The invention relates to a method and apparatus for neutralizing and recovering acid resin from a landfill »
Sein Aggregatζustand ändert sich von zähflüssigen-schleimig bis zu viskos-fest»The acid resin contains sulfonates of high molecular weight condensed hydrocarbons and heterocyclic compounds, further naphthenates thereof, a significant amount of sulfuric acid, and dissolved SOO and SO 2 -GaSe. Its state of aggregation changes from viscous-slimy to viscous-firm »
Acid resin deposited in ditches pollutes the environment and occupies valuable industrial area.
235016 8235016 8
For the destruction and eventual use of acid resin, various neutralization and encapsulation processes are disclosed in British Patent No. 1,127,255, SU Patent No. 414,186, British Patent No. 2,241,524 and DD No. 102 403 recommended. However, these processes are only suitable for the neutralization and encapsulation of freshly formed, viscous pumpable and deliverable acid resin - which has not yet been stored in the landfill. With the destruction and use of solidified in landfill trenches, viscous-viscous acid resin, the Meissner-Grundbau-method (see eg K6olaj esFöldgaz 1980, No. 7, p 212), wherein the waste with latKhaltigen special reagents on a large surface are effectively mixed, and as the end product of the physico-chemical reaction, a water-repellent, powdery substance is formed. This process is very medium and resource consuming. Some parts of the device must be protected from the corrosive action of the acid resin, and the neutralization process requires a great deal of labor.
For the recovery of sludge stored in trenches, several methods are known, such as the method of US Pat. No. 4,028,240, in which a scraper is used. However, this method can not be applied to slimy, viscous, solid acid resin as the scraper's spoon becomes stuck.
Manchmal wird die Wirkung des mechanischen Abbruchkopfes durch die kinetischcEnergie eines Wasserstrahls ersetzt, z.B. beiHydro-me chanical methods are known for the extraction of sand or mud under a layer of water, in which a suction dredger is used. The suction dredgers generally consist of a mechanical demolition head and a suction pump. Sometimes the effect of the mechanical breaker head is replaced by the kinetic energy of a jet of water, e.g. at

dem hydraulischen Abbruchkopf nach Körste (Vizügyi Müszaki Gazdasagi T§gekoztat&, Nri 116) oder den DE-PS Nr. 2 303 849, 2.433 556 und 2 506 870. Diese Einrichtungen können zwar zur Gewinnung von Sand und Schlamm eingesetzt werden, nicht aber zur Gewinnung eines stark säurehaltigen zähflüssig-festen Stoffes.the hydraulic demolition head according to Körste (Vizügyi Müszaki Gazdasagi T§gekoztat &, Nri 116) or DE-PS Nos. 2 303 849, 2,433,556 and 2 506 870. Although these facilities can be used for the production of sand and mud, but not for Obtaining a strongly acidic viscous-solid substance.
By the invention already stored waste products can be withdrawn in the form of acid resin in an economical manner and fed to a further use. In addition to the high economic importance of the invention is the disposal of the environment and environmental protection.
The invention has for its object to provide a method and apparatus for neutralization and recovery of deposited in a landfill trench, viscous, viscous-acidic acid resin using a "chemical-hydromechanical process to develop.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that a liquid jet, which has a sufficient kinetic energy and is formed from a suspended parts containing aqueous chemical solution of appropriate composition penetrates into the acid resin layer, with her enters a chemical reaction, wherein the thus split acid resin at certain Sludge composition loses its fluid-solid state, and a slurry is formed which can be crushed and pumped.
Das Verfahren wird wie folgt durchgeführt:The procedure is carried out as follows:

Die mit suspendierten Teilen angereicherte wäßrige Lösung im weiteren Arbeitelösung genannt - enthält folgende Komponenten:The aqueous solution enriched with suspended parts, called in further working solution, contains the following components:
~ Neutralisationsmittel~ Neutralizing agent
- einen Füllstoff und- a filler and
einen oberflächenaktiven Stoff,a surfactant,
As the neutralizing agent, metal hydroxides, a mixture of metal hydroxides and metal oxides or metal hydroxides and metal carbonates, basic power plant ash, etc. can be used. At least one of the neutralizing agents must be soluble so that the working fluid reacts basicly (pH 7.8). The concentration of the neutralizing agent is 10-300 kg / m, advantageously 50-150 kg / m. As filler gypsum, coal dust, perlite, Fuller's earth, clay minerals, peat dust, industrial Abfallmahlgut vegetable origin, etc. can be used. The upper limit of the grain size of the filler is 5 mm, its concentration is 1-100 kg / nr, advantageously 10-20 kg / nr. As the surfactant, there may be used a per se known eleophilic surfactant bonded with its polar group on the surface of the filler grains, the apolar group of which faces outward, thereby rendering the surface of the grains oleophilic and oil-binding. Such surfactants are e.g. the alkaline earth metal salts of sulfonic acids and naphthenic acids.
Die Konzentration des oberflächenaktiven Stoffes beträgt 0,1-50 kg/m3.The concentration of the surfactant is 0.1-50 kg / m 3 .
If necessary, the working fluid is homogenized by stirring or circulating with a pump. The working fluid is extracted from a jet tube with an outlet.

