Abstract
Ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen eines Klebstoffs auf ein Oberflächennetzwerk eines Wabenkerns, umfassend: Bereitstellen eines klebenden Films; Aufbringen des klebenden Films auf das Oberflächennetzwerk des Wabenkerns; Perforieren des klebenden Films; und Anwenden von Hitze auf den perforierten klebenden Film, sodass der perforierte klebende Film viskos wird und sich auf das Oberflächennetzwerk des Wabenkerns zurückzieht.
Claims (26)
- Ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen eines Klebstoffs auf ein Oberflächennetzwerk eines Wabenkerns, umfassend: Bereitstellen eines klebenden Films; Aufbringen des klebenden Films auf das Oberflächennetzwerk des Wabenkerns; Perforieren des klebenden Films; und Anwenden von Hitze auf den perforierten klebenden Film, sodass der perforierte klebende Film viskos wird und sich auf das Oberflächennetzwerk des Wabenkerns zurückzieht.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der klebende Film umfasst: mehrere Schichten eines Films.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der klebende Film umfasst: mehrere Filme verschiedener Dicke.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Perforierens des klebenden Films durch ein Durchstechen des Films erfolgt.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Perforierens des klebenden Films durch Bilden eines Lochs in dem klebenden Film erfolgt.
- Des Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Perforierens des klebenden Films durch mechanische Mittel erfolgt.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Perforierens des klebenden Films durch einen Laser erfolgt.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Perforierens des klebenden Films durch ein Vakuum erfolgt.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Wabenkern Zellen mit einem hexagonalen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Wabenkern Zellen mit einer Vielzahl von Zellengrößen umfasst.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Wabenkern eingeritzt ist.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Wabenkern beschichtet wurde.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Wabenkern behandelt wurde.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Wabenkern netzartigen Klebstoff auf einem gegenüberliegenden Oberflächennetzwerk umfasst.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, weiterhin umfassend: eine Deckschicht, welche auf einem gegenüberliegenden Oberflächennetzwerk angeordnet ist.
- Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Perforierens des klebenden Films ungefähr am Zentrum jeder Zelle durchgeführt wird.
- Eine Wabenkernkomponente, umfassend einen netzartigen Kleber gemäß dem Verfahren des Anspruchs 1.
- Eine Verbundstruktur, welche einen Wabenkern mit einem gemäß Anspruch 1 vernetzten Kleber umfasst.
- Eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen eines Klebers auf ein Oberflächennetzwerk eines Wabenkerns, umfassend: einen Wabenkern; einen klebenden Film; Mittel zum Aufbringen des klebenden Films auf das Oberflächennetzwerk des Wabenkerns; Mittel zum Perforieren des klebenden Films; und Mittel zum Anwenden von Hitze auf den perforierten klebenden Film, sodass der perforierte klebende Film viskos wird und sich auf das Oberflächennetzwerk des Wabenkerns zurückzieht.
- Ein klebender Film für einen Wabenkern, umfassend: einen klebenden Film; und eine Vielzahl von Perforierungen in dem klebenden Film, welche derart angeordnet sind, dass diese ungefähr mit den Zentren der einzelnen Zellen des Wabenkerns koinzidieren.
- Ein klebender Film gemäß Anspruch 20, wobei die Perforierungen eine Vielzahl von Größen umfassen.
- Ein klebender Film gemäß Anspruch 20, wobei die Perforierungen Einstiche in dem klebenden Film sind.
- Ein klebender Film gemäß Anspruch 20, wobei die Perforierungen Löcher in dem klebenden Film sind.
- Ein klebender Film gemäß Anspruch 20, wobei die Perforierungen eine nichtkreisrunde Form aufweisen.
- Ein klebender Film gemäß Anspruch 20, wobei der klebende Film gerollt ist.
- Ein klebender Film gemäß Anspruch 20, wobei der klebende Film eine oder mehrere Schutzschichten umfasst.
