Abstract
The invention relates to an arrangement for angle measurement with a rotating pitch circle and optoelectronic scanning systems. It is applicable in all geodetic and precision measuring devices for the measurement of horizontal and vertical angles. The invention has the goal of performing an angle measurement with higher accuracy, reliability and low cost of measuring means for all accuracy levels under elimination of pitch errors. The object of the invention is to eliminate the influence of the circular graduation and reading errors in a measurement with a coarse and fine measuring stage simultaneously with the angle determination, without complete rotations of the pitch circle. The problem is solved in that for the rotating pitch at least one absolutely coded pitch is provided concentrically to the graduation, that the graduations of the pitch circle at one reading point the index for the pitches of the other reading or vice versa form that the angular size between fixed and rotatable Scanning systems from the reading of the coded division and interpolation measurement determined and the measuring and coded division is read simultaneously by the scanning systems.

The phase measurement method achieves a higher resolution and an increase in precision of the incremental reading. The incremental partial circuit reading methods have the disadvantage that they constantly require power, since all optoelectronic and electronic components are constantly in operation, because an ongoing prepayment and backward payment at each Furthermore, the zero point must be searched for after each switch-on procedure and then an angle assignment is canceled after each switch-off process
The absolute reading methods do not have these disadvantages To limit the expenditure of tracks for an absolute coding, one uses serial codings, which are read dynamically These absolute readings systems correspond in their accuracy to the optically visual readout methods While the incremental readout methods one The cumulative pitch error must here by the adjustment of the pitch circle by hand, such as ζ B in the theodolites usual eliminated. From CH PS 372 847 a device for testing circular graduations is known, with the the pitch error of pitch circles with a rotating pitch circle is determined in DD-PS 117 115 a method and apparatus for the conversion of angles into numerical values and for the coding of angles is described D This method has the disadvantage that it operates completely incrementally and all uncleanliness in the reading system and all short-term deformations influence the measurement results and the measurements must be carried out at different pitches
Die Erfindung hat das Ziel, die genannten Nachteile zu beseitigen und eine Winkelmessung mit höherer Genauigkeit, Meßsicherheit sowie geringem Aufwand an Meßmitteln fur alle Genauigkeitsstufen unter Ausschaltung von Teilungsfehlern, durchzufuhrenThe invention has the aim of eliminating the disadvantages mentioned and an angle measurement with higher accuracy, reliability and low cost of measuring means for all levels of accuracy under elimination of pitch errors, durchzufuhren
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that concentric at least one absolutely coded division is provided for the rotating pitch circle for incremental pitch graduation, that the graduations of the rotating pitch circle at one reading point the index for the divisions of the other reading point or vice versa form and that only the interpolation values determined in the code interval are averaged, that the angular size between the fixed and the rotatable scanning systems is determined from the reading of the coded division and the interpolation measurement and that the graduations and the absolutely coded division It is advantageous that the pitches of the rotating pitch circle are scanned according to a computer program, which represents a function of the pitch error of the pitch circle, that the readings of the rotating pitch circle by a zero mark, the additional graduation line or codeword, and that the rotatable and fixed scanning systems scan the radius and diameter lines of the pitch circle in incident or transmitted light and scan the same pitch from bottom to top. It is also advantageous that the pitch interval values are averages represent, which are formed of the number of division intervals of the measurement division, which includes the length of a codeword, that the Interpolationsintervallwerte represent mean values, which are formed from the number of interpolation intervals of the measurement division, which is also the length of a code word means that the division interval and Interpolationsintervallwerte are read with the sampling systems on the fixed or rotatable radius or Durchmesserlimen of the pitch circle and determine the average values of the angular size, that further on both sides of the absolute coded division concentric at least one incremental line pitch and / or for incremental pitch It is also advantageous that the coincidence of the zero mark with the mark of the fixed scanning system indicates the reading of the absolutely coded graduation triggering the mark of the rotatable scanning system and that the computer clock signal simultaneously triggers the reading of the absolute encoded graduation at the mark of the fixed scanning system and the rotatable scanning system, and the grad The invention makes it possible to carry out the angle measurement with a rotating pitch circle in a coarse and fine measuring stage so that the influence of the circular pitch and read errors is eliminated during a measurement simultaneously with the angle determination, without that a complete rotation of the pitch circle is necessary This increases the accuracy and accuracy and it is possible to perform the angle measurement with a lower cost of measuring means and smaller pitch circles

