Abstract
Fig.2The invention relates to inductors for heating machines for heating workpieces made of electrically conductive materials. The aim of the invention is in these inductors, which were previously poured only with high-temperature resistant concrete, which tends to crack formation in continuous operation and thus causes penetration of tinder turns of the inductor or flashovers to the zero potential of the slide rails to bring such insulation, the positively acts as electrical and thermal insulation. The essence of the invention is that are prefabricated by means of kaolin silicate fibers paper webs to tubes of such dimensions as are required for the inductor sizes, are molded together with the inductor in appropriate forms form-fitting manner with the inductor. Due to the rich potting to achieve the positive engagement, a high stability of the inner lining is also achieved, which is required to accommodate the load of the work column, which is driven through sliding tubes. As an application, only inductors or induction coils for frequencies of 50 to 30 kHz in question, in which the heating range to 1300 degrees C is used. Fig.2

2. Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung 2. Field of the invention
The invention finds application in heating machines for the heating of workpieces made of electrically conductive materials in continuous and 'discontinuous feed mode at frequencies of 50 Hz to JO kHz, in which the electrical energy is transmitted to the electrically conductive material according to the transformer principle. As a transfer element in cast concrete mass, consisting of hollow copper profile water-cooled induction coil is generally used, which is referred to in its entirety as an inductor.
3. Charakteristik der bekannten technischen Lösungen3. Characteristic of the known technical solutions
There are known technical solutions in which the required electrical insulation of the built-in inductor water-cooled induction coil as a primary coil of a transformer and acting as a secondary coil materials to be heated by ceramic or constructed of refractory concrete and similar refractory pipes or liners are made. These tubes must withstand a temperature of the material to 13uO C at an extremely high heating rate, combined with a high thermal shock resistance, resulting in extremely high wear and thus in many cases unsatisfactory life. Since the material to be heated is at zero potential and the induction coil, through the ceramic inner lining a few millimeters separated from the material, the full voltage leads,

4. Ziel der Erfindung4. Object of the invention
The object of the invention is to expand the inductor so that, as electrical and thermal insulation, it has such a lining which permits high temperature resistance and, with high thermal shock resistance, a high heating rate. In addition, this lining should still have a high thermal insulation to significantly improve the thermal efficiency, thereby achieving optimum use of electrical energy and thereby save energy.
5. Darlegung des Wesens der Erfindung5. Presentation of the essence of the invention
In the induction coil 2, the insulating tube or the Isolierrohrauskleidung 3 is centrally introduced and in a corresponding form, which is not shown here, the .Betonmantel 4 poured so that a rich form fit between Isolierrohrauskleidung 3> induction coil 2 and mold is achieved.
In Fig. 1, the cross winding of the insulating tube or Isolierro.hrauskieidung 3 made of kaolin silicate fiber webs is shown; the webs are glued with temperature-resistant glue. There are so many tracks übereinandergewikkelt and glued until the required wall thickness is reached. From Figures 2 and 3 it can be seen that the workpieces are conveyed on the water-cooled sliding tubes 7 through the inductor 1 and heated, without mechanical damage to the inner tube through the workpieces is possible. Due to the special Isolierrohrauskleidung 3, the heat from the workpiece 6 is more held in the free space 8 and does not migrate into the cooling water of the induction coil 2. In addition, it is achieved that over the previous ceramic Induktörinnenauskleidung cracking, can penetrate into the scale is avoided. Voltage flashovers or ground fault on the lying at NuIl potential sliding tubes 7 by tundra bridges that lead to forcible shutdown of Erwärmungsaniage are thus excluded. The service life of the inductor is significantly increased.
