Tepelně-akusticky izolační panelThermal-acoustic insulating panel
Oblast technikyField of technology
The technical solution refers to the area of acoustic panels installed to dampen ambient sound.
Dosavadní stav technikyCurrent state of the art
Z hlediska akustiky musí mezi-bytové stěny v současné době splňovat požadavky na hodnotu vážené stavební neprůzvučnosti R‘w = 53 dB, dle ČSN 73 0532 Akustika - Ochrana proti hluku v budovách a posuzování akustických vlastností stavebních výrobků, vydané 11/1994.The requirements of the standards for inter-apartment walls, i.e. walls between two apartments or between common areas of the house and households, must meet certain requirements not only for acoustics, but also for fire resistance and safety. From the point of view of acoustics, inter-apartment walls must currently meet the requirements for the value of weighted building sound insulation R'w = 53 dB, according to ČSN 73 0532 Acoustics - Protection against noise in buildings and assessment of acoustic properties of building products, issued 11/1994.
Currently, there are known acoustic fire protection boards, e.g. Rigips MA Activ Air, which contain technology for the breakdown of formaldehyde emissions, which is contained in paints, furniture, carpets, adhesives, air fresheners or cigarette smoke, for example see: https://www .rigips.cz/produkty/modra-akoustika-protipozami-deska-ma-df-activair/. They can reduce the formaldehyde concentration in a room by more than 70% within a few days and for a period longer than 50 years. They are intended for constructions with increased requirements for air sound insulation and fire resistance and are suitable as a permanent solution for improving the quality of the air at home, in schools or in offices.
The general goal of acoustic boards/panels is to achieve high air sound insulation. With single-layer construction parts, the aforementioned goal is achieved at the expense of a very high surface weight.
Řešením tohoto problému jsou dvouvrstvé konstrukce, například tzv. sendvičové akustické panely. The solution to this problem is two-layer structures, for example, so-called sandwich acoustic panels.
Pro dosažení požadované úrovně akustické absorpce se povrch panelů obrácený ke zdroji hluku u stávajících řešení opatřuje akustickou vrstvou se schopností pohlcovat zvuk.In order to achieve the required level of acoustic absorption, the surface of the panels facing the noise source in existing solutions is provided with an acoustic layer capable of absorbing sound.
Sometimes an acoustically absorbing layer is used, which is made of the same material as the supporting panel, for example porous ceramic aggregate such as expanded clay, and is thus an integral part of it, but the absorption of such a layer is not optimal.
Two-layer constructions consist of two shells flexibly connected to each other. In dry construction, the flexible connection of the casings is most often formed by profiles, we can also consider a closed air cavity as a flexible environment. The acoustic properties of two-layer constructions depend not only on the properties of the individual shells, but also on the way they are connected and the behavior of the entire two-layer construction.
Dvouvrstvé systémy jsou na principu odpružených hmot. Rozlišují se tři základní principy:Two-layer systems are based on the principle of suspended masses. Three basic principles are distinguished:
A) Dvě těžké vrstvy s vloženou pružnou vrstvou - v praxi se tento princip používá pro dvě masivní stěny, např. stěny řadových domků apod.A) Two heavy layers with an inserted flexible layer - in practice, this principle is used for two massive walls, e.g. walls of terraced houses, etc.
B) Těžká vrstva s ohybově pružnou předsazenou vrstvou - v praxi se tento princip používá pro předsazené stěny a podhledy v kombinaci s těžkou konstrukcí (stěnou nebo stropem).B) Heavy layer with flexurally flexible pre-projected layer - in practice, this principle is used for pre-projected walls and ceilings in combination with a heavy structure (wall or ceiling).
- 1 CZ 35930 UI- 1 CZ 35930 UI
Pružné spoje těchto vložek nakonec rozhodují o nejvyšším dosažitelném útlumu zvuku.C) Two flexibly flexible layers that form a light dividing partition - in practice, it is often necessary to use embedded supporting structures for structural reasons. The flexible joints of these inserts ultimately determine the highest achievable sound attenuation.
