Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der TechnikCharacteristic of the known state of the art
The heating of blanks to forming temperature is carried out in addition to the furnace heating increasingly in Induktionserwörmungsanlagen. The temperature measurement of the heated blanks is usually possible by means of radiation pyrometers after leaving the induction heating system. In the patent specification WP 244 250 A1, a method is described, wherein at the beginning of the last Erwärmungstektee on the front face of a blank, which leaves the induction coil next, and on the back face of a blank, which has just left the same induction heater, the temperature is measured. Thereafter, the cycle time and the induction current is calculated and adjusted with the aid of a function. These mentioned methods have the disadvantage that here the temperature measurement is complicated and erroneous due to the adhering scale. Furthermore, a high computation and control technical effort is necessary.
To avoid the disadvantage of strong scaling, the temperature inside the induction coils must be measured. However, this is impossible with the use of radiation pyrometers, since the coils are enclosed on all sides by a concrete jacket and see no possibility for viewing. If a plan view is created, a bore must be made which is large enough to allow sufficient insight corresponding to the focal spot of the pyrometer. However, this leads to the fact that the water-cooled induction windings must be locally spread wide to ensure a sufficient concrete coverage.
In der Schrift DE 2338532 wird ein Sensor zur TemperaturmessungThe temperature measurement with thermocouples is also affected by the scale occurring and inaccurate. At the same time, the measured value is corrupted by the strong electromagnetic fields that occur at the induction coils. More recent solutions for the detection of temperatures apply the methods of the light control technology. In DE 3631643 A1 a device for photoelectric temperature measurement in preferably metallurgical melts is reported, which consists of a transducer made up of a plurality of light-conducting glass rods connected to different wavelength-selective transmission filters. A disadvantage of this device is the use of several iichtleitender glass rods, since they must have a very high plane parallelism. Furthermore, the glass rods directly touch the melt and there is no possibility of cooling the sensor. In the document DE 2338532 a sensor for temperature measurement
Durch die Außenkühlung des Sensors ist dieser nicht an schwer zugängigen Stellen jinsetztar.proposed, dor both the internal cooling of the hollow fiber optic cable as well as an external cooling of the entire sensor ear-upstream glass rod includes. The disadvantage here is that the light guide must be attached very close to the DUT and a small light input surface is available. Due to the external cooling of the sensor, it is not jinsetztar in hard to reach places.
In summary, it should be noted that so far no suitable and simple method within induction heating coil (inductors) is present, which ensures a continuous measurement.
The aim of the invention is to recognize vorzeuig by installing a measuring system in the interior of an induction system disturbances in the heating so that occurring disturbances that can lead to significant production losses can be avoided.
