Abstract
Anwendunflsgeblet der ErfindungApplication of the invention
The invention can be used to achieve predefined generatrix shapes by targeted removal of bores, in particular in holes with blind hole ends.
Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der TechnikCharacteristic of the known state of the art
With such a working principle, different longitudinal speeds and thus also uneven contact conditions are connected, which complicate the conventional honing an exact cylindricity on the workpiece odar prevent. The latter is especially the case with blind holes, where the critical reversal phase of the honing can not be performed as an overflow outside the hole. The rectangular honing surfaces used so far cause reduced ablation results at the end of a blind hole when the movement conditions of the reversal phase change, as a result of which a blind hole always remains narrower than the diameter of the remaining bore, unless it is influenced by specific measures. However, the known measures can miss an optimal solution for honing blind holes. The solutions according to DE-OS 2413000 and DE-OS 3007314 are particularly concerned with coping with existing accumulations of material and this is the Honahle superimposed during their long stroke a steady Kurzhubbewegung. Over the length of the short stroke, however, the disadvantages of the reversal phase in the blind bore come into effect, which therefore does not become perfectly cylindrical even with these solutions. The tool according to EP 0219825 has pivotally arranged honing stones, which are retracted in the retracted state in blind holes and stepped holes in order to perform in the swung-out state during the return stroke only material removal. But this requires diamond strips and low oversize. Cylinder errors of pre-processing are eliminated only imperfectly due to the elastic system behavior of the Anstellelemente. The solution according to DE-OS 3039467 shows a special tool with two sets independently deliverable strips and one of the sets is delivered via a measuring pressure and control device controlling the honing pressure, in turn with a measuring device for detecting dimensional and
Geometriofehlem in Verbindung steht. Geometric error communicates. Now mltschwonkbaron Honloisten by don normormigon Steinanpreßdruckzwar increased material has been removed, but this Matorialabtrag over the Stolnlängo is uncontrolled, causing unilateral Stelnverschleiß and requires the adjustment of tool length, fulcrum and contact pressure. This solution is therefore expensive and because of the many dependencies ultimately Zyllndrlzltatsfohlor can not premold.
The invention has the goal of honing the surface line in particular of blind holes and little effort and optimolor effect cylindrical.
It is an object of the invention to compensate for changes in the Abtragungsbedingungen by changing the width dor individual honing surface and their axial velocity as influencing variables for the contact time. According to the invention this is achieved in that the Honahle is provided with at least one garland of Honstoinen, doron honing surface each having a wide end, which tapers to a narrower other end, the broad and narrow ends of the honing surfaces of this Honsteinkranzes on each a common circumference are arranged. It may also have two crowns of honing stones with tapered honing surfaces, the narrower ends of the one honing stone crown facing the narrower ends of the other honing stone crown. In this case, the honing stones of one honing stone ring may be staggered or opposed to those of the other ring. In all cases, the taper of the honing surfaces can be concave, convex or straight on one or both sides. It is also possible to arrange a honing stone with a rectangular or otherwise honed honing surface between two tapered honing stones of these honing stone rings. When honing with such a honing the axial velocity corresponds at least over the length of the honing surface at the blind end of a hole of the function of the tapering course zwischon the broad and the narrower ends of each honing surface. This theoretical function flow of the axial velocity is corrected by the method according to the determination of the actual dimensions of the bore and it is entered the corrected velocity curve in the axial control, which in addition m!. The determined times for lifting and hiring the respective honing stones can be charged.
Sie bietet im Zusammenhang mit der Anpassung ihres axialen Geschwindigkeitsverlaufes die Möglichkeit einer optimalen Gestaltung der Abtragungsbedingungon zur Erzielung einer hohen ZylindrizitätThis Honahle is due to you special design of the individual honing the specific Bewogungsverhältnl satisfy, which are particularly noted at the end of a blind hole. It offers the possibility of optimizing the Abtragungsbedingungon to achieve a high cylindricity in the context of adjusting their axial velocity course
Ihr Fertigungsaufwand ist demgegenüber gering. Your production costs are low.
