Abstract
Vorrichtung zum Abtrennen von Einzelstuecken von einem Massestrang einer plastisch verformbaren Bonbonmasse, der mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit gefoerdert wird, bestehend aus einer Einrichtung zum Abtrennen der Einzelstuecke und einem mit Halteelementen bestueckten UEbernahmerad zum UEbernehmen der abgetrennten Einzelstuecke. Die Erfindung bezweckt, bei hoher Leistung die Qualitaet der Schnittflaechen bei einer exakten geometrischen Form zu verbessern, Masseverluste durch den Schneidvorgang zu vermeiden und die Standzeit der Messer zu erhoehen. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, ohne Leistungsverlust der Vorrichtung die Schnittgeschwindigkeit beim Abtrennen der Einzelstuecke vom Massestrang zu senken. Nach der Erfindung wird dies dadurch erreicht, dasz jedem Halteelementenpaar in Drehrichtung des UEbernahmerades ein Schneidmesser nachgeordnet ist, dessen Messertraeger ueber eine Koppel schwenkbar mit einem Halteelement verbunden ist und getriebeseitig einen Bolzen aufweist, der mit einem Hebel in Verbindung steht, welcher auf einer im Getriebegehaeuse schwenkbar angetriebenen Welle befestigt ist, wobei das Getriebe zur Steuerung der Schneidmesser koaxial zum Getriebe zur Steuerung der Halteelemente gelagert ist. Am Messerträger 6 befindet sich getriebeseitig der Bolzen 8, der über den Hebel 9 mit der im Getriebegehäuse 10 schwenkbar gelagerten Welle 11 verbunden ist. Auf der Welle 11 sind die Kurvenhebel 12 und 13 befestigt, deren Kurvenrollen 14; 15 mit den Kurvonbahnen der feststehenden Steuerkurven 16; 17 in Wirkverbindung stehen. Dabei laufen bei Drehung des Übernahmerades 1 die an den Kurvenhebeln 12 und 13 befestigten Kurvenrollen 14 und 15 die Kurvenbahnen der Steuerkurven 16 und 17 ab und übertragen die Schwenkbewegung der Welle 11 über den Hebel 9 und den Bolzen 8 auf den Messerträger 6 und geben so den Schneidmessern 5 eine auf- und abgehende Bewegung, welche durch die Koppel 7 parallel zu den Halteelementen 3; 4 verläuft. Gelangen durch Drehung des Übernahmerades 1 die geöffneten Halteelemente 3; 4 in den Übergabebereich Ü, erhalten sie in bekannter Weise ihre Relativbewegung entgegen der Drehrichtung des Übernahmerades 1. Während dieser Relativbewegung schließen sich die äußeren Halteelemente 3 und klemmen so den sich kontinuierlich bewegenden Massestrang M fest.
