The invention relates to a processing method for the combined processing of gravelly-anhydritic hard salt and carnallite suspension to potash fertilizers, and is suitable for processing anhydritreichen Kalirohsalzen with a kieserite content> 2.5 percent and a magnesium chloride content <2.0 percent, without process disturbances by formation of double sulfates enter.
Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der TechnikCharacteristic of the known state of the art
Anhydrous hard salts with a low content of kieserite (MgSC> 4 HjO) are processed by the process of hot draw (hot dissolving process) in the process without any particular difficulty if the content of kieserite is below the compatibility limit for this mineral. Depending on the grain size of the kieserite, the amount of anhydrite and its grain size, but also on the proportion of high-percentage products (KCI 98) in the product range and other influencing variables, the compatibility limit for kieserite varies between 1.2 and 2.5 percent. If the compatibility limit is exceeded, the formation of secondary double salts, in particular polyhalite (K 2 SO 4 MgSO 4 2 CaSO 4 2 H 2 O) or / and syngenite (K 2 SO 4 CaSO 4 .H 2 O) with consequent Difficulties in the processing process, especially in the hot-clarification process. The subject of several proposed processes is the elimination of the accumulating sulfate from the solutions of the recycle process by various desulphation processes or by diluting the dissolved sulfate with other suitable process solutions.
These processes cause high additional costs or are tied to specific conditions. According to DD WP116 210, a method is known according to which the tolerance limit for kieserite in kieseritisch-anhydritischen crude salts can be substantially increased. The technical solution is to ensure a higher MgCl 2 content of the hot solution between 210 and 260 g / l by co-promotion of carnallitic crude salts, wherein the proportion of Carnallitmitförderung must be greater, the greater the proportion of imported Deckwassers.
Without recharge water, about 2% MgCl 2 is required. When potassium chloride alone is prepared with 60% K 2 O, the required MgCl 2 amount increases to 9% MgCl 2 and more. The introduced with the crude salt magnesium chloride is carried out in the form of magnesium chloride solution, the accommodation, recovery or disposal must be solved in this process. Although the replacement of the covering process by a redissolving process leads to a reduction of the MgCl 2 -offset and thus to a reduction of the necessary MgCl 2 content in the crude salt to about 2% MgCl 2 , it is achieved with a considerable increase in the heat requirement due to the two-times hot-dissolving.
The carnallite is dissolved in the underground cavity by the action of a hot, low-KCI and MgCl 2 -rich dissolving solution and recovered via boreholes as hot KCl-enriched sols. Dio processing of this Carnallitsole to Carnallitkristallisat is described in DD-WP 200020. The undissolved carnallite is recrystallized as carnallite-NaCl-crystallizate under cooling and the highest possible removal of water. This carnallite Na-crystallizate can be broken down into a coarse carnallitreichen portion and a fine carnallitarmen, but NaCI-rich share due to and using the pronounced particle size differences between carnallite and NaCl. The further processing of this fine fraction with separation of KCl and NaCl is possible according to the prior art only with a separate process by decomposition to KCl and NaCl and subsequent hot dissolution of the KCl-NaCl mixture.
According to DD-WP144403 a method is known, which includes a combined processing of mining and soltechnisch won carnallithaltigom Kalirohsalz. In this method, carnallite Kalirohsalz from a mining process with a 50 to 7O 0 C hot carnallisole and their preheating to the temperature of the hot dissolving process of about 95 0 C and conventional hot dissolving solution combined processed.
This results in an exchange of mined materials with a sol process and vice versa, that is, coupling on the one hand on the use of lines part of the preheated mother liquor as a solvent in Carnallitsolprozeß and on the other hand on the introduction of a hot Carnallitsole as part of the solvent for the Heißlöseprozoß. This method requires to achieve its particular favorable location conditions, as well as the mass transfer and an intense exchange of heat energy takes place in the form of hot solutions or sols, which is not possible in separate locations of both process parts.
The invention aims to ensure the processing of kieseritisch-anhydritischen hard salts without disturbing secondary sludge formation with the associated known disadvantages, while streamlining the processing method for carnallisols.
