Field of application of the invention
The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for switching the polarity of analog signals. Preferably, the circuit arrangement is used in the digital-to-analog conversion and for the control of proportional valves on injection molding machines.
Charakteristik des bekannten Standes der TechnikCharacteristic of the known state of the art
From the DD-WP 152 665 a circuit arrangement for switching the sign of analog and unipolar signals using three operational amplifiers, two Biopolartransistoren, two diodes and a plurality of resistors has become known.
A summing amplifier is supplied with the analog input signal once directly and negated on the other via an inverter. In response to a discrete signal at the bases of the bipolar transistors, the output of the inverter is grounded. The resulting collector-emitter residual voltage of the bipolar transistor is compensated via a second bipolar transistor and another inverter. A disadvantage of this circuit arrangement is the high cost, because for exact error compensation, the measurement of two bipolar transistors and four resistor pairs is required.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
Darstellung des Wesens der ErfindungThe invention has the reduction of the effort in the switching of the polarity of analog signals to the goal. Presentation of the essence of the invention
The object of the invention is to realize a simple, potential-separated switching of the polarity of analog signals.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that a voltage input for the analog signal on the one hand with a non-inverting input of an operational amplifier and the other with an inverting input of a second operational amplifier and that the outputs of the operational amplifier via the collector-emitter paths of two optocouplers with an output are connected to the analog signal, and that the input of the first optical coupler to the output of a first inverting gate whose input is connected to the control signal line, and the input of the second optocoupler with the output of a second inverting gate whose input to the output of first inverting gate is connected.
At the output of the first operational amplifier, the non-inverted and at the output of the second operational amplifier, the inverted analog signal is available. Depending on the control signal line (ζ B. sign bit), one optocoupler is turned on while the other is locked, and applies the output signal of an operational amplifier to the output for the analog signal.

The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.
