The invention relates to the quantification of chemical components in Rauchgastrüben and is used in flue gas treatment processes, which operate with a wet scrubbing, preferably on systems that supply flue gas from K oil systems based on oil or solid fuels a Waschkrolslauf.
So kommen z. There are a variety of technical solutions from chemistry or chemical engineering for the quantification of relevant chemical components in turbidities, consisting of several, sometimes different in the state of aggregation, subcomponents known. These include pH measuring methods, conductivity measuring methods for measuring the electrolytic conductivity, titration methods, spectroscopic methods, etc. Theory and measuring methods of conductometry *, Schuppen, J., Akademieverlag, Wissenschaftliche Taschenbücher B 246.1980, is the latest Stand to. Conductivity technology summarized. All methods have in common that they are only partially suitable for harsh operation in flue gas treatment plants. In particular, the large number of measurement-influencing variables such as temperature, polarization behavior of measuring electrodes, etc., the sometimes very strong fluctuating compositions and the chemically and physically very aggressive behavior of the Rauchgastrüben require a high equipment and metrological effort. So come z. As used in glass expensive platinum electrodes for the determination of the electrolytic conductivity conductivity or the measuring ranges are very limited in so-called cheap solutions with steel electrodes and bound to the observance of certain boundary conditions (eg., Binary mixtures, working temperature). A number of chemical analytical techniques (titration, spectroscopy) are also unsuitable due to the high time and cost of dynamic measurements in flue gas treatment plants. In DE-OS 2924285 a method for measuring the concentration of certain ions or ionic groups is described. The method is based on the addition of reagents, so-called complexing agent, and reaction selbiger with the quantified ions or ionic groups of the sample stream to be examined the assay liquid. Addition and reaction take place in such a way that insoluble, solid, conductivity-reducing inclusion compounds are formed and that a measure of the ions or ion assemblies to be quantified is identified by conductivity comparison measurement with a test stream of the test liquid which has not been treated with reagents. This method is preferably used to determine very low ion concentrations, e.g. B. in the treatment of water, applied. A disadvantage for the use in Rauchgastrüb to exclude unwanted side reactions, limiting the Reagentia on little-selected, z.T. very expensive complexing agents, insensitivity to fluctuations in the composition of the substance and temperature of the flue gas flue and the necessity of carrying out a comparison measurement (carrying out two parallel conductivity measurements).
Patent 4,397,957 further describes a method for determining carbonate concentrations in solutions. By adding an acid, carbon dioxide is generated, this Kohlondioxiu is removed with the aid of an inert gas to a pH meter, which is provided with a chemical probe, the contact of the inert gas / carbon dioxide mixture with a Proflüsalgkeit in a chemical probe leads to pH Word change. This change is converted into an electrical signal and used as a measure of the carbonate concentration. A disadvantage of the present method are the use of an additional inert gas as a transport medium and the inappropriate for Rauchgastrüben, costly construction of the pH measuring device.
The aim of the invention is, with very little procedural and device-technical effort necessary for the operation of flue gas scrubbing dynamis ^: and the practical requirements nenende quantification of relevant components in Rauchgasirüben to enable / i.
The object of the invention is to provide a method and an associated arrangement, which allows chemical components in Rauchgastrüben (multicomponent mixtures) with low procedural and equipment complexity dynamically, i. to quantify within the time course of the flue gas treatment with sufficient accuracy for practical processes. According to the invention the object is achieved by an arrangement in which a measuring line, a supply and mixing device, r.in container for chemical reagent, a calming section, a Schallwellenabsorptionsmeßeinrichtung and a supply line are arranged. Also essential to the invention is the process according to the invention, in which a chemical reagent is always added in a measuring line branching from the pressure side of the turbulence circuit via a jet apparatus arranged therein or after a pressure reduction device, when the turbid circulation circulates. The reagent added and entrained by the flow reacts with the chemical component to be quantified to form gaseous reaction product portions of high compressibility, to bubble-disperse these reaction product portions under the respective pressure after the jet apparatus or a pressure reducer with the smoke gassing test stream, and the test stream thus assembled supplied directly or after passing through a calming section of a simple Schallabsorptionsmeßeinrichtung known type and finally returned to the turbidity cycle or transported to suitable drainage systems.
