The compounds of general formula I have valuable pharmacological properties with favorable general compatibility.
Die 1,6-Naphthyridinon-Derivate der vorliegenden Erfindung sind daher wertvolle Mittel für die Bekämpfung der Herz-Kreislauf-Mortälität, dieBecause of their vasospasmolytic and antiplatelet effects, they are particularly indicated in cerebral, cardiac, and peripheral vascular diseases such as myocardial ischemia, cerebral infarction, pulmonary thrombosis, arteriosclerosis, and other stenotic conditions, especially because of negative inotropic side effects as compared to known drugs of similar mode of action absence. The 1,6-naphthyridinone derivatives of the present invention are therefore valuable agents for the control of cardiovascular mortality

The compounds of general formula III are known or can be prepared by literature methods (Org. Reactions, VoI 15 (1967) p 204 ff). 2,4-Dihydroxypyridine is a commercial product.
The reaction a) is preferably in inert organic solvents, in particular lower alcohols, such as. B, methanol, ethanol or isopropanol. It is also expedient to work at higher temperatures, preferably at the boiling point of the solvent used. The reaction products can be isolated and purified by known separation methods, such as crystallization and / or chromatography.
The process a) is chemically peculiar, as it is to be regarded as surprising that 2,4-dihydroxypyridine reacts in the manner described.
The 1,4-dihydropyridines "of general formula IV used for process b) are known (cf., for example, Chem, Rev. 82 (1982) p., 223) or they can be prepared in an analogous manner.
Rev. £32 , (1982)) hervorgeht, daß bei der Behandlung von 1,4-Dihydropyridinen mit starken Basen wie Natriumhydrid das Proton am StickstoffatomThe reaction of s-triazine with the compounds of general formula VI must also be regarded as surprising since the literature (Chem. Rev. £ 32, (1982)) shows that in the treatment of 1,4-dihydropyridines with strong Bases such as sodium hydride, the proton on the nitrogen atom
In the present case, the expected reaction does not take place, but it takes place at the methyl group aminomethenylation / to the compounds of formula IV
,To carry out the reaction, the 1,4-Dihydropyridinderivat with s-triazine in an inert organic solvent in the presence of strong bases such. Converted compounds of general formula IV. Particularly suitable solvents are lower alcohols, such as methanol or ethanol. The further reaction with compounds of the general formula V is carried out by generally known methods, preferably in the presence of a hydrogen halide acceptor. It has been shown that the reaction proceeds with high regioselectivity and that in the reaction, surprisingly, the expected per se "alkylation analogous to the conditions in the alkylation of pyridones is virtually completely suppressed.
Acid or basic compounds of the general formula Γ which have a hydrogen atom for R or an alkylaminoalkyl group R for R, are preferably converted into crystalline, pharmacologically acceptable salts for the purpose of purification and for galenic reasons.
. . . .In the event that R represents a hydrogen atom, with bases such. The largest change in transmission occurring during this period was called the amplitude (Amp) of the aggregation curve. Aggregation-inhibiting substances cause a reduction in this amplitude; the inhibitory effect (E) of a substance was calculated according to the following formula:

EtWa 4 10 mm long, freshly isolated pieces of Taenia coli (guinea pigs) were wrapped with threads at both ends and in the organ bath (32 0 C, carbogen-bubbled) connected with a mechano-electrical transducer · As a mechanical bias were 5-10, tnN (0.5-1 p). For the equilibration of the preparation, Krebs-Henseleit broth was used (Ther 1965), which was replaced by K rich and Ca ++ -free solution (40 mmol) l KCl for depolarization of the cell membrane with a corresponding reduction in the NaCl concentration. Under equilibrium conditions, the nutrient solution 1 mbar / 1 CaCl 2 was added, causing a contraction of the muscle preparation After the new equilibrium was reached, the test substance was added to the organ bath After 10 minutes of exposure, any inhibitory effect of the test substance was increased by addition of 12 The substance effect was calculated as the percentage inhibition of the contract amplitude after 10 min reaction time of the test substance, based on the amplitude before administration of the substance All substances were tested on two preparations in each case.

In a thermostated (35 0 C) preparation dish with modified nutrient solution after Krebs-Henseleit, the left atrium was carefully separated from the ventricular myocardium with a pair of scissors and a thread was pulled through the atrial tip with a needle and knotted. Subsequently, the base of the atrium was attached to the hook of a preparation holder and transferred into a therraostatisierten organ bath with nutrient solution (25 ml, 35 0 C). In the organ bath, the thread at the atrial tip was connected to a mechanoelectric transducer. The electrical stimulation was supramaxiflial with a frequency of 100 Irap / min (stimulus width 2.5 msec), wherein the hook of the specimen holder represents an electrode, while the second electrode was designed as a field electrode in the specimen holder parallel to the clamped atrium.
The substances would be in !
