Description
Schmierwirksamer Oberzug für phosphatierbare OberflächenLubricating topcoat for phosphatizable surfaces
Anwendungsobjekte sind Gleitführungen, Gleitlager, Gleitbeläge u. a.The invention relates to the production of a lubricant. Application objects are sliding guides, plain bearings, sliding linings u. a.
Characteristics of the known technical solutions The incorporation of dry lubricants in the surface structure or the application of bonded coatings on phosphatizable surfaces to reduce friction are known solutions, such as in the journals "Metalloberfläche" (1980), No. 8, pages 328-330 and "Color and Varnish" 88, No. 2 (1982), page 105-1.
Weiterhin werden dünne und haftfeste Trockenschmierstoffe, wie in DE-OS 1924 263 dargestellt, durch galvanische AbscheidungTo improve the dry lubricating properties, the incorporation of dry lubricants in the metal surface or a phosphated surface and the application of bonded coatings known technical solutions. Furthermore, thin and adherent dry lubricants, as shown in DE-OS 1924 263, by electrodeposition
The most commonly used lubricants include graphite and molybdenum disulfide. It is also known to lubricate rolling bearings by applying a lubricating varnish on the grooves of the races -. Here is the application of the sliding. Lackes while maintaining the layer thickness in the range of very tight tolerances consuming and uneconomical. Several operations, such as degreasing, chemical or mechanical roughening of the treads, applying the paint, curing the same and the like are necessary. Since the layer thicknesses may not be greater than a few thousandths of a millimeter, the applied layers contain only a small lubricant depot, so that the self-lubrication of the bearing due to the fact that the lubricating film can not regenerate itself, is of relatively short duration.
Ziel der ErfindungObject of the invention
The aim is to create a lubricant which is applied without surface pretreatment in one operation and with a high lubricating effect.
Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention Die technische AufgabeThe technical task
It is to develop a lubricant-pigmented mixture, which allows the steps cleaning / degreasing, conversion layer formation and application by a single application.
Merkmale der ErfindungFeatures of the invention
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Erfindung gelöst, indem ein entfettend wirkendes Lösungsmittelgemisch in Kombination mit Phosphorsäure und einem Schmierstoff tragenden organischen Filmbildner in einem Verhältnis gemischt wird, welches die Entfettungswirkung in ausreichender Form gewährleistet, eineThis object is achieved by the invention by mixing a degreasing solvent mixture in combination with phosphoric acid and a lubricant-bearing organic film former in a ratio which ensures the degreasing effect in sufficient form
Phosphation is possible and a concentration of the organic film-forming agent is chosen so that the inclusion of existing grease-like and mechanical impurities without detriment to the life of the Schtnierschicht is given.
.At the same time, this film former is able to absorb the necessary amount of dry lubricant and to maintain a layer thickness in the range of 5-25 m. Furthermore, it is particularly important that the solvent mixture in addition to the degreasing Wirk.in able to take the required amount of phosphoric acid and has an evaporation rate, which can realize this layer thicknesses depending on the concentration of the organic Fibildbildners and the dry lubricant. ,
The use of a mixture of aromatic solvents based on methylated benzenes and solvents, such as alcohols, ketones and glycol ethers, which in combination with the methylated benzenes are able to absorb phosphoric acid in small amounts, has proven advantageous for achieving this object. Furthermore, the mixture contains an organic film-forming agent based on a ketone-formaldehyde condensation resin and as a dry lubricant molybdenum disulphide or graphite or a mixture thereof "
The invention will be explained by way of examples. The bearing parts were immersed after the manufacturing process for 3 min in a solution of the following composition:
50 % MoS2 50 % MoS 2
10 % Cyclohexanon-Fonnaldehydharz 26,8 % p-Xylol 12 % Isopropanol 1,2 % H3PO4 (75 %ig)10 % cyclohexanone-formaldehyde resin 26.8 % p-xylene 12 % isopropanol 1.2 % H 3 PO 4 (75% pure)
,After removal, part of the bearing parts treated in this way was dried at 80 ° C. for 15 minutes in the oven or for 0.75 hours at room temperature and in still air. .
The test subsequently carried out showed an improved adhesive strength with the same layer thickness of the layer compared with that of a commercially available epoxy resin-containing bonded coating which was applied to a cleaned and phosphated surface.

Die Schichtdicke vergrößerte sich um den Faktor 0,5.The solution thus composed was pneumatically sprayed onto the bearing parts of, for example, 20 Mn Cr 5. Again, there was an improved adhesion to the o. G. bonded coating; air drying to room temperature was required for one hour at room temperature and circulating air at 80 ° C for 20 minutes until complete dryness. The layer thickness increased by a factor of 0.5.

5 % Methylcyclohexanon-Formaldehydharz 30,15 % eines technischen Gemisches aus Tri- und Tetramethylbenzol 13,5 % Isopropanol5 % methylcyclohexanone-formaldehyde resin 30.15 % of a technical mixture of tri- and tetramethylbenzene 13.5 % isopropanol
.1,35 % H3PO4 (75 %ig) 1.35% H 3 PO 4 (75 %)
The immersed and sprayed bearing parts in turn had better adhering layers, the layer thickness was less than Example 1, the sliding properties remained unchanged.

The reduced proportion of molybdenum disulfide resulted in a much lower layer thickness, the adhesion and the sliding properties were unchanged good.
The results were equivalent when the isopropanol was replaced by acetone. The same results were achieved by replacing the -Mosp with graphite and limiting the altered lubricity of the graphite over that of the molybdenum disulphide. ♦ By limiting the lower lubricity of the graphite over MoS ^, the same results can be achieved in quantitative exchange of the MoS provide.
The mode of action of the agent does not exist if the components in their quantitative composition leave the range of the claim or if only one of the claimed ingredients is omitted.
