Darlegung des Wesens der ErfindungExplanation of the essence of the invention
The object of the invention is to provide a Widerstandsmeßs'chaltung, the Kpnstantstromquelte works on a grounded load resistor and is not limited to certain current ranges is.
This is achieved according to the invention in that a reference voltage is connected between the inverting input and the output of an operational amplifier, and a reference resistor is connected between the non-inverting input and the output of the operational amplifier, and a load resistor is connected on one side to the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier and on the other hand to ground is.

The invention will be explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.
In der dazugehörigen Zeichnung zeigt:In the accompanying drawing shows:
Fig. 1 die erfindungsgemäße Schaltungsanordnung.Fig. 1, the circuit arrangement according to the invention.
The constant current source consists of the current source 1, the Zener diode 2, the variable resistor 3, the operational amplifier 11 and the reference resistor 4. Mitteis- the current source 1, the, Z-diode 2 and the variable resistor 3, a reference voltage 13 is generated, which deducted the potential of the output 12 of the operational amplifier 11 and the inverting. Input 9 of the operational amplifier 1 1 is supplied. The operational amplifier 11 mirrors this reference voltage ' v 13. on the reference resistor 4, which, between the output 12 of the operational amplifier 11 and the non-inverting input Io of the operational amplifier 1 1 is located. A constant current determined thereby flows from the output 12 of the operational amplifier 11, via the reference resistor 4, the resistor 14 and the fuse 15, to the load resistor 18. A grounded load resistor 18 flows through the reference chip. voltage 13 and the reference resistance is determined 4, wherein the maximum output current of the Operationsverstärekrs 11 limits the maximum possible constant current and the potential v minimai constant current by the input resistance of the operational amplifier 1 1 is dependent. The load resistor 18 is the measuring sockets 16 and interposed. Thus, a voltage directly proportional to the resistance at the measuring sockets 16 and 17 can be measured by means of a high-impedance measuring device 19, wherein the measuring socket 17 is grounded. A possibly occurring external voltage at the measuring jack 16 can be made'unwirk- 'sam by the protection circuit 5 and 5' by a Zener diode 6 and diodes 7 and 8 initially limit the voltage. A further increase in the external current leaves a fuse 15 and thus disconnects the circuit from the Fremdsp'annung. A resistor 14 connected in series with the fuse 14 limits the current when external voltage occurs. The protection circuit 5 and 5 ', consisting of the Zener diode 6, the two diodes 7 and 8, the resistor and the fuse 15 is connected to the two inputs 9 and 1 1o of the operational amplifier 11.