The technical object of the invention is the stable guarantee of an essential for the avoidance dor Polyhalitbildung MgCl 2 content of 210-260g / l MgCi 2 in the dissolution process while avoiding a carnallite Mitmit and thus an additional attack abzustoßender MgClj solutions.
It has surprisingly been found that the suspension of fine carnallite and sodium chloride with a grain size <0.25 mm and carnallite mother solution as a carrier solution in thickened form which is obtained by classifying the crystallizate crystallized from carnallitsole can be introduced into a hot dissolving process for hard salts and thereby both the dissolution of the kieserite and its conversion into polyhalite / syngenite prevents, as well as can be easily separated into potassium chloride and sodium chloride. This double positive effect leads on the one hand to the abrogation of the compatibility limit of kieserite in mined hard salt and on the other hand causes a complete separation of the potassium chloride content of carnallite and the HaMt (NaCl) content of the same without special process stages in Hartsalzlöseprozeß itself.
Otherwise, a separate Carnallitzersetzung and a separate hot dissolving process (redissolving) would be required for the KCI and NaCl existing decomposition crystals. There is a third, very significant advantage. While a Carnallitmitförderung according to DDWP 116210 always leads to a very strong accumulation of magnesium chloride solutions to be recycled or disposed of, this is completely eliminated in the process according to the invention. The magnesium chloride taken from the sol process in the form of a mixture of carnallite crystals and carnallite mother solution is released again to the sol process in the form of mother liquor of the hard salt processing with 240 to 290g / l MgCl 2 content and co-used in this for the required solvent, the synthesis of significant MgCl 2 Amounts needed. This results in the most extensive balancing of the balance between the two processes without the required MgCl 2 solution rejection. For the mixture consisting of carnallite crystallite and carnallite mother solution, there are two possibilities for its introduction into the processing of hard salt.
Die Menge des auszudampfenden Wassers ergibt sich aus der Differenz der durch den Stoffaustausch mit demOn the one hand, it is possible to introduce the suspension into the solution preheated in the capacitors of the vacuum cooling system solution solution and thus to feed KCI, NaCl and MgCl 2 largely already in dissolved form in the Löseapparatur. By preheating the solvent solution with steam and the supplied suspension is heated in the mixture to the temperature of the hot dissolving process. On the other hand, a second, simpler apparatus is the introduction of the mixture in suspension form into the residue and sludge filtrate solutions prior to their preheating and reintroduction into the dissolving apparatus. Thereby, the heat input required for the hot dissolving process is brought about without additional process steps and the carnallite crystallizate is simultaneously decomposed and dissolved, while the sodium chloride remains in solid form and precipitated together with the NaCl fine fraction of the hard salt as sludge. The introduction of magnesium chloride and water as Carnallitsuspension does not negatively burden the MgCl 2 and water balance of the hot dissolving process, since both components are re-exported at least in dor supplied height as a mother solution for Lösemittelsynthetisierung. Because of the consistently lower concentration of the parent solution of Hartsalzprozesses compared to the supplied suspension is a positive contribution to freedom from water Hartsalzlöseprozesses. Despite this resulting positive water export from the hard salt process, the MgCI 2 -conditional increase in water demand in the covering process of the Vakuumkristallisates predominate because due to the higher MgCl 2 content in the dissolving and cooling process of the NaCl content of the vacuum increases and therefore also for its elimination in the cover process required water introduction. The balance can be brought about by additional water evaporation. The amount of water to be evaporated results from the difference between the mass transfer with the
Solprozeß caused freedom from water and the increased supply of deck water. The Wdsserausdampfung is possible either from unsaturated solution or from cover and carried out by known methods. The invention is illustrated by two examples.