schwindigkeit von mindestens 4 m/s und einem Austrittsmassenstrom von mindestens 3 kg/s in die Säureharzschicht geschossen·speed of at least 4 m / s and an outlet mass flow of at least 3 kg / s shot into the acidic resin layer ·
Der Brei enthält außer den Komponenten der Arbeitsflüssigkeit auch die neutralisierte, gespaltene Säureharzsuspension·The working fluid penetrates into the acid resin and reacts chemically with the resin to form a slurry-filled crater in the acid resin layer. The slurry contains not only the components of the working fluid but also the neutralized, split acid resin suspension ·
Der neutralisierende Chemikaliengehalt der Arbeitsflüssigkeit muß so eingestellt werden, daß die ständige basische Reaktion (pH-Wert> 7) des Breis anhält·The neutralizing chemical content of the working fluid must be adjusted so that the constant basic reaction (pH> 7) of the slurry stops.
The working fluid-acid resin suspension produced in the sump is lifted out with a suitable pump. · This product can be transported and pumped, contaminates the environment much less than the acid resin itself and can be used as an energy carrier after dewatering. Since it contains not acid resin, but its products resulting from a chemical reaction, it can be regarded as a working fluid enriched with bitumen asphalt suspension, which is also called enriched working fluid.
Im Laufe der Zir-The water content) of the enriched working fluid forming in the course of the one-time circulation of the working fluid is high. It contains relatively few acid resin conversion products (suspended bitumen asphalt). Therefore, it is convenient to recirculate the enriched working fluid, to feed it back into the steel pipe, into the acid resin layer shoot and thereby increase the suspended bitumen asphalt content. In the course of
235016 8235016 8
If necessary, comminuting, mixing, sieving and separating operations can be inserted into the circulation process in order to ensure the homogeneity of the working fluid.
The process becomes more economical when the components of the working fluid, filler and surfactant are recovered from the acid resin as a result of the chemical reaction that occurs with the neutralizing chemicals.
The entire amount of chemical agent necessary for the working fluid can be added at the beginning of the process. However, the method can also be carried out so that only a portion of the amount of chemicals is added at the beginning of the process and the remaining part is added continuously or at intervals in the circulation of the working fluid. These additive variants can be applied differently for the individual chemicals.
Some possibilities for the concrete realization of the method will be illustrated by the following examples.

This circulation process is continued until the suspended solids content of the working fluid reaches a concentration of 400 kg / nr. Then, the suspended solid is removed from the working fluid by deposition, and the solution can be used to make a new working fluid.
From the aqueous suspension 9 m & it pressure of 3 bar and an exit velocity of the liquid jet of 4 m / s are shot into the acidic resin layer, the suspension formed in the acidic resin layer is lifted out with a corresponding pump · The composition of the aqueous suspension:

In the container 1, the working liquid is prepared from the chemicals of the chemical container 2 and pressed with the pump 3 in the steel pipe 4. The jet of the exiting chemical solution is directed to acid resin 6 in landfill trench 5, whereupon a sump 7 is formed in the acid resin. The basically accumulating, enriched working fluid accumulating in the sump is pumped into the container 1 with the mud pump 9 suspended on a bridge structure 8. From container 1, the enriched working fluid with the pump 3 is fed back into the jet pipe 4, and this process is repeated until the suspended Asphaltbiturneη concentration of the enriched working fluid has reached the desired concentration.
The enriched working fluid with the desired concentration is pumped by the pump 3 into the transport container 10. The mud pump 9 can also be designed so that it comminutes not only the transport of the sludge and the suspended parts. The non-shredded parts may be crushed in a mixing device or removed with a sieve mounted above or next to container 1. Instead of the bridge structure 8, a wire web attached to a mast, a rope bridge or a pontoon or sliding carriage floating on the acid resin layer can be used. The pump 9 may be a centrifugal pump, jet pump (injector), screw pump, gear pump, diaphragm pump or piston pump. Pump 9 and jet pipe 4 can be installed on a common support structure ·

The orifice of jet pipe 4 may be disposed at a height with the suction port of pump 9 or below or above.
For a pump 9, a plurality of jet pipes 4 or for a jet pipe several pumps 9 can be provided.
When constructing the complex in which a jet 4 and / or a jet 4 and a pump 9 are installed, the design solution in which the complex is controlled and moved from a work station outside the landfill trench is the most appropriate.
The advantage of the method is that the neutralization of the acid resin and its issuing from the landfill trench done in a single operation. The asphalt bitumen suspension produced from the acid resin is pumpable, contains only small amounts of volatile and combustible sulfur compounds and can be used as an energy carrier.
