Description
The invention relates to oral and dental care products, which are characterized by an improvement in utility.
Außerdem enthalten pastöse Mund- und Zahnpflegemittel wasserunlösliche Abrasivstoffe, hauptsächlich calciumhaltige, neben etherischen Ölen sowie Binde-, Feuchthalte- und Verdickungsmitteln (Janistyn, H.: Handbuch der Kosmetika und Riechstoffe (Bd. 3), Dr. Alfred Huethig-Verlag, Heidelberg, 1973, S.799; Jellinek, J.S.: Kosmetologie, Dr.Alfred Huethig-Verlag, Heidelberg, 1976, S.376ff.; DD-PS 2256).Mouth and dental care products are known which contain fluorine compounds ( such as inorganic and organic salts of hydrofluoric acid, hexafluorosilicic acid and monofluorophosphoric acid, singly or in combination (DOS 3044448; Schrader, K .: Principles and Formulations of Cosmetics, Dr. Alfred Huethig-Verlag In addition, pasty oral and dental care products contain water-insoluble abrasives, mainly calcium-containing, in addition to essential oils and binders, moisturizers and thickeners (Janistyn, H .: Handbuch der Kosmetika und Riechstoffe (Vol. 3), Dr Alfred Huethig-Verlag, Heidelberg, 1973, p. 799; Jellinek, JS: Kosmetologie, Dr. Alfred Huethig-Verlag, Heidelberg, 1976, p.376ff .; DD-PS 2256).
In the DDR patent specification 149019 a combination of calcium pyrophosphate and n-alkylamine hexafluorosilicate is described, which has a fluorine compatibility greater than 90% after one year of storage. The disadvantage here is that in order to maintain the very good caries prophylactic effectiveness foaming during brushing should have the lowest possible level, although many consumers currently prefer strong foaming toothpastes. For this reason, the use of water-soluble inorganic fluorine compounds can not be dispensed with, which allow adjustment of the foaming level of the toothpaste to any desired extent.
However, water-soluble inorganic fluorine compounds have only a limited compatibility with the required brushing pastes oral and dental care products, especially with calcium-containing abrasives.
The disadvantage here is that the preparation of better fluorine-compatible cleaning body is associated with additional effort and the amount of available fluorine was detected with 58% in the toothpaste only over 2 months storage, although toothpastes for practical considerations and according to dental requirements a Fluor compatibility of the cleaning body of at least 80 should have% after one year of storage.
In AS 1033856, an improvement in the fluorine compatibility, inter alia, of calcium pyrophosphate is claimed by the use of calcium complex-binding condensed water-soluble phosphates, although it is precisely these substances that are not harmless, since they can undesirably lower the calcium level of the saliva and attack the hard tooth substance. DE-OS 3246884 discloses a process for the preparation of dicalcium phosphate with improved compatibility with sodium monofluorophosphate. Although sodium monofluorophosphate is most commonly used because of its relatively better compatibility with the pastes of oral and dentifrice pastes, it contains fluorine covalently bound and can not readily release fluoride ions as would be desirable from a stomatological point of view. The use of carbamide in pasty oral and dental care products is also known, but as an effect mainly a positive influence on the gums and the increase of the pH in the spoke 1 is described. Despite attempts to use carbamide together with fluorides for caries prophylaxis in medical rinsing solutions, it was hitherto unknown to use carbamide specifically for improving the fluorostability of pastes of pasty oral and dental care products.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a pasty, water-soluble inorganic fluorides containing oral and dental care, which does not have the disadvantages of poor compatibility of fluorides with cleaning articles described.
The object of the invention is to stabilize a provided with inorganic water-soluble fluorides pasty oral and dental care by the addition of a suitable compound so that the binding of fluorine to calcium phosphate-containing cleaning body is prevented.
This object is achieved by a pasty oral and dental care product which contains, in addition to conventional ingredients, a combination of per se known sodium fluoride with carbamide and calcium pyrophosphate as a cleaning body.
According to the invention, the pasty oral and dental care agent has 0.05 to 0.2 wt .-% fluorine, preferably 0.075 to 0.15 wt .-% fluorine, in the form of sodium fluoride, while carbamide to 0.5 to 5.0 wt. -%, Preferably 1.0 to 3.0 wt .-% is included.
It has surprisingly been found that fluorine from sodium fluoride in the presence of carbamide is not inactivated by calcium pyrophosphate as a rendering, without its β-phase having to be at least 70%. In particular, free fluorine ions remain detectable even after two years of storage to over 90%, while with otherwise the same recipe without carbamide, the content of free fluorine ions already after 9 months of storage has dropped to 38% (Table 1).

The determination of the fluorine content was carried out in the aqueous extract of the toothpaste in the usual way with a fluorine-sensitive electrode.
The toothpaste stock prepared in the usual manner is mixed with the indicated amounts of sodium fluoride and carbamide under vacuum until completely homogenous. Conveniently, however, you can solve sodium fluoride and carbamide already in the formulated amount of water.
