The invention aims that with a standardized electrical measuring device based on a Wheatstone bridge the metrological detection of fast veraenderlicher signals can be made and interference such as cable and Schalterwiderstaende, as well as instability of the bridge supply voltage can be largely compensated. The task of creating a normalized measuring device is achieved by feeding a Wheatstone bridge to two diagonal points and determining its instantaneous value in the immediate vicinity of the bridge by means of a measuring device. At the other two diagonal points the detuning of the bridge as a voltage value can be measured. This is determined by a measuring device and divided by the instantaneous value of the bridge supply voltage in a dividing network. Fig. 1
Description
Uormierte Meßeinrichtung auf der Basis einer Wheatstone'sehen BrückeUormierte measuring device based on a Wheatstone'sehen bridge
The invention relates to a standardized measuring device based on a Wheatstone bridge circuit whose elements are wholly or partially active transducers, and for experimental or industrial material investigations under the action of both static and dynamic (time-varying) forces in the fields of machine and Plant construction, in construction and in electrical measuring technology is suitable.
In DE-PS 2 314 754 a multiple electrical measuring device is described, which operates on the rash method (bridge detuning = measured value). To compensate for voltage losses voltage control circuits are used, which adjust the supply voltage directly at the measuring points to a predetermined setpoint. Voltages at the measuring points are realized by switched test leads, which are connected to high-impedance impedance converter, so that these lines are almost de-energized and voltage losses caused by line and switch resistors, are negligible.
A disadvantage is the increased cost of switch elements or if they are reduced, the increased cost of voltage control circuits. In addition, the use of the measuring device for detecting temporally rapidly changing measured variables is restricted by the speed of the control arrangement itself, since with increasing length of the supply voltage lines transient phenomena and phase errors occur.

hangen (bei Betrieb mit sinusförmigen Spannungen) zu berücksichtigen sind.are to be considered (when operating with sinusoidal voltages).
It is also known from DE-PS 2,822,695 a Vielstellenmeßeinrichtung electrical working after the zero process.
Through a set of resistors, a branch of a Wheatstone bridge is changed so that the bridge detuning approaches zero. The measure of the resistance change is thus a measure of the bridge measurement caused by the physical measured quantity. The measuring points can be designed as a quarter bridge (an active transducer) or as a half bridge (two active transducers). Measuring points, which are designed as a full bridge circuit and with appropriate design have four times the sensitivity to a quarter bridge, can not be operated with this measuring device. The transducers are generally connected individually to the internal half or three-quarter bridge.
To compensate for voltage losses caused by switch and cable resistors, compensation devices (voltage regulation circuits) are used,
A disadvantage of the known measuring device is the high cost of switches and compensation devices and the unsuitability for detecting temporally rapidly variable measures .. The latter results on the one hand from the above restrictions (DE-PS 2 3H 754), resulting from the use of voltage control circuits in conjunction with long cables and, on the other hand, by using the slower zero procedure compared to the rash method.
The object of the invention is to realize a measuring device in which the influences which influence the measured value are excluded with an extensive simplification of the circuit complexity.
The invention has for its object to provide a measuring device, the temporally quickly for metrological detection ver
änderlicher Signale geeignet ist, einen geringen Aufwand an Bauelementen und Punktionseinheiten erfordert und Störgrößen wie Kabel- und Schalterwiderstände sowie Instabilitäten der Brückenspeisespannung weitgehend kompensiert.änderlicher signals is suitable, requires little effort on components and puncture units and largely compensates for disturbances such as cable and switch resistors and instabilities of the bridge supply voltage.
This object is achieved in that a Wheatstone'sehen bridge at two diagonal points fed to a supply voltage and their instantaneous value is determined in the immediate vicinity of the bridge by a measuring device. At the other two diagonal points the detuning of the bridge as a voltage value is measurable. This is determined by a measuring device and divided by the instantaneous value of the bridge supply voltage in a dividing network. The result is an analog electrical voltage whose magnitude is an image of the bridge detuning, d. H. it depends only on the size ratio of the bridge elements and not on the absolute amount or instabilities of the supply voltage.

Dabei zeigen die Zeichnungen inThe invention will be further described by way of two examples with reference to the drawings. The drawings show in

und in Pigur 2 eine Schaltungsanordnung einer Vielstellenmeßeinrichtung nach dem Prinzip der normierten Meßbrücke.and in Pigur 2, a circuit arrangement of a Vielstellemeßeinrichtung according to the principle of normalized measuring bridge.
Das Ausgangssignal der Meßeinrichtung (2) entspricht dem Spannungsabfall zwischen den Punkten (C;D) und ist durch die GleichungIn the first example (Pig. 1), the supply voltage source (E; e) is connected to points (A; B) of the measuring bridge via the switches (S 1 JS 2 ). In the immediate vicinity of the bridge there are voltage taps at the points (A; B) via which the instantaneous value of the supply voltage is measured by the measuring device (1). At the diagonal points (C; D), the bridge detuning is removed by the measuring device (2). The output of the measuring device (2) corresponds to the voltage drop between the points (C; D) and is given by the equation

