Abstract
Die fotoempfindliche dielektrische Mischung betrifft die Elektrotechnik. Ziel der Erfindung ist die Erhoehung des Aufloesungsvermoegens und die Verbesserung der Fliesseigenschaften der Mischung. Die fotempfindliche dielektrische Mischung enthaelt bleihaltiges Glas und eine Loesung positiven Fotolacks auf der Basis von o-Chinondiazidethern in organischem Loesungsmittel und erfindungsgemaess zusaetzlich eine Loesung des Copolymeren von Isobutylen mit Piperylen und Acrylsaeurenitril der allgemeinen Formelmittlere Molekularmasse - 800 000 in Dimethylformamid, als Loesung des positiven Fotolacks auf der Basis von o-Chinondiazidethern im organischen Loesungsmittel enthaelt sie eine Loesung von positivem Fotolack auf der Basis von o-Chinondiazidsulfoethern in Dioxan mit folgender Zusammensetzung, in Gew.-T.:bleihaltiges Glas40,5-60,0Loesung positiven Fotolacks auf der Basis von o-Chinondiazidsulfoethernin Dioxan (auf Trockensubstanz umgerechnet)12,2-23,8Copolymeres von Isobutylen, Piperylen undAcrylsaeurenitril der allgemeinen Formel 0,8-2,0Dimethylformamid 6,2-11,1The photosensitive dielectric mixture relates to electrical engineering.