Ausfuhrungsbeispiel 1 (Hierzu Figur 1)Exemplary Embodiment 1 (See FIG. 1)
Als Verarbeitungsrückstände verlassen 132t Löserückstand bestehend aus 5,4t MgSO4,2,7t MgCI2,1,8t KCI, 93,8t NaCI, 9,9t H20,18,6t UnI. und 66t Löseschlamm (2,2t MgSO4,2,6t MgCI2, 2,11KCI, 42,3t NaCI, 10,11H20,7,0t Unlösliches) den Prozeß.220 kieseritic-anhydritic hard salt of the composition 4.2% MgSO 4 , 1.5% MgCl 2 , 20.0% KCl, 60.0% NaCl, 2.3% H 2 O, 12.0% CaSO 4 and insolubles with 73.3t carnallite suspension from an adjacent carnalline solubilization process consisting of 22.2t carnallite, 7.4t NaCl and 33m 3 carnallite mother solution containing 28g / l MgSO 4 , 398g / l MgCl 2 , 11g / l KCl, 9g / l NaCl, 880g / l H 2 O combined processed by hot dissolution 1. The carnallite suspension is mixed with 420.5m 3 mixed salt mother solution (33g / l MgSO 4 , 272g / l MgCl 2 , 69g / l KCl, 41g / l NaCl, 872g / l H 2 O) and 136.6m 3 of cover solution (6g / l MgSO 4, 50g / l MgCl 2, 108g / l KCl, 200 g / l NaCl, 865g / l H 2 O) (mixing vessel 7) after they have been preheated in the mixture in the capacitors of the vacuum cooling system at 65 0 C (preheating 1 , 6). It dissolves all carnallite and virtually all NaCI. The mixed solution is heated to about 120 ° C in steam-heated preheaters 8 and represents the dissolution solution for the hard salt, the raffle 1 of which follows three stages in countercurrent by known dissolution processes in trogllosters. Between Löselösungsvorwärmung 8 (preheating II) and hot dissolving process 1, a single-stage isothermal evaporation plant 9 is switched, is evaporated in the isothermal and without crystallization of water. The amount of evaporated water depends on the water balance and depends on the amount of cover and Spülwassereinführung and the water evaporation in the vacuum cooling system, as well as this is influenced by the amount of carnallite suspension supplied and decreases with increasing amount of the same. The steamed Brüdon can be completely or partially accommodated in the preheating Il. Although the MgCl 2 content of the hard salt is only 1.5%, as no targeted carnallite promotion is carried out, the solution process results in an MgCl 2 -rich solution in which the unwanted polyhalite sludge formation is avoided due to the high MgCl 2 concentration. There are in hot clarifier 2649m 3 95 0 C hot solution of the composition 28g / l MgSO; 230 g / l MgCl 2 , 139 g / l KCl, 77 g / l NaCl, 807 g / l H 2 O. As processing residues leave 132 t solvent residue consisting of 5.4 t MgSO 4 , 2.7 t MgCl 2 , 1.8 t KCl, 93.8 t NaCl, 9.9 t H 2 0.18.6 t UnI. and 66t sludge (2.2t MgSO 4 , 2.6t MgCl 2 , 2.11KCl, 42.3t NaCl, 10.11H 2 0.7t insolubles) process.
Adiabatic cooling of the solution in a vacuum cooling system 3 gives a KCl-NaCl crystallizate, which is separated from the mother solution by known methods and covered (covering process 5). By supplying 102 t of cover water 44t KCl crystals (U, 2t MgSO 4 , 0.11 MgCl 2 , 42.11 KCl, 0.8 t NaCl, 0.2 t H 2 .0.08 t insoluble: 136.6 m 3 Deck solution of the above-mentioned composition which is used for the dissolution solution synthesis The amount of water evaporated in the vacuum cooling unit 3 is less than the introduced cover water (102t) and rinse water (15 t), 25 t of water have to be removed from the solution circulation at a suitable point by evaporation Isothermal evaporation of the dissolving solution or the top solution is sufficient to remove the MgCl 2 balance from the solution circuit (crystal separation 4) to give 68m 3 of mother solution (2.3t MgSO 4 , 18.6t MgCl 2 , 4.4t KCl, 2.8t NaCl , 59.6t H 2 O) to the brine processing process for the synthesis of the solvent for carnallite Aussungung returned.
Ausführungsbeispiel 2 (hierzu Figur 2)Embodiment 2 (see FIG. 2)
Notwithstanding the mixing of heated mother and topping solution and Carnallitsuspension before the Löselösungsvorwärmung described in Example 1, the Carnallitsuspension is mixed in the amount mentioned in Example 1 with the in the residue and sludge filtration (1 c, 2 b) resulting filtrate.
