Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sicherung für Schrauben, insbesondere auch für Ankerschrauben zur Befestigung in harten Körpern wie Beton, Stein etc.The invention relates to a fuse for screws, in particular also for anchor bolts for fastening in hard bodies such as concrete, Stone etc.
Derartige Probleme werden bisher dadurch gelöst, daß eine Federscheibe über das Gewinde gestülpt wird und unter dem Kopf der Schraube zum Anliegen kommt. Der Nachteil hierbei ist, daß diese Sicherungsscheibe vor dem Eindrehen der Schraube verlorengehen kann. Die Erfindung macht sich zur Aufgabe diese Fehlerquelle zu umgehen. Bisher wurden solche Aufgaben auch dadurch gelöst, daß eine derartige Sicherungsscheibe vor dem Aufwalzen des Gewindes auf den Schaft der Schraube aufgesteckt wurde, wodurch nach dem Walzen des Gewindes die Scheibe unverlierbar wird. Der Nachteil dieser Idee ist aber, daß Schrauben und Scheiben, welche gehärtet und mit einer rostschützenden Auflage überzogen werden, nach diesem System nicht herstellbar sind.Such problems have so far been solved in that a spring washer is put over the thread and under the head of the screw to Concern comes.
