Z tohoto důvodu se u těchto stojanů projevuje nižší tuhost konstrukce a delší čas pro jejich přípravu ke konečné montáži příslušenství. Uvedené nedostatky do značné míry odstraňuje řada 19-ti palcových stojanů určených k instalaci sítových nebo komunikačních výrobků podle tohoto technického řešení, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že jednotlivé stojany jsou konstruovány jako kompaktní samostatné rámy, které mohou být použity samostatně nebo v řadách. Samostatně stojící rám může být opatřen rychlosnímatelnými kryty. Rám může být uzavřen levými nebo pravými dveřmi v přední i zadní části. Dveře mohou být vyrobeny z bezpečnostního skla nebo ocelového plechu. Boční a zadní panely a dveře je výhodné opatřit zámky, aby byl zamezen volný přistup do rozvaděče. Základ rozvaděče, podle obr. 1, tvoří tuhý svařený rám 1. Na tomto rámu jsou připevněny rychlosnímatělně boční 4, 5, zadní 6 a horní 7 panely. V přední části rámu 1 je rovněž odnímatelně připevněn rámeček 8 se skleněnými případně z ocelového plechu zhotovenými dveřmi 9.