The level of pressure after introduction of the reagent in the Rauchgastrübeprüfstrom determines the bubble size and the Volumenstror lanteil of the generated gaseous reaction product proportions, as well as the concentration and amount of the reagent to be added and the chemical component to be quantified.
High pressure leads to small bubble sizes and small volumetric flow rates, low pressure to large bubble sizes and volumetric flow rates. The maintenance of stable bubble flows generally limits the volumetric flow rate to max. 30% of the total volume flow. Furthermore, the gas content of the Rauchgastrübeprüfstromes at constant inter, on the theoretical maximum of the component to be quantified designed concentration and amount of the reagent decreases with decreasing concentration and amount of the component to be quantified and vice versa. The unreacted proportion of reagent affects the sound wave absorption compared to the gaseous reaction product proportions of reagent and to be quantified component only insignificantly. Likewise, the resulting solid reaction product components are characterized by negligible absorption of sound waves. With the mentioned method, it is possible, influenced by type, amount and concentration of the reagent and the pressure parameters in the measuring line and the measuring frequency of the sound wave absorption measuring device, a quantification of chemical components by measuring the sound wave absorption of the treated Rauchgastrübeprüfmengen in ε inem wide range of measuring ranges realize that each differ by several orders of magnitude In the specific Schallwellenabsorp'iion. This makes it possible without significant effort, the metrological amplification or attenuation of metes results. Low measuring frequencies are used for large bubble diameters, high measuring frequencies for small bubble diameters. The chosen method is much less sensitive to a variety of influences, z. As temperature, frequency, dissociation size, electrode surfaces, etc. It allows in a very simple and inexpensive way, the qualification of individual components.
It is furthermore essential to the invention that different components can be quantified by connecting several arrangements in parallel.
Known variable maxima of the chemical components to be quantified can be realized by hydraulic changes (valve or similar) at the jet pump feed.
The chemical products formed in the measuring line affect the chemiche consistency of Rauchgastrübekreislaufes only very slightly. The mass flow in the measuring line is negligible compared to the mass flow in the turbid circulation.
As shown in Fig. 1, a measuring line 1 is arranged with the Rauchgastrübeprüfstrom T parallel to the Rauchgastrübeleitung 2 of the washing process in the pressure range of the Rauchgastrübepumpe 3. In the measuring line 11st a jet apparatus 4 for sucking a heagens R arranged.
Im Ergebnis der chemischen Reaktion von Schwefelsäure und Reagens R erhält manThe reagent R is entrained by the flue gas scrub test stream T and mixed with it. After reaction of the reagent R with the components of the flue gas scrub test stream T to be quantified, a reaction product substantially changing the sound wave absorption of the flue gas scrub call stream T is formed. In particular, highly absorbent gaseous reaction product components are formed. The thus modified Rauchgastrübeprüfstrom TB is fed to a simple Schallwellenabsorptionsmeßeinrichtung 6 of known type directly or via a calming section 5 and then fed back to the turbidity tank 8 of the washing process via a supply line 7. The sound wave absorption measuring device 6 provides a further processable electrical output signal corresponding to the chemical composition of the modified Rauchgastrübestromes TB. A Rauchgastrübeprüfstrom T, acidified by sulfuric acid, are added to soda as reagent R. As a result of the chemical reaction of sulfuric acid and reagent R is obtained
The sound wave absorption capacity of gases is greater by a factor of 10 3 than that of liquids. In compliance with measurement frequencies in the range of less than 1OkHz, which exclude both amplifying gas molecule resonances, and interfering liquid and solid molecule resonances, obtained at a gas volume fraction of only 1% in the modified Rauchgastrübeprüfstrom TB at a Schallwellonabsorptionsvermögen the liquid portions of