Nevýhodami stávajících řešení jsou velké rozměry a v případě betonu i velká váha panelů, což znesnadňuje manipulaci, a podléhání vlivu počasí v podobě eroze povrchu. In the case of laminated or sandwich boards, created from layers glued to each other, another layer, namely an acoustically absorbing layer of another material, is glued to the flat surface of one material, such as a concrete or metal shell of a sandwich panel. The disadvantages of existing solutions are the large dimensions and, in the case of concrete, the large weight of the panels, which makes handling difficult, and exposure to the weather in the form of surface erosion.
Podstata technického řešeníThe essence of the technical solution
The above-mentioned problem is solved by a thermal-acoustic insulating panel including a core at least partially provided with a casing, where the essence of this technical solution is that the core contains chemlon fibrous insulation from chemlon fibers obtained from the mechanical crushing of tires discarded as waste. This chemlon fiber insulation or core is produced by pressing these chemlon fibers under pressure at a temperature of 130°C to 180°C, to a density of chemlon fibers in the core selected from the range of 100 kg/m 3 to 1000 kg/m 3 into the desired shape and dimensions of the compressed core layer. The appropriate amount, i.e. weight of chemlon fibers, is used and the pressure is adjusted to achieve the desired final density and core dimensions for the thermal-acoustic insulating panel by compression. The pressure is such as to ensure compression to the required plate thickness.
Chemlon fibers form a textile cord, i.e. chemlon, which in this invention is specifically obtained as waste from the mechanical crushing of tires. This is a difficult-to-process waste that can be used indoors after being properly coated with a suitable material. The advantage of using this textile insulation is, on the one hand, a significant reduction in acoustic load and, on the other hand, the ecological advantage of using recycled material. Another advantage is the simplicity of production, as chemlon is only pressed with an admixture of glue, and thus production costs are reduced, while better acoustic and thermal properties are achieved.
The shell is preferably based on plasterboard, but a commonly used material for the purposes of acoustic panels or profiles can also be used, for example, wood, metal or reinforced or non-reinforced cement mixtures made of a structural polymer such as polyurethane, polyester, epoxy or vinyl ester, etc.
Dle požadované aplikace se slisovaná chemlonová vláknitá izolace použije v dostatečné tloušťce vrstvy, aby zajistila požadovaný akustický útlum a tepelnou izolace, například pro aplikaci obložení stropů a stěn minimálně v tloušťce 2 cm, pro zvýšení účinků lze ale použít i větších tlouštěk, například v koupelnách ave stupačkách jsou vhodné tloušťky vrstvy 5 až 10 cm.According to the required application, compressed chemlon fiber insulation is used in a layer thickness sufficient to ensure the required acoustic attenuation and thermal insulation, for example for the application of ceiling and wall cladding at a minimum thickness of 2 cm, but to increase the effects, larger thicknesses can also be used, for example in bathrooms and layer thicknesses of 5 to 10 cm are suitable for footboards.
Například při použití tloušťky 5 cm slisované chemlonové vláknité izolace v kombinaci se sádrokartonovým pláštěm je dosaženo ve vnitřních prostorách o cca 55 dB většího akustického útlumu, než požaduje příslušná norma ČSN 73 0532, vydaná 11/1994.Chemlon fibrous insulation in the form of a core, when combined with a suitable jacket, has excellent acoustic dampening capabilities. For example, when using 5 cm thick compressed chemlon fibrous insulation in combination with plasterboard sheathing, acoustic attenuation is achieved in the interior spaces by approx. 55 dB more than required by the relevant standard ČSN 73 0532, issued 11/1994.
Plášť slouží jako pevná část, která udržuje tvar panelu a v něm umístěné chemlonové vláknité izolace, tomu musí odpovídat dostatečná tloušťka vrstvy pláště, což je dále v současné době limitováno EU certifikací, kde je předepsána minimální tloušťka pláště 12,5 mm u každé vrstvy pláště.The sheath serves as a solid part that maintains the shape of the panel and the chemlon fiber insulation placed in it, the sufficient thickness of the sheath layer must correspond to this, which is further currently limited by EU certification, where a minimum sheath thickness of 12.5 mm is prescribed for each sheath layer .
