Abstract

The protective footwear consists of an upper with an innersole and a sole connected to it using at least one midsole. The whole footwear with the bottom part is completed with a removable insole (8) from a composite material containing in its structure a graphene-based reinforcing layer placed in a polymer matrix, whereas the composite material of the innersole (2) and/or at least one of the midsoles (5, 6) also contains in its structure besides the reinforcing paraamide fibre based textiles the reinforcing graphene-based layer and the bottom part of the footwear containing the innersole (2), at least one midsole (5, 6) and a sole (7) combined with a removable insole (8) forms a sandwich optimised to improve the blast energy attenuation.

Hustota materiâlù jednotlivÿch dilcù v této soustave mezipodesvi a podesve spodkové câsti obuvi se navzâjem lisi tak, ze rozdil v hustote pouzitÿch kompozitnich materiâlù sousedicich mezipodesvi, resp. podesve, i rozdil v hustote sousedicich vrstev ve vicevrstvé strukture prislusné mezipodesve musi bÿt minimâlne 0,1 g/cm3. Tvrdost materiâlù jednotlivÿch dilcù v soustave mezipodesvi a podesve spodkové câsti obuvi se navzâjem lisi tak, ze rozdil v tvrdosti kompozitnich materiâlù sousedicich mezipodesvi, resp. podesve, i rozdil v tvrdosti sousedicich vrstev ve vicevrstvé strukture prislusné mezipodesve musi bÿt minimâlne 1 ShA. Tlousfka kazdé jednotlivé mezipodesve i podesve musi bÿt minimâlne 10 mm a celkovâ tlousfka soustavy mezipodesvi a podesve spodkové câsti obuvi musi bÿt minimâlne 30 mm. Je zrejmé, ze cilem této vicevrstvé konstrukce spodkové câsti mela bÿt zlepsenâ odolnost spodku obuvi proti ùcinkùm vÿbuchu nâslapné miny. It is obvious that the aim of this multi-layer construction of the lower part was to improve the resistance of the bottom of the shoe against the effects of a landmine explosion. Even this composition of the lower part, however, did not prove to be optimal in terms of detonation of the explosion energy.
