Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Verändern der Steuerzeiten von Gaswechselventilen einer Brennkraftmaschine, die aus einem mit einer Kurbelwelle der Brennkraftmaschine in Antriebsverbindung stehenden kurbelwellenfesten Bauteil (6) und aus einem drehfest mit einer Nockenwelle (5) verbundenen nockenwellenfesten Bauteil (7) besteht. Das nockenwellenfeste Bauteil (7) ist gegenüber dem kurbelwellenfesten Bauteil (6) hydraulisch verdreh- und fixierbar und bewirkt somit eine Relativverdrehung oder eine hydraulische Einspannung der Nockenwelle (5) gegenüber der Kurbelwelle. Die Zu- und Abführung des hydraulischen Druckmittels zu und von der Vorrichtung (1) erfolgt über einen an deren nockenwellenabgewandter Axialseite (8) angeordneten Druckmitteladapter (9), an dem zusätzlich ein Impulsgeberrad (15) zur Feststellung der Nockenwellenposition gegenüber der Kurbelwellenposition angeordnet ist.Erfindungsgemäß weist der Druckmitteladapter (9) an seiner nockenwellenabgewandten Stirnseite (14) einen durchmessererweiterten Anschlußflansch (16) auf, der einerseits zugleich das Impulsgeberrad (15) der Vorrichtung (1) bildet und andererseits zusammen mit einer zwischen dem Druckmitteladapter (9) und dem nockenwellenfesten Bauteil (7) angeordneten, gegenüber dem Druckmitteladapter (9) ebenfalls durchmesservergrößerten Unterlegscheibe (17) als Axiallager der Nockenwelle (5) ausgebildet ist.The invention relates to a device (1) for changing the timing of gas exchange valves of an internal combustion engine, which consists of a component (6) that is fixed to the crankshaft in a drive connection with a crankshaft of the internal combustion engine and a component (7) that is connected to a camshaft (5) in a rotationally fixed manner .
