Abstract

Der Apparat zur Zuechtung (Kultivierung) von Mikroorganismen dient zum Einsatz in der mikrobiologischen Industrie bei der Durchfuehrung der Fermentation auf einem kohlenstoffhaltigen Substrat. Ziel der Erfindung ist eine Erhoehung des Konzentrationsgrades der Mikroorganismen im Schaum. Die genannte Zielstellung wird dadurch erreicht, dass in dem Apparat zur Zuechtung der Mikroorganismen nach dem Urheberschein der UdSSR Nr. 788726 die Vorrichtung zum Sammeln und Ableiten der konzentrierten Biomasse eine Kammer zur Trocknung des Schaums enthaelt, die durch einen zylindrischen Schuss und an ihm mit den grossen Grundflaechen befestigten Kegelstuempfen gebildet wird, die uebereinander mit einem dazwischen liegenden Spalt fuer den Durchschnitt des getrockneten Schaums zum Entschaeumer angeordnet sind. Der Neigungswinkel der Mantellinie des oberen Kegels betraegt 45 bis 60, des unteren Kegels 20 bis 45.