The combination of a core made of chemlon fiber insulation and a sheath made of plasterboard has the advantage that after the joints have been cemented, the panel can be painted straight away, without additional technological wet processes. It is enough to apply a layer of paint on the outer part of the panel and this speeds up the entire construction process.
-2CZ 35930 UI-2CZ 35930 UI
Two opposite large-area sides/walls of the core are preferably provided with a shell, in the so-called sandwich variant, by gluing the core between the plates of the front and back layer of the shell with glue, for example polyurethane glue, which is harmless to health. The term large-area means the two opposite walls with the largest area for the given panel. In an advantageous embodiment, the shell layers exceed the core layer in size, while copying its shape.
Depending on the shape and method of application of the thermal-acoustic insulation panel, an alternative is also possible, in which the connection of acoustic plates or profiles results in the complete closure of the core in the shell cavity, or in addition to the two large-area sides/walls from at least one or more side sides/walls.
The acoustic panel has a shape according to the required application, most often the shape of a cuboid for assembling a noise-proof wall from these panels, or for lining the interior walls and ceilings of rooms in buildings or other objects with a requirement for noise attenuation.
Advantageously, a channel passes through the core and shell for the insertion of electrical installations and/or plumbing.
In a preferred embodiment, when the shell is based on plasterboard, the aforementioned channel is covered with a strip of chemlon fiber insulation and then a layer of plasterboard attached with a glued joint, for example polyurethane glue.
Tepelně-akusticky izolační panely dle tohoto technického řešení jsou velmi prodyšné a odolné vlhkosti. Hlavními výhodami jsou vysoká absorpce zvuku, tepelně izolační vlastnosti a dobrá mechanická odolnost proti stlačení, nehořlavost a zdravotní nezávadnost, suchá výstavba a rychlá montáž bez delších technologických přestávek. Ekonomická výhoda spočívá v eliminaci zátěže při bouracích pracích, elektro instalacích a vodoinstalacích a také v tom, že kalkulované výrobní náklady tepelně-akusticky izolačního panelu dle tohoto technického řešení dosahují 21 až 24 % současných odběratelských maloobchodních cen.Thermal-acoustic insulating panels according to this technical solution are very breathable and resistant to moisture. The main advantages are high sound absorption, thermal insulation properties and good mechanical resistance to compression, non-flammability and health safety, dry construction and quick assembly without longer technological breaks. The economic advantage lies in the elimination of the burden during demolition work, electrical installations and plumbing, and also in the fact that the calculated production costs of the thermal-acoustic insulating panel according to this technical solution reach 21 to 24% of the current customer retail prices.
Dalším předmětem tohoto technického řešení je stěna či strop opatřená/ý alespoň dvěma tepelněakusticky izolačními panely popsanými výše.Another object of this technical solution is a wall or ceiling equipped with at least two thermal-acoustic insulating panels described above.

A thermal-acoustic insulating panel with a core 2 of chemlon fiber insulation at a given thickness of 5 cm, which is covered with a front and back plate, i.e. layer 1a, 1b of cover 1, each 12.5 mm thick, reduces the acoustic load by 55 dB, which represents an unrivaled solution on the market compared to existing acoustic panels of corresponding dimensions.
Uvedené jádro 2 je uzavřeno do akusticky odolného, nehořlavého, oboustranného pláště 1 ve formě vrstev ze sádrokartonových, nehořlavých, akustických desek o rozměrech 600 mm šířky x 800 mm délky x 12,5 mm tloušťky na přední velkoplošné i zadní protilehlé straně jádra 2, lepeným spojem za použití polyuretanového lepidla, bez kovových spojek s celkovým snížením akustické zátěže o 55 dB vzhledem k současným požadavkům výstavby ČSN 73 0532, vydané 11/1994.Said core 2 is enclosed in an acoustically resistant, non-flammable, double-sided shell 1 in the form of layers of plasterboard, non-flammable, acoustic boards with dimensions of 600 mm width x 800 mm length x 12.5 mm thickness on the front large area and the rear opposite side of the core 2, glued joint using polyurethane glue, without metal joints with a total reduction of the acoustic load by 55 dB due to the current construction requirements ČSN 73 0532, issued 11/1994.
