Tyto nevýhody odstraňuje technologická linka pro hlavní kvašení piva podle technického řešení, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že sestává ze dvou zásobníků na zchlazenou mladinu spojených s bioreaktorem, v němž je uložen nosič biomasy, na kterém jsou navázány pivovarské kvasinky.
