Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a heat exchanger for the straight flow with hot gases in the temperature range of 100 to 500 0 C, wherein the natural chimney draft is not disturbed by internals.
In DE 2708377 a heat exchanger is described, whose internal internals are formed so that the helical ribs result in multi-start helical channels large pitch between the inner and outer tube. This solution has the disadvantage that the effective chimney diameter is reduced by the ribs. The multiple passes lead to the division of the hot gas flow and a short contact time. Thus, the possible heat loss is low. Furthermore, there is an unwanted heat transfer to the outside air. In DE 2951 487 a solution is described which has a straight chimney passage for hot gases as a heat-emitting medium. For this purpose between the inner and outer tube parallel tubes open into a front and a rear chamber for the purpose of supply and discharge of the heat-absorbing medium. This solution has the disadvantage that the heat transfer takes place only indirectly, since the pipes can not be technologically welded to the exhaust pipe and thus the heat exchange is not optimal. In addition, the technologically required effort, especially if the tubes are flowed through successively, very high.
Ps ist das Ziel der Erfindung, einen Wärmetauscher zu schaffen, der einen unkomplizierten Aufbau aufweist, technologisch einfach herstellbar ist, eine optimale Wärmeübertragung garantiert und ohne bauliche Änderungen in vorhandene Abgasschornsteine, insbesondere Blechschornsteine,, eingefügt werden kann.....Ps is the object of the invention to provide a heat exchanger which has a simple structure, is technologically easy to manufacture, guarantees optimum heat transfer and can be inserted without structural changes in existing flue chimneys, especially sheet metal chimneys, .....
Darstellung des Wesens der ErfindungPresentation of the essence of the invention
Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung, einen Wärmetauscher zu entwickeln, der für Abgase hoher Temperaturen und ungestörter Durchströmung entsprechend den Schornsteinmaßen eine große Wärmeübertragungsfläche besitzt und unabhängig von derIt is the object of the invention to develop a heat exchanger, which has a large heat transfer surface for exhaust gases of high temperatures and undisturbed flow corresponding to the chimney dimensions and regardless of the
Einbaulage ist. .Installation position is. ,
According to the invention this is achieved in that one or more successive lying pieces of an exhaust pipe at the ends have flanges so that they can be inserted smoothly into the chimney of the same diameter. On the outer diameter of the exhaust pipe are helically extending ribs. These have a low pitch, so that the heat exchange fluid has a large contact surface to the exhaust pipe at high flow velocity. Concentric with these ribs, a jacket tube is arranged so that there is a small gap between the ribs and the jacket tube. This is technologically conditioned and is less than 5mm. Since the heat-absorbing fluid flows between the exhaust gas and the jacket tube and the gap separates the two tubes, heat radiation to the outside is substantially reduced. The jacket pipe is connected directly to the exhaust pipe at the ends. It has next to each end face an inlet or outlet opening for the fluid.
As the heat exchange fluid, water is preferably used, which enables direct feed in hot water heating systems. There are also other liquids applicable.
It is advantageous to arrange axially parallel webs in the exhaust pipe. As a result, the contact area of the hot gas is increased, without negatively influencing the flow behavior.
The mounting position is horizontal and vertical possible, with several elements can be arranged one behind the other.
The hot gas flows without influencing the exhaust pipe and gives off some of its heat to this. To increase the effective area serve the paraxial webs.
The exhaust pipe is enclosed directly by the jacket pipe. The heat exchange fluid is passed through the heat exchanger in countercurrent or direct current at the rate required for the heat to be delivered. Due to the small pitch of the ribs, a large area flows around the fluid and transfers a large amount of heat. The slope is 0.5 to 3 times the distance between the jacket and the exhaust pipe. In the gap, the fluid flows with a relatively low temperature difference, so that little heat is transferred to the outside.
The invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment. In the drawing, Fig. 1 is the side view of the heat exchanger Fig.2 the section of the heat exchanger.
The heat exchanger has a central exhaust pipe 1. On the outer diameter 2 helically extending ribs 3 are arranged. To increase the contact surface, the ribs 3 have a low pitch.
Die Rippen 3 enden vor den Öffnungen 6.Over the exhaust pipe 1, the jacket tube 4 is concentrically arranged so that between the inner diameter 5 of the jacket tube 4 and the outer diameter 7 of the ribs 3, a small gap 8 is formed. This one is <5mm. The jacket tube 4 is connected at the end faces tightly with the exhaust pipe 1 and has openings 6 for the inlet and outlet of the heat exchange fluid. The ribs 3 terminate in front of the openings 6.
The slope of the ribs is in the range of 0.5 to 3 times the distance 9 between the jacket tube 4 and the exhaust pipe 1. In the interior of the exhaust pipe 1 webs 10 are arranged so that they are axially parallel and not disturb the hot gas flow. The hot gas flow is guided independently of direction through the heat exchanger. The heat exchange fluid can be effective in the same or countercurrent.
