Abstract
The invention relates to a method for determining the state of wear on speed-controlled centrifugal pumps and serves to predict the failure time. The invention is mainly used on such variable-speed centrifugal pumps, which promote aggressive or abrasive media. The technical object of the invention is to develop a method for determining the wear behavior of variable-speed centrifugal pumps, which permits statements about the state of wear without decommissioning the control of the speed-controlled centrifugal pumps and without detecting the Truebedichte the Foerdermediums. According to the invention, the technical object is achieved by determining the mean speed of the variable-speed centrifugal pump and the functional relationship of the measured variable of the time by regression calculation. The measured variable used is the speed of the centrifugal pump drive motor, which is set by regulation according to the volumetric flow to be delivered. The number of revolutions of the pump drive motor is counted over each equidistant time intervals and recorded as a measured value.
Description
At this point, a measurement of the suspension density is dispensed with. To eliminate short term speed variations caused by closed-loop control of process clipping, start from the average speed.
der Verschleißzustand VZ näherungsweise bestimmt werden. Hierbei stellen nmin den Wert der minimalen Drehzahl im Neuzustand und nma» den Wert der maximal erreichbaren Drehzahl der Kreiselpumpe dar.the wear state VZ be determined approximately. Here n m i n represents the value of the minimum speed in the new state and n ma "means the value of the maximum attainable speed of the centrifugal pump.
There are different approaches, which result from the course of the average speed values over time, usable and to check for the particular application. The intersection of the regression curve with a maximum speed value is calculated. The abscissa value of this function with the straight line η = n ma x, which represents the maximum achievable speed value of the centrifugal pump, represents an estimated value for the failure time. The position of the last measuring point is a measure of the current degree of wear. The ancestor according to the invention, which allows the indirect determination of a property of variable speed centrifugal pumps based on the speed measurement, has the advantages that during the measurement no influence on the delivery process that a Trübdichtemessung, which is generally very expensive, can be omitted and thereby a prognostic Statement about the failure time and the respective state of wear of the centrifugal pump can be made so that long-term planning of maintenance work to be prepared and thus the production process with speed-controlled centrifugal pumps significantly more effective and the utilization of the centrifugal pumps can be increased.
Mit dem aktuellen mittleren Drehzahlwert n\ der sich als Quotient der Impuiszahl und der Dauer des Zeitintervalls ergibt, wird nach der GleichungOn a single stage centrifugal pump for ore pulp, the volumetric flow rate is determined by means of a known control consisting of a volumetric flow meter, e.g. a magnetically inductive flowmeter, for determining the controlled variable, a controller for processing the control deviation and a thyristor as an actuator for speed of rotation of the centrifugal pump drive motor, kept constant. The number of revolutions of the centrifugal pump motor is converted by means of a suitable device into electrical pulses and din pulses over a long time, z. B. counted one hour. After expiration of the time unit, the value is saved and the counter is reset. The process repeats periodically. With the current average speed value n \, which results as the quotient of the pulse number and the duration of the time interval, is calculated according to the equation