Den Momentanwert der Speisespannung (Ugp) ermittelt die Meßeinrichtung (2) aus der Potentialdifferenz der Punkte (AjB). Der Dividierer (3) teilt den Wert der BrückenverStimmung (Uy) - Ausgangssignal der Meßeinrichtung (2) - durch den Momentanwert der Speisespannung (Ugp) - Ausgangssignal der Meßeinrichtung (1) und stellt an seinem Ausgang den normierten Wert der Brückenverstimmung (Up) zur Verfügung, wobei dieser Schritt der nachfolgenden GleichungThe instantaneous value of the supply voltage (Ugp) is determined by the measuring device (2) from the potential difference of the points (AjB). The divider (3) divides the value of the bridge Ver¬ (Uy) - output of the measuring device (2) - by the instantaneous value of the supply voltage (Ugp) - output signal of the measuring device (1) and provides at its output the normalized value of the bridge detuning (Up) to Available, this step of the following equation

The normalized value of the bridge detuning (Up) is independent of changes and instabilities of the supply voltage source (E; e) as well as of voltage losses caused by switches (S 1 JS 2 ) and supply cables and can be measured as voltage value (V) »
An electrical bridge adjustment is possible if the input (c of the measuring device (2) is subjected to a signed voltage (U ^) »The magnitude of this voltage is a measure of the bridge detuning after the bridge has been balanced.
As a second example (Figure 2) the application of the invention in a multi-site measuring system will be described. The measuring point (M 2 ) (half bridge) consisting of the resistors (E 21 JH 22 ) is switched on via the synchronous switches (S 1 JS 2 JS 3 JS 4 JS 5 ). The switches (S 1 JS 2 ) can be omitted if necessary, z. B. with a small number of measuring points or high-speed investigations to transient phenomena due to the connection of the bridge supply voltage (E) to exclude. In this case, all measuring points are connected in parallel with the supply voltage source (E). The bridge supply voltage (E) is a DC voltage. The voltage taps at the points (A 2 , C 2 , B 2 ) are routed via the switches (S 3 JS 4 JSc) to particularly high-impedance impedance converters (4, 5, 6), so that these measuring lines are virtually de-energized and therefore not worth mentioning Voltage loss occurs. The outputs of the impedance transformers (4j6) whose potentials are identical to those of the points' (A 2 ; B 2 ) are identical to the internal half-bridge,
heatstone ! The bridge consisting of the resistors (R 21 , R 2 2> H-3 0 , E ^ q) is formed. At the same time, the outputs of the impedance converters (4, 6) are coupled to the measuring device (1), a subtractor. This determines the potential difference of the points (A 2 , Bo), ie the instantaneous value of the bridge supply voltage CUgp), based on the switched-on measuring point.
The bridge diagonal, at which the detuning is measurable, results from the points (C q ; Dq). Both are fed to the measuring device (2), which consists of a 3-input adder. So that the latter can determine the potential difference of the points (CqjDq), the impedance converter (5) was realized as an inverting one-amplifier. Output signal of the adder (2) is the instantaneous bridge detuning (Uy). The divider (3) splits (Uy) (Ugp). Its output signal (Uj) is the value of the bridge detuning (Uy) normalized to the instantaneous bridge supply voltage (U S p) and thus independent of the magnitude bz \ 7. instabilities of the supply voltage (E).
The normalized value of the bridge detuning (Up) can be processed directly via the Ana -> log input channel of a process computer. The analogue output channel of the same computer, which is coupled to the input (c) of the adder (2), enables computer-assisted bridge balancing.
Pur the measuring points (IL; M, »Mc) (quarter-bridges), consisting of the V / iderständen (Ho ^; R / -j» Ee-.), Which has a common temperature-compensating measuring strips (Rqtt) and. in order to have common points (C,; Bo), the procedures described for measuring point (M 2 ) apply analogously.
At the measuring point (M 1) (full-bridge) consisting of the resistors (SJ 1; E.j2 "B i3" B "i4)" wiJrd the i * ^ 17116/2 bridge of the measuring device, consisting of resistors (R ^ q; Sq), not needed and switched off by the switch (S 7 ) For this purpose switches (S 7 ) the diagonal point (D 1 ) of the measuring point (M-) via the switch (Sg) and the impedance converter (7) to the input (a ) of the adder (2) for determining the bridge detuning of the measuring point (M 1 ) by the adder (2).
The instantaneous bridge supply voltage of the measuring point (IvL) is determined by the subtractor (1) as with the other measuring points via the switches (S ^; S, -) and the impedance transformers (4; 6).
