Description
DEUTSCHESGERMAN
The invention relates to atomizing nozzles of the type in which the liquid to be atomized with high speed is made to circulate in a cylindrical chamber, after which it passes through a conical opening is thrown out in such a way that the outflowing jet is a hollow, conical Shape. Such nozzles are z. B. used when atomizing washing powder, and it has been shown that they are very durable to some liquids or washing powder solutions while it It has surprisingly been found that these nozzles are relatively fast with other types of washing powder can be removed, in individual cases within a few hours. It has been shown that the part of The nozzle that is most stressed and worn out so quickly is the bottom of the nozzle, i. H. the part the circulation chamber, which is located opposite the nozzle opening.
In particular, the wear on the floor is very strong if you work in a known manner on the Bottom arranged bead-shaped guide body, by means of which the inflowing liquid in circular motion is moved to give it a high rotational speed.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a nozzle in which this wear is avoided, so that it has a long service life even when it is used for liquids placed on nozzles previously known design have a disproportionately strong wear and tear.
This is achieved according to the invention in that a diametrically directed at the bottom of the vortex chamber Increase or a back is attached, which extends from wall to wall, so that on Form two separate open chambers at the bottom. When liquid is introduced into the vortex chamber, are the two open chambers located at the bottom with liquid, which are only partially removed from the swirling Liquid is entrained, filled. This means that there is always a little dormant liquid from the elevation or the back restrained so that most of the friction between them is dormant and the swirling liquid and there is little friction between the soil and the liquid.
The invention is described in more detail with reference to the drawing as follows:

In the figure, 1 denotes the part of the nozzle in which a cylindrical vortex chamber 2 is located. The liquid to be atomized is introduced into this through an opening 3 on the side of the chamber. The opening 3 is arranged so that the liquid enters the chamber 2 tangentially, see above that it is brought into circulation. The bottom of the chamber 2 is diametrically directed Back 4 provided. The circulating liquid is ejected from chamber 2 and forced to pass a body 5 provided with a conical opening 6, so that the outflowing liquid jet a conical shape, as indicated at 7, is given. The two bodies 1 and 5 are more common Way mounted inside in a holder. The feed line for the liquid to be atomized is not shown.
