The object of the invention is to provide a two-part aspheric condenser system for aberration-free lamp filament imaging in the exit pupil of the objective. The problem is solved by the fact that both condenser lenses each have an aspherical surface whose main sections are described by continuous curves of second and higher order, have no reversal points in the range used and satisfy the following equations: (1) Ax & exp3! + By & exp3! + Cx & exp3! Y & exp2! + D = O (2) ax & exp2! + cy & exp2! + 2dx + f = O. Furthermore, both condenser lenses can be arranged displaceably and provided with a heat-reflecting coating.
Description
The invention relates to a two-part aspherical condenser system for projection purposes with intertwined optical path.
In projection technology, bilateral aspherical condenser systems are generally used to screen the slides. In these systems, basically only one surface, and in most cases that of the lamp-near condenser lens, is made aspherical. The second lens has only spherical surfaces. The achievable correction state for the lamp filament imaging results in most cases a sufficient uniformity of the illumination for imagewise projection purposes.
It is also known to use double condensers with suitably deformed surfaces, in which no value is placed on the image of the lamp filament in the exit pupil de3 objective, but an aberration
Free real picture of the picture window behind the lamp filament done. With this arrangement, a large light output is to be achieved. However, the real image window imaging behind the lamp filament requires a relatively large distance of the image window from the condenser system, so that the arrangement is preferably only suitable for small image formats. For large image formats, oversized lenses are necessary. Since the quality of the lamp filament imaging is disregarded, over-radiation phenomena, ie considerable contrast reductions, are to be expected in the projected image.
Furthermore, aspheric condenser systems have been proposed with V / endeflächen for an opening angle of 180 °. Such systems are particularly suitable for signals, headlights and for simple illumination beam paths for cinema projection. For projection purposes with intertwined beam path, such large opening angles are not optimally usable in the usual slide projection and lead to disturbances there. Contrast reductions in the projection image and additional thermal loads on the lens are the result. In addition, the individual lenses of the condenser system have complicated shapes and build very large.
The invention aims to improve the imaging performance of the known lighting systems in order to perform the projection of slides and font projection, magnifying glass projection, microprojection, etc. with high contrast.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein zv/eiteiliges asphärisches Kondensorsystem zu schaffen, das eine aberrationsfreie Lampenwendelabbildung in der AustrittspupilleThe invention has for its object to provide a zv / eiteiliges aspheric condenser system, the aberrationfreie Lampenwendelabbildung in the exit pupil
des Objektivs verwirklicht und ein kontrastreiches, scharfes Projektionsbild liefert.of the lens and provides a high-contrast, sharp projection image.
Eine zweckmäßige Ausführungsform sieht vor, daß die Kurven der asphärischen Kondensorflächen folgenden Gleichungen genügen:According to the invention the object is achieved in that both condenser lenses each have an aspherical surface whose main sections are described by continuous curves of the second and higher order and have no turning parts in the range used. An expedient embodiment provides that the curves of the aspheric condenser surfaces satisfy the following equations:
(1) Ax 3+By3 + Cx3y2 + D=O(1) Ax 3 + By 3 + Cx 3 y 2 + D = O
mit A = - 645 B = 1972 C = - 1 D=- 44454045with A = - 645 B = 1972 C = - 1 D = - 44454045
(2) ax2 + cy2 + 2dx + f=0(2) ax 2 + cy 2 + 2dx + f = 0
Gemäß einem weiteren Erfindungsgedanken wird außerdem vorgeschlagen, mindestens eine Fläche des Kondensorsystems, vorzugsweise die der Lichtquelle folgende, mit einer wärmereflektierenden Beschichtung auszuführen und damit das Y/ärmeschutzfilter vollständig oder teilweise zu ersetzen.Y / eiter it is advantageous for the projection of different diaformats and for their optimal illumination, if by moving one of the condenser lenses, the system focal length and thus the position of the helical image can be changed. According to a further concept of the invention, it is also proposed to carry out at least one surface of the condenser system, preferably that following the light source, with a heat-reflecting coating and thus to completely or partially replace the heat-insulating filter.

The two-part aspherical condenser system according to FIG. 1 consists of two condenser lenses 2; 3> which receive the light from a light source 1 and their aspherical surfaces 2 '; 3 'are arranged convexly against each other and satisfy the equations (1) and (2) of the invention claim.
The two outer surfaces, the condenser lenses 2; 3 have spherical, including plane shapes. The image window is located in the immediate vicinity of the condenser system within the system focal length and thus causes a small uncomplicated construction of the condenser system.
Fig. 2 stellt eine Variante des asphärischen Kondensorsystems dar, bei dem in unmittelbarer Nähe des Dias eine Feldlinse 4 angeordnet ist und bei dem zur Projektion ein kurzbrennweitiges Objektiv im Zusammenwirken mit der FeIdlinse verwendet wird.FIG. 2 shows a variant of the aspherical condenser system in which a field lens 4 is arranged in the immediate vicinity of the slide and in which a short-focal-length objective is used in conjunction with the focusing lens for projection.
Dadurch ist es möglich,By moving one of the two condenser lenses in the fixed condenser system, the system focal length and thus the position of the helical image can be changed in order to adapt the condenser system to different lenses for the projection of different image formats. At the same time, these displacements according to FIG. 3, which show the displacement of the condenser lens close to the lamp, which is also usable for adjustment purposes, also achieves optimum illumination of the image formats. From Fig. 3, the heat-reflecting coating of the lamp near condenser lens 2 is also visible by dashed line of the lens surface. This makes it possible
With the present two-part aspheric condenser system, it is possible, especially for the slide projection with intertwined optical path, to avoid an over-radiation of the projection image and thus to convey a high-contrast, sharp projection image.
