Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum winkelverstellbaren Ausrichten von Teilen in der Feinwerktechnik und Mikroelektronik sowie fuer den Einsatz auf Bearbeitungsmaschinen. Zwei Platten besitzen Auflagepunkte durch Waelzkoerper und einen Spreizdorn mit geschlitzter Spreizhuelse und sind durch Druckfedern miteinander befestigt. Eine Mutter ist ueber Differentialgewinde mit einer Spindel, deren Gleitkoerper in der Spreizhuelse als Keilgetriebe wirkt, verbunden. Durch Verdrehen der Mutter wird ein Absenken oder Anheben der Oberplatte im Bereich der Spreizhuelse erreicht. Eine Nichtlinearität der Aufweitung der Spreizhülse 9 in ihrer Längsrichtung bleibt ohne Wirkung, da zwischen Spreizhülse 9 und Unterplatte 1 bzw. Oberplatte 2 nur eine punktfcrmige Berührung vorliegt. Auf die Oberplatte 2 wirkende Bearbeitungskräfte bleiben aufgrund der Selbsthemmung, sowohl des Differentialgewindes als auch des Keilgetriebes, auf die eingestellte Winkelstellung ohne Einfluß. Wird die Einrichtung in Bearbeitungsmaschinen eingesetzt, ist es vorteilhaft, die zu bearbeitenden Teile durch Kleber bzw.
