The invention relates to a roll-up, of course, startling agent, consisting of a multi-layer element connected by needling with plant seeds, nutrients and / or water-storing elements embedded therein. The roll-up camouflage shows in existing plant growth without earth contact one of the natural greening corresponding property characteristic.
There are already camouflage nets with a coarse-meshed ground network and associated with the basic network camouflage known.
Die Trägerbahn wird nach dem Vernähen zerstört.GB-PS 2005387 describes, for example, the production of a camouflage net, in which individual sections of camouflage material are applied to a fabric, nonwoven or film web at irregular intervals and joined together by lattice-like stitching. The camouflage material preferably consists of matted polyester fiber materials and is provided with cuts and / or openings. The carrier web is destroyed after sewing.
From CH-PS 533824 a camouflage net is known, which is formed from individual pieces, which consist of a carrier with double-sided cover by non-woven plant fibers. The polyester carrier is formed by threads running crosswise to one another on which cotton and / or flax fibers dyed on both sides are applied and fastened with a resistant binder.
The coloring of the plant fibers used as a carrier material, however, has no property characteristic similar to the natural growth in spectrometric measurements, so that with these known camouflage nets no camouflage of the natural greening can be achieved.
Bekannt ist auch der natürliche Roll- bzw. Fertigrasen. Also known is the natural rolling or turf. It is usually pulled on a carefully prepared topsoil and then peeled off the ground with special machinery as tapes or turf. To avoid tearing of the turf when peeling, transporting and laying at the place to be greened, it is also known to use a woven or knitted mat for growing the turf, which grows into the turf. It is also known to carry out the mounting of such a roller turf with or without reinforcing mat on a plastic film as a release layer, so as to facilitate the subsequent lifting of the finished turf. All known turf and method for their rearing is common, even with the use of additional reinforcing mats or the like. Always use as a breeding ground for the grass seed an additional culture soil layer of peat, humus or topsoil. These humid humus layers, which are usually several centimeters thick, into which the grass plants grow when growing, make the well-known turf very heavy and unwieldy. It can therefore only be transported in relatively small pieces of, for example, 30 χ 80cm.
Such a rolled up small piece of grass still has a weight of about 20kg.
Also known are textile multi-layer elements of strength-bearing lower layer, middle storage layer with seeds and nutrients and upper protective layer, such as from DE-OS 2158914, DE-OS 2234918, DE-OS 2631 332, DE-OS 3022838 and DE-OS 3602060, at where a textile mat with natural plant growth and low mass for greening and reinforcement of surfaces arises, but which has no equal to the natural vegetation property characteristic in spectrometric measurements.
In DD-PS 221 769 a method for producing a single-layer textlien fabric with filler is described, in particular plant seeds is inserted directly in the mechanical formation of a cross-web. In this textiles erosion protection element takes place due to its homogeneous composition germination and growth of the plant seed only in case of immediate contact with the ground, so that it must remain at the site.
Die DE-OS 3641 723 zeigt eine aufrollbare Begrünung von gewölbten Dächern, wobei die Pflanzen vor der Verlegung einer Wachstumsschicht auf einer Wurzelmatte und/oder Faservlies und/oder Gewebe zum Anwachsen gebracht werden und die Wachstumsschicht mit der Wurzelmatte anschließend von beiden Enden aufgerollt bzw. abgerollt werden kann.DE-OS 3641 723 shows a rollable greening of domed roofs, the plants are brought to the growth of a growth layer on a root mat and / or nonwoven and / or tissue for growth and the growth layer with the root mat then rolled from both ends or can be unrolled.
The aim of the invention is to achieve the natural soil conditions as close as possible camouflage without great effort to eliminate the aforementioned disadvantages.
The invention has for its object to provide a camouflage agent, in which a faster, uniform plant growth is guaranteed without ground contact, the plant vegetation is maintained even in the rolled state over a longer period of time and in the laid state no conspicuous measurable differences to natural plant growth comparable having.
According to the invention, the charge is achieved in that the visible surface of the top layer of a multi-layer torque of polypropylene fibers of the color mixture of 70 to 90% green and 30 to 10% black and the plant growth achieved occupies a surface area of 70 to 80% of the total surface area.
Another Merkmai of the invention is that above the seed of the amount of 30 to 50g / cm 2 as Speicheroder / and cover layer at least 2cm fibers and at most 5cm fibers per cm 2 are available.
The main advantage of the invention lies in the fact that the camouflage agent according to the invention can be moved quickly and achieved by the plant growth achieved a natural greening property same camouflage.
Es zeigenAn embodiment of the invention is illustrated in the drawing and will be described in more detail below. Show it

As shown in FIG. 1, the camouflage means consists of three textile layers with non-textile materials interposed therebetween, which are connected to one another by needling to form a multi-layer element. The carrier layer 1 serves as a strength-conferring underlayer and is formed, for example, by a folic-layer stitchbonded fabric which at the same time has a water-retaining and duo-rootable structure. On the carrier layer 1 there is a two-layer transverse fleece, consisting of the layers 2 and 3. The lower layer 2 consists of viscose fibers with nutrients 4 and water storage elements 5 embedded in the web directly as a result of scattering onto the web and forms the so-called storage layer 2. The layer 3 as a cover layer is formed by the upper part of the needled cross-web consisting of coarse polypropylene fibers with a basis weight of 60 g / cm 2 . The visible surface A of the cover layer 3 contains polypropylene fibers of the color mixture 70 to 90% green and 30 to 10% black. At the same time, the covering layer 3 contains the plant seed 6, for example grass seed, which has been introduced directly into the web by scattering onto the web, the mass fraction of 45 g / cm 2 . At least 2 cm of fibers and at most 5 cm of fibers per cm 2 are present as the storage layer 2 or / and covering layer 3 over the seed of the amount 30 to 50 g / cm 2 . The plant growth 7 achieved by the interspersed plant seed 6 occupies a proportion of 70 to 80% of the total surface area. Before using the camouflage agent according to the invention, the multi-layer element is designed and the plant seed 6 germinated at the required conditions in terms of temperature and humidity. The plants 7 grow without strong Durcnrurzelung the carrier layer 1, so that then the multilayer element with the plant vegetation 7 rolled up, stored for a long time and later transported to the destination and can be designed. As a result of the color mixing of the polypropylene fibers present on the cover layer 3 and the plant vegetation 7, the spectrometric measurement produces a characteristic which lies in the region 8, which is characteristic for the natural greening and is limited by the curves 9 and 10 (FIG. 2).
A further embodiment variant of the camouflage agent according to the invention consists in that the nutrients 4 and water storage elements 5 are scattered onto the carrier layer 1 and these are covered with a fleece forming the storage layer 2 and needled together. Thereafter, on the surface of the storage layer 2 of the plant seeds 6 is scattered, which is covered with the cover layer 3 and this is connected by subsequent needling with the layers 1 and 2.