In den beiliegenden Zeichnungen zeigenBelow the Erfindungsgegonstand will be explained in more detail in some embodiments. In the accompanying drawings show
Fig. 1), der Honstein 3 anlangt und umkehrt. Dor Punkt i z. Fig. 2 shows a honing haul 1 in a one-sided blind hole 2. The Honahlo 1 is equipped with a ring honing stones 3 according to the invention, the honing surface 3.1, starting from a wider end tapers towards a narrower end. This embodiment allows the material removal grow towards the wider end, which is why these ends are facing the blind hole end of the bore 2 . For optimum utilization of the resulting removal conditions, all wider as well as all narrower ends lie on a circle circumference of the honing piece 1. Basically, the amount of material at a contact point i at the adjacent grinding pressure is determined by the relationship Qi = b; - tj · k, where b, the Honflächenbreite and ti of the contact time and k represents an additional proportionality factor. The invention rejuvenation of the honing surface 3.1 contributes to the fact that at the end of a blind hole 2, which corresponds to the length L of the honing surface 3.1 (see Fig. 1), the honing stone 3 approaches and reverses. Dor point i z. B. So is detected only over the length Li of the honing surface 3.1, since lack of overflow the rest of the surface can not sweep this point i, on the other hand, for each point of the bore 2 außornalb the length of the case. What is missing from the point i due to this fact of longitudinal contact with the honing surface 3.1 has been reduced to the width b | placed. This is effective via the rotational movement, which is superimposed on the axial movement during honing usual way. The greater width towards the end of the honing face 3.1, which is also facing the blind hole end, serves to compensate for the reduced material removal due to the reduced axial movement. This material removal is the smaller, the smaller the effective honing surface length Li, which is why the width bj according to the invention becomes larger towards the end of the blind hole 2, whereby a contact time ratio of ti> 1 must be maintained. As a result of the functional relationship of stone width and tool removal arises at the time dor tool reversal, since the axial velocity is zero, a widening of the bore to the blind hole end.
In addition to the fact that within the length L for each point i an Abtungs deficit from the mangolndon overflow by the residual length L-Li is recorded, it should be noted that leather point I is removed all the more, jo is dlo longer associated length Li , Insofar, for example. for the point i | the moving tentacle is larger by all the points lying along the length Lu than for the point I. This cumulative ablation over the length L at the end of the blind hole 2 is, according to the method, to take account of the axial velocity which is not general but a function of the selected tone Form course of Honflrcho is 3.1. If, therefore, the honeycomb 1 according to the invention is now folded away from the end of the blind hole, the widening is carried out by moving the respective wider part of the honing face 3.1 in accordance with the effective axial sliding moment with a smaller boron time t, over the processing zone LA of the respectively preceding part bA. By a specific design of the honing surface 3.1 with respect to the width b to the length L and by assigning a variable axial velocity of the heal 1, a precisely defined and variable Maturialabtrag on the gosamte bore longitudinal can be realized. This tapering of the honing face 3.1 adapted course of the axial velocity is a theoretical. It should be practically corrected by the measured actual dimensions of the hole 2. These Korrokturwerte are the Axialsteuorung enter, which in addition with the Ormlttelten times for lifting and hiring the respective honing stones 3; 4, as they emerge in a combined manner from Figures 3 and 4, is to be acted upon.
In Figure 3, a honing healn 1.1 is shown, which carries a bore 2.1 account, welcho has two blind holes ends. In this respect, sio is provided with two rings of honing stone 3, both of which have tapered honing surfaces 3.1. The narrower ends of both Honsteinkränze are facing each other, the honing stones 3 of a wreath are offset to the honing stones 3 of the other ring gap. By the wider ends of the honing surfaces 3.1 jowoils a wreath facing the Sacklochendon, and at this end the other wreath is retracted, can be honed the same cylindrical when using a suitable course of Axialgoschwindigkoit at the respective blind hole end.
Fig. 4 shows a Honahle 1.2 with three honing stone wreaths, which have a combination of two Honsteinkränze with tapered honing stones 3 and a Honsteinkranzes whose honing stones 4 In a conventional manner rectangular Honflächon 4.1. Hereby, the blind holes of a hole are processed by the honing stones 3, while the Honstelno 4 are retracted radially. Over the length of the bore between the blind holes, the honing stones 4 are employed to increase the material removal rate with the honing stones 3 radially.