Tímto je v bočních stranách panelu vytvořeno zahloubení oproti deskám/vrstvám pláště UThe construction of the thermal-acoustic insulation panels in this exemplary embodiment has a part of the core layer 2 of chemlon fiber insulation offset by 4 cm inwards around the entire rectangular perimeter, i.e. the plates/layers of the shell 1 extend beyond the core 2 by 4 cm on each side of the panel. This creates a recess in the sides of the panel against the U-shell plates/layers
When applying these panels to the noise wall, the panel is placed vertically on one of the side panels. If necessary, for some panels, at a height of 30 cm from this side of the panel, through the layers of the thermal-acoustic insulation panel, a channel 4 is milled for the insertion of electrical installations 3 and/or plumbing so that it passes through the front layer 1a of the shell and the core 2, see fig. 2. This is a horizontal groove into which the electrical installation 3 and/or plumbing are inserted along the core 2 at a height of 30 cm from the bottom edge. After the installation of electrical and/or plumbing, this channel 4 is covered with a strip 5 of chemlon fibrous insulation and then with a layer 6 of plasterboard, attached with a glued joint using polyurethane glue.
V tomto příkladném provedení jsou tepelně-akusticky izolační panely aplikovány na vnitřní zdi v několika krocích:In this exemplary embodiment, thermal-acoustic insulation panels are applied to interior walls in several steps:
1) Navrtají se a přišroubují se fixační latě 5 cm x 4 cm na vodorovnou podlahu u stěny a taktéž svislé latě na boční stěny ve vzdálenosti 5,5 cm od stěn.1) Fixing slats 5 cm x 4 cm are drilled and screwed to the horizontal floor next to the wall and also vertical slats to the side walls at a distance of 5.5 cm from the walls.
Na řadu panelů položených na delší boční stranu se dále ukládají panely na svislou, tj. na kratší 60 cm dlouhou boční stěnu a přišroubování a další postup se opakuje.2) A heat-acoustic insulating panel is inserted into these guide slats lying down, i.e. on the Im length side wall, and metal screws are screwed onto plastic dowels into the 5 pre-prepared holes in each board near each of the 4 corners and in the center of the panel. This is how the horizontal storage of individual panels continues. The unevenness of the walls is adjusted on the threads of the screws, according to the spirit level. An 8 cm wide, 1 m long inner strip of chemlon fibrous insulation is glued to the first row of boards with polyurethane glue. On top of the row of panels placed on the longer side, the panels are placed vertically, i.e. on the shorter 60 cm long side wall and screwed, and the next procedure is repeated.
Celé stěny se potom přetmelí a spoje se svážou sklo-vláknitou páskou.3) The next row is again laid down on the bandage with the same joining and screwing into the walls. The upper part near the ceiling is cut off as needed, i.e. so that the panel extends 2 cm lower than the ceiling, i.e. according to the size of the ceiling clearance reduced by 2 cm, and in the resulting space the air gap is filled with assembly acoustic, non-combustible foam. The entire walls are then plastered over and the joints are tied with fiberglass tape.
The same assembly procedure is also applied to the application of heat-acoustic insulating panels on the ceiling.

In another exemplary embodiment, all the walls of the core are sheathed with plasterboard cladding, which is used especially in applications in which the thermal-acoustic insulating panel is used as a separate piece and does not connect to other such panels.
Alternatively, in applications made of several pieces of panels, the parts of the panels that do not connect to each other are already sheathed in advance or additionally by gluing and lining the edge sides of such an object with a layer of casing, for example a casing made of plasterboard, non-flammable, acoustic boards.
In alternative exemplary embodiments, the shell material is wood, metal or reinforced or non-reinforced cementitious mixtures of structural polymer such as polyurethane, polyester, epoxy or vinyl ester, etc.
