entsprechende Filterkombination in den Beleuchtungsstrahlengang gebracht wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch, daß die Filterkombination aus mindestens einer Filterbaugruppe besteht, die sich aus mindestens zwei stellbaren Flüssigkeitsfiltern zusammensetzt, wobei der erste stellbare Flüssigkeitsfilter eine Flüssigkeit mit höherer Transmission im kurzwelligen Bereich des Lichtes und der zweite stellbare Flüssigkeitsfilter eine Flüssigkeit mit höherer Transmission im langwelligen Bereich des Lichtes enthält oder umgekehrt und daß jeweils die optisch wirksame Dicke der Flüssigkeit jedes stellbaren Flüssigkeitsfilters kontinuierlich einstellbar ist.corresponding filter combination placed in the illumination beam path is inventively characterized in that the filter combination consists of at least one filter assembly, which is composed of at least two adjustable liquid filters, wherein the first adjustable liquid filter, a liquid with higher transmission in the short-wave range of light and the second adjustable liquid filter a liquid containing higher transmission in the long-wavelength range of light or vice versa and that in each case the optically effective thickness of the liquid of each adjustable liquid filter is continuously adjustable.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that in the filter assembly the second adjustable liquid filter, a third adjustable liquid filter containing a color-neutral liquid whose optically effective thickness is also continuously adjustable, is arranged downstream. With this, the brightness of the illumination beam is adapted to the requirements of the receiver.
Advantageously, each adjustable liquid filter consists of a preferably cylindrical base body in which along its central axis and perpendicular to this a first plane-parallel glass plate, firmly connected to the body, a second plane-parallel glass plate, by means of an elastic seal with the first plane-parallel glass plate, a cavity for receiving enclosing the filter fluid, is connected, and an adjusting ring which is in operative connection with the second plane-parallel glass plate and is preferably guided and moved by means of threaded in the base body, are arranged. Discrete filter positions can be coded and assigned to specific partial beam paths or component combinations of the device, so that the adjustment can be done manually by means of scales and also automatically.

In FIG. 1, a light beam path 3 extends in a microscope 1 from a light source 2 to an object, not shown.
An imaging beam path 4 passes through an objective 5, a magnification changer 6 and is divided by not shown beam splitting or deflecting elements in the partial beam path 7 for the subjective observation, the partial beam path 8for the projection and the partial beam path 9 for photomicrography or for a TV playback , In the illumination beam path 3, two possibilities for the arrangement of a filter assembly 10 according to the invention are shown.
The individual beam paths 3, 4 and partial beam paths 7, 8, 9 generally contain optical components with different spectral transmission. This results in color shifts of different sizes for the partial beam paths. The different lenses 5, 5 a, the magnification changer 6 and optionally other optical components such as modulators, contrast devices u.a. also affect the radiation distribution in the receiver plane.
The filter assembly 10 according to the invention is angeodnet before the first beam splitting in partial beam paths, usually in the illumination beam path 3, at a point with parallel illumination beams.
Starting from the spectral transmission of the respective partial beam path, z. B. by colorimetric method, which determines the optimal correction necessary thickness of the filter liquid 18 and then registered.
If this partial beam path is switched on again later, the corresponding registered working position of the adjustable fluid filters 11, 12, 13 is set manually by means of a scale 14 or automatically.
In a preferably cylindrical base body are along its central axis, perpendicular to this a first plane-parallel glass plate 16, fixedly connected to the base body 15, a second plane-parallel glass plate 17, by means of an elastic seal 19 with the first plane-parallel glass plate 16, a cavity for receiving a Including filter fluid 18 is included, and an adjustment ring 20, which is in operative connection with the second plane-parallel glass plate 17 and is preferably guided and moved by means of thread in the base body 15 is arranged.
The filter assembly 10 according to the invention consists of at least two adjustable liquid filters 11 and 12. Their structure is shown in FIG. The filter liquid 18 of the adjustable liquid filter 11 is a liquid with higher transmission in the short-wave range of light, the filter liquid 18 of the adjustable liquid filter 12 is a liquid with higher transmission in the long-wavelength range of light.
By rotation of the adjusting ring 20, the optically effective thickness of the filter liquid is continuously adjusted in the adjustable liquid filters 11,12.
It is also an advantageous arrangement to arrange an adjustable liquid filter 13 in the filter assembly 10 for the second adjustable liquid filter 12. This adjustable liquid filter 13 contains a colorless liquid as the filter liquid 18. The optically effective thickness of the filter fluid 18 is also continuously adjustable. By means of the adjustable liquid filter 13, the brightness of the illumination beam is adapted to the requirements of the receiver.
