in a pipe, for a heat transfer between the pipe inner wall and the flowing water, the value α 2 is between about 2300 and 4700. In the heat transfer path between the outer and the inner fluid, the individual heat resistors add up.
The amount of heat 0 transported in the time period t between a fluid surrounding the tube and a fluid carried in a tube is thus determined by the sum of the individual thermal resistances, in addition to the temperature difference dT between the feed point and the removal point, in accordance with the known equation
0 = k.A.t.dT
0 = kAtdT
mit 1/k = 1/α1 + 1/α2 + l/┌(sh. beispielsweise: Kuchling "Taschenbuch der Physik", 12. Auflage, Kapitel W, Abschnitte 18.2 bis 18.4; dort auch Angabe der Dimension)with 1 / k = 1 / α 1 + 1 / α 2 + l / ┌ (see, for example: Kuchling "Taschenbuch der Physik", 12th edition, Chapter W, sections 18.2 to 18.4 ; there also the dimension)
If you make the transfer area between the outside of the pipe and the surrounding liquid very large compared to the transfer area between the inside of the pipe (α 1 << α 2 ) and the liquid flowing in the pipe, the overall thermal resistance can be reduced. The thermal resistance of the pipe wall, if it is made of a good heat-conducting material such as copper and the pipe wall is not too thick and therefore the heat path length in the pipe wall is small enough, can usually be neglected in relation to the overall heat resistance. Only the heat transfer resistances determined by α 1 and α 2 between the surrounding fluid and the outside of the pipe or the fluid flowing in the pipe and the inside of the pipe remain in the heat flow circuit. If the outer surface of the pipe is made significantly larger than the inner surface of the pipe, the total heat resistance can be approximated to the value of the heat transfer on the inside of the pipe (limit case).
Even in the case of the heat exchanger according to the invention, the water in the storage tank compared to the water in the pipes without special measures will flow practically only at a low speed without additional measures, which is why the two heat transfer coefficients (α 1 , α 2 ) are very different. However, the two further pipes R1 and R2, which are connected to the main pipe R2 via the webs S, bring about a considerable reduction in the overall effective heat transfer resistance due to the enlargement of the entire external exchange surface and thus approximation to the limit value mentioned above. The additional attachment of lamellae Cu-B according to FIG. 3 brings a further increase in the exchange area and thus a further reduction in the heat transfer resistance in this area. With regard to the heat transfer from a fluid in a tube (e.g. R2) to a fluid in one of the other tubes (e.g. R1), the heat transfer in a strand formation according to the invention and the heat-conducting connection achieved thereby, in particular the web S, and their relatively low thermal resistance was - compared to separate pipes - practically reduced to two heat transfer resistances. This is especially in part in a heat exchanger operation with separate pipes (see for example DE-PS 36 45 307 C2).
The top view shown in FIG. 3 on a spiral-shaped heat exchanger shows, in addition to FIG. 2, the insertion of a lamellar strip Cu-B between the individual turns of the spiral-shaped strand St. This lamellar plate, which is described below with reference to FIG. 4 and 5 is described in more detail, fulfills two tasks. On the one hand, due to its good heat-conducting connection to the strand St, its outer exchange surface is not only additionally, but also significantly enlarged. On the other hand, the spiral is mechanically stiffened, which not only increases the mechanical strength of the heat exchanger, but also makes it easier to suspend the heat exchanger in a heat storage container. As a result, it can be anchored in the container, for example, via its termination lines and / or tabs. The connecting lines are designated in Fig. 3 with KV (boiler flow), KR (boiler return), KW (cold water supply line), WW (hot water supply line), SV (solar absorber flow) and SR (solar absorber return).
FIG. 4 shows a short section of a tested embodiment of the laminated sheet Cu-B. The lamellar sheet consists of a copper sheet strip of small thickness, for example of 0.1 mm and has, for example, a Brit of about 5 cm, in the tube dimensions given with the description of FIG. 1. The lamellar band is bent into a meandering shape and is provided in the apex regions with indentations E1, E2 and E3, in which, as can be seen from FIG. 5, the individual tubes of the strand St are embedded to enlarge the outer surface of a strand according to FIG. 2. The lamellar strip Cu-B is soldered to the tubes in the indentations E1, E2 and E3, which are designed so that they nestle against the tubes. Since the solder layer is very thin and the transition surface is relatively large due to the areal indentations, the thermal resistance is so small that it is negligible.
In FIG. 8, a meander-shaped guide of the strand St is shown. Here, too, a lamella band Cu-B is inserted between the individual strand sections. The same parts as in FIG. 2 are provided with the reference numerals used there. The length of the individual strand sections is such that the basic shape of the mender corresponds to a circumscribed circle. This is an advantage for a storage container with a circular cross section. However, it is also possible to measure the section lengths differently, for example in such a way that the basic shape corresponds to a circumscribed rectangle or square.
Fig. 7 shows a proven installation of a heat exchanger according to the invention WT1 according to FIGS . 2 or 3 in a heat storage container SB. The heat exchanger WT1 is anchored in the tank via its connecting lines, which are not specified in any more detail. In the example, this is done by leading the same out to the side. Alternatively, this can also be done in the upper container wall. The container is filled with a liquid storage medium such as water. Other storage media such as paraffin oil and latent heat storage media can also be used in its place. For example, sodium acetate and its hydrate and copper sulfate pentahydrate are known for this.
It is also possible - as indicated by dashed lines with WT2 - for further heat accumulation shear are provided that the heat exchanger WT1 inside or outside half of the container can be connected in parallel.
To increase the heat transfer between the outer surface of a heat exchanger and the liquid storage medium, a forced flow can advantageously also be provided in the storage container. This can advantageously - as shown in FIG. 7 - be realized by a circulation line ZL, which leads from an upper connection of the storage container to a lower connection of the storage container. A flow that promotes heat exchange then arises in the storage tank during operation, similarly to gravity heating. This can be increased by a circulation pump ZP, because the heat transfer coefficient α at this transition surface can then be approximated to that at the inner surface of the pipe. At the upper container teranschluß a connection FÜ can be provided for the filling and also the ventilation of the container. However, the filling opening can also be arranged at the lower container area, where an expansion vessel AG is also expediently connected.
For strand formation it should also be mentioned that the number of tubes in the Strand can also be different from three. If e.g. B. only in individual cases two tubular guide channels for pipe-guided fluids are required - this is the case, for example, if the memory is assigned to only one Solar absorber or only from another heat source, such as a boiler must be fed - then the strand can consist of only two over a web connected pipes exist. But it can also be an advantage The number of fluids to be carried in pipes is greater than the number of raw materials ren are provided. In this case, several pipes can correspond be connected in parallel. This leads to the outer Aus exchange area to a desired increase in area.