AS 18/25, this pulse via a gate 28 controls the gate circuits 30 and 32 so that at the reading point AS 18/26 subsequent division 26 via the gate 30 in a Register 31 and read at the same time at the reading point AS 17/24 subsequent division 24 via the gate 32 in a payer 33 is additionally prepared with this pulse, a gate 34 via the gate so that the division 25 at the reading AS 17/25 If this mark can pass through a mark of graduation 25 passes through the associated opening of the reading point AS 17/25, the gate 32 is blocked via the gate 34 and thus terminates the payment of the division 24 in the payer 33 The value located in the payer 33 represents the decimal degree value of the angle α With the coincidence of the mark of the graduation 25 and the associated opening of the readings At the same time, the opening of a gate 35 for reading the graduation 26 at the reading point AS 17/26 into a register 36 takes place. The reading of the graduation 26 into the registers 31 and 36 is terminated when the second mark of the graduation 25 coincides coincides with the reading point AS 18/25 or AS 17/25 and the electrical pulse blocks the gate circuits 30 and 35, respectively. The coded contents G1 and G2 of the registers 31 and 36 are subtracted in the microcomputer (G 1 -G 2), the difference If G2 is greater than G1, ie the difference is negative, then the angle of difference G1-G2 is added to the full angle of the pitch circle 14, B 400 gon With the coincidence of the first mark of the graduation 25 and the associated opening of the reading point AS 18/25 also begins the measurement of the interpolation value of the angle α such that the appearing with the first mark of the division 25 mark the division 24 at the reading point AS 18/24 the payment of a generator 39 erzeu Pulses via a gate 42 in a first Teilungsintervallzahler 43 and the payment of the generator pulses via a gate 40 in a first Interpolationsintervallzahler 41 releases
Die erste Marke der Teilung 24 an der Ablesestelle AS 17/24 sperrt die Torschaltung 40 und beendet die Zahlung der Impulse in einem Zahler 41 Der Zahlennhalt a, wird vom Rechner übernommen und gespeichert Gleichzeitig wird mit dieser ersten Marke der Teilung 24 an der Ablesestelle AS 17/24 über eine Torschaltung 44 ein zweiter Teilungsintervallzahler 45 gefüllt und eine Torschaltung 46 zur Einlesung der Generatonmpulse in einem zweiten Interpolationsintervallzahler 47 geöffnetThe first mark of the division 24 at the reading point AS 17/24 locks the gate 40 and stops the payment of the pulses in a payer 41 The number contents a, is taken over by the computer and stored at the same time with this first mark of the division 24 at the reading point AS 17/24 via a gate 44, a second Teilungsintervallzahler 45 filled and opened a gate 46 for reading the generator pulses in a second Interpolationsintervallzahler 47
Koinzidiert nach dem Weiterdrehen des Teilkreises 14 die zweite Marke der Teilung 24 mit der Öffnung der Ablesestelle AS 18/24, so sperrt der elektrische Impuls zum einen die Torschaltung 46 und beendet die Zahlung der Generatorimpulse im Zahler 47, zum anderen wird der Inhalt b, des ersten Teilungsintervallzahlers 43 in den Mikrorechner übernommen und geloscht Der Inhalt C1 des Zahlers 47 stellt die Ergänzung des Interpolationsintervallwertes zum Intervallwert dar Analog dazu beendet die zweite Marke der Teilung 24, die an der ihr entsprechenden Öffnung der Ablesestelle AS 17/24 vorbeilauft, die Zahlung des zweiten Teilungsintervallzahlers 45, in dem der Inhalt d, eines Zahlers 45 in den Rechner übernommen und der Zahler 45 geloscht wirdCoincides after the further rotation of the pitch circle 14, the second mark of the division 24 with the opening of the reading point AS 18/24, so the electrical pulse blocks the gate 46 and terminates the payment of generator pulses in the counter 47, on the other hand, the content b, The content C 1 of the payer 47 represents the addition of the interpolation interval value to the interval value. Analogously, the second mark of the graduation 24, which passes at its corresponding opening of the read-out point AS 17/24, terminates the first time interval payer 43 Payment of the second division interval payer 45, in which the content d, a payer 45 is taken into the computer and the payer 45 is deleted
I„ Б„) erfolgtThe following marks of graduation 24 repeat at the readings AS 17/24 and AS 18/24 these measurements, so that the payer 41, 43, 45 and 47 constantly the value information a u , b ", c" and d u to the microcomputer This memory comprises for the a ", b", c ", d" corresponding to the code word length ζ B 10 memory locations, the 1 value information a, from the payer 41 to the memory location M1 , the 2 value information a 2 to the memory location M2, a 3 to M3 etc to 10 value information a, 0 stored on the memory space M 10 After describing the 10 memory space M 10, the microcomputer forms the mean value I 1 of the value information a, to a 10 The microcomputer now controls the address bus so that the 11 value information is stored again on the memory M1 and the average is formed a 2 a 2 to a ,, that stores the 12 value information to the memory location M2 rt and the average value S 3, the values of information is formed A 3 to A 12, etc. Finished is this memory organization with the coincidence of the third mark of the partition 25 and the corresponding opening of the reading site AS 18/25 In this way one obtains the averaged values information I 1, ä 2 ,, I 10 of the first interpolation interval, the averaged value information 5 1, U 2 ,, 5 10 of the first division interval, the averaged value information C 1 , C 2 ,, C 10 of the second interpolation interval and the determined value information (J 1 , 3 2 ,, cJ 10 of the second division interval The normalization of the interpolation value is effected by quotient of the value information a ~ "Б" or C 11 CJ 11 = I,, 10. By averaging these quotients, the interpolation value corresponding to the angle α is obtained in that the mean value of (c "cf 0 ) represents the supplement to the norm value and is therefore subtracted from it must before the averaging with the mean of the quotients (I "Б") takes place
Der Interpolationswert der Winkelgroße wird also durch Quotientenbildung aus den Mittelwerten der Teilungsintervall- und Interpolationsintervallwerte erhalten, indem die Teilungsintervall und Interpolationsintervallwerte mit den Abtastsystemen 13, 17, und 19 an den festen und drehbaren Radius oder Durchmesserlinien des Teilkreises 14 abgelesen werden und die Mittelwerte die Winkelgroße α bestimmen Diese Anordnung zur Winkelbestimmung ist sowohl fur Horizontal- und Vertikalwinkel anwendbar Sie wurde fur die Vertikalwinkel nicht beschrieben, da sie analog zur Horizontalwinkelbestimmung durchgeführt wirdThus, the interpolation value of the angular quantity is obtained by quoting the average values of the pitch interval and interpolation interval values by reading the pitch interval and interpolation interval values with the scanning systems 13, 17, and 19 at the fixed and rotatable radius or diameter lines of the pitch circle 14 and the averages the angular size Determine α This arrangement for angle determination is applicable for both horizontal and vertical angles. It was not described for the vertical angles, since it is carried out analogously to the horizontal angle determination
