Abstract

The linkage arm awning with a shrouding (2), especially in a cassette (1) structure, has a rainwater (16) gutter along the end edge of the awning fabric (8) within the extension profile (13). A second rainwater gutter (19) is at the upper side (18) of the extension profile, open upwards, so that rainwater caught in the upper gutter flows into the lower gutter.

Description

The invention is directed to an articulated arm awning with an abdec kung, in particular a cassette awning, comprising a fabric shaft to wind up the awning cloth and one with the free ends of Movable articulated arms connected drop profile, on the inside the free outer end of the awning fabric is fixed.

A problem with awnings of this type is defined discharge of the rainwater coming in both in and out driven condition. If it is not possible to drain the rainwater in a targeted manner, Contamination occurs along the wall of the house draining water. That should also be in the end area of the awning fabric Water does not simply spill over, but is led away to the side.

Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is an awning of the type mentioned in such a way that the removal of what sers compared to conventional designs.

It is already known per se to have water flowing off the wall of the house derive a sealing lip, with the water above the awning box flows, then over the drop profile and then drains. Soiled the drop profile and there are unsightly protective strips.

To solve this problem, the invention provides that along the End edge of the awning fabric inside the drop profile a first re Genrinne is formed that in the area of the upper edge of the drop profile  an upwardly open second gutter is formed, and that what it can flow out of the upper gutter into the lower gutter.

This configuration ensures that on the one hand in the extended Condition of the awning fabric: what was hitting the fabric from above water is led away laterally inside the failure profile, and that at retracted exit profile through the upper, open gutter that of draining water from the cover is collected.

Because of the design according to the invention, this comes from the house wall running water with retracted awning with the drop profile not more touch and there is a reliable formation of dirt streaks avoided.

For the lateral drainage of rainwater it is provided that the lower one Rain gutter at least one drip protruding laterally outwards Approach.

The lower gutter advantageously runs immediately afterwards and parallel to a piping groove and a piping on the outer edge of the Awning cloth, with advantage between the welt groove and lower Re genrinne a transfer profile is formed to the draining water straight into the gutter.

In the area between the rear edge of the cover and the wall can be provided an upwardly curved cover profile to the A avoid penetration of water in this area.

Dabei zeigenThe invention is described below on the basis of a preferred embodiment example explained in connection with the drawing. Show

An awning shown in the drawing comprises a cassette 1 with egg ner top cover 2 , which is fastened to the wall 4 by means of brackets 3 . In a groove 5 on the top of the cover 2 a Pro filansatz 6 of a sealing profile 7 is used, which bends slightly upwards against the wall 4 and accordingly drains rainwater from the wall 4 to the cover 2 , so that is prevented that the water runs over the area of the wall brackets 3 .

An awning cloth 8 is wound on a cloth shaft 9 to form a cloth roll 10 , with a welt 12 being sewn onto the free outer edge 11 of the mar awning cloth 8 .

At the outer ends of articulated men not shown in the drawing, the inner ends of which are connected to a support tube, also not shown, a drop profile 13 is articulated. The drop profile 13 has a piping groove 14 in which the piping 12 of the awning fabric 8 is fixed.

At the keder groove 14 , a transfer profile 15 connects, which, when the extension profile 13 is extended, directs water 16 onto the top of the awning fabric into an inner, cross-sectionally tubular Regenrin ne 17 .

On the top 18 of the drop profile 13 , an upwardly open second rain gutter is formed, which (see FIG. 1) absorbs water 16 flowing off on the top of the cover 2 when the drop profile 13 is retracted.

From Fig. 3 it can be seen that the outer end portion 20 of the drop profile 13 is formed so that the water flowing out of the upper gutter 19 reaches the area of the lower gutter 17 and together with the water flowing from there via a laterally protruding drainage Approach 21 flows down the side of the drop profile 13 .
